Last month, on 22 August 2011, NATO shipped-in at least 5800 Foreign SF and mercenaries and France sent in their Foreign Legion into TRIPOLI to take the Capital City . Germany sent in a “peace-keeping” brigade of 1100. Who knows how many QATARI and ARAB EMERATE fighters!—So there are virtually thousands….America and Canada will not reveal their numbers.

At least 13 very powerful underground explosions rocked the United States Midwest in the last 48 hours. They registered as small shallow earthquakes with the USGS. Many of the underground high explosive detonations registered as 2.6 magnitude earthquakes. USGS evidence of small quake like activity of VA discussed below as “quake” that caused problems in DC.
The U.S. military is said to be sealing off the tunnels so that the Globalists and the U.S. ghost government (Federal Reserve Bankers, FEMA, DHS, CIA) can’t run and hide from what is predicted to occur within 48 hours of 27 September 2011. …
An email was sent to the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations on September 21, 2011 to alert them to planned false flag nuclear detonations on U.S. soil in the American Midwest. The U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations were the ones who raided Citadel Gun and Safe Store in Las Vegas on August 21, 2011 to recover stolen nuclear warhead detonators. They were the ones who on August 23, 2011 improvised nuclear bombs (W54 style warheads) and transfered them via those tunnels to Washington DC and New York City when they were detonated during a firefight between U.S. military personnel and CIA/DHS/FEMA operatives.
It would appear that the U.S. military had a deadline to meet and has already damaged, destroyed or sealed at least 13 underground tunnels or bases. Perhaps their incentive was the fact that Obama, his shadow government and the Globalists made plans to save their own hides and leave the rest of use to fend for ourselves. Perhaps they investigated and confirmed that another false flag nuclear detonation was imminent and acted accordingly to prevent it. AND
(2) Today we learn from the European Union Times that in a disturbing report prepared by General Alexey Maslov, the Senior Military Representative of the Permanent Mission of Russia to NATO, states that he has been notified by the Americans of their plan to hold a DEFCON 1 “Cocked Pistol” maximum readiness alert drill on 27 September 2011 which will be overseen by President Obama at one the United States most secure bunkers located beneath the Denver International Airport. In fact President Obama has been ordered to the Denver bunker by the US Military.
Under the SALT I Strategic Nuclear Arms Control Agreement signed between Russia and the US, both parties are required to notify the other in all cases of such maximum readiness drills occurring, but are not required to state their reasons for doing so.
General Maslov states in his report, though, his concern over this drill is “heightened” due to last months nuclear attack on the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) branch of the intercontinental military tunnel complex between Washington D.C. and Denver, and which we reported on in our 24 August report Russia Reports Nuclear Explosions Hit Vast US Military Tunnel Network.
Important to note is that shortly after the devastating attacks on American on 11 September 2001, the Bush regime moved to completely militarize the CIA by placing as its Director former US Air Force General Michael Hayden who served in that capacity until February, 2009 when Obama then put in place the former US Army intelligence officer Leon Panetta to run this most powerful of spy agencies. After Panetta, Obama put Americas top general David Petraeus in charge of the CIA barely a week after the aforementioned nuclear attack upon it.

The past two days I’ve been looking into articles suggesting that a cabal from the NWO including President of the United States will be meeting in a bunker under the Denver Airport in a simulated war game designated cocked pistol on September 27, 2011.
Investigations have uncovered that these bunkers exist over most of the United States and doubtlessly in other countries though no data to that effect has been uncovered.
Now in a startling release from WikeLeaks [DO NOT TRUST THIS SOURCE], it has been determined that Special Operators have been tasked with handling this situation. Apparently, The Joint Chiefs of Staff was not satisfied with thestories emanating from the White House saying that many members of DEVGRU or as they called it SEAL TEAM SIX were all shot down in the same Chinook. According to my conversations with Eric Haney the original commander of Delta Force and author of the best selling book “Inside Delta Force.”
Delta Force does not exist!He advised that it was inconceivable that this many special operators would be in a Chinook. They fly in teams of 7-10 from Black Hawks. Now it appears though not confirmed that Delta Force will lead other special operators to bring closure to this event. In doing so they will be following their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic while protecting America.

Same is the case with their attack on Sirte5. Ditto for Sebha6. Gaddafi now has at least 10,000 Tuaregs at his disposal (and maybe more), and some of themhave crossed into Libya to help him fight. I believe they are now part of his security squad. But theother thing that happened, and that was reported even by the mainstream press, is that Saadi Gaddafi,who the press had attempted to give the impression that he had left the fight by going to Niger, hasre-entered the fight. And he has the support of those 10,000 Tuaregs. I do not know if he broughtall of them, but my understanding is that thousands of them are now IN LIBYA. The Tuareg council had ameeting of 3 or 4 different representatives of the Tuareg tribes of the Sahara. And they issued a WARNING
to Niger: If you interfere with Gaddafi, we will overthrow your government. The Tuareg’s are KNOWN,
by military experts, to be the world’s top desert fighters–barring none.
7. Other Saharan tribes and sub-tribes are rallying behind Gaddafi. These are non-Libyans and fiercely loyal
8. There’s a gradual trickle of Arab fighters, from other countries, coming to Libya to fight alongside Gaddafi.
That is a big surprise, quite frankly (though it shouldn’t be). If this trend continues, it could be quite
interesting, and quite positive for the Jamahiriya.
9. Although most all of Tripoli is in the hands of the “rebels,” LDF sniper-marksmen are popping off
“rebels” left and right, using silencers. Also, Tripoli hospitals are FILLING UP with European mercenaries
who are being shot by fighters of the resistance. It’s guerilla warfare.
10. There is mass chaos in Benghazi, the HQ of the “rebels.” Residents are flying the green flag,
in defiance of the “rebels.” Al-Qaeda, which from the outset has been a major NATO-supported
component of the rats wants Mustafa Abdul Jalil, head of the “rebels,” dead, and they actually
announced that. The “rebels” themselves are fighting against each other, even on the battlefield.
11. The Egyptian army has not been able to stop Arab tribes from cross the Egyptian border and
going into Libya to help Gaddafi.
12. The “rebels” have no chain of command, and this week they fought each other about that.
13. Some of the rebels are simply leaving the battlefield, after having attained the loot that
they want–a phenomenon that Dr. Webster Tarpley predicted would happen.
14. DEBKAfile, a top Israeli military/intelligence news organ, wrote a very, very strong and
interesting article in which they said, in effect, that now that Gaddafi is out in the desert, he
has MORE power than when he was in Tripoli. There is now time to regroup and to plan.
15. Khamis al-Gaddafi is fighting SO well and so brilliantly, that Russian military experts
that are watching the war closely stated, yesterday I think it was, that Khamis has EARNED,
on the battlefield, the rank of GENERAL. That is huge. Not because of the rank title, but
because this means that NATO, in Khamis alone, is in DEEP SHIT.
16. Mustafa Abdul Jalil, the head rat, was forced to admit, right in front of his French masters,
that Gaddafi and the Jamahiriya HAS ALL OF LIBYA’S GOLD. That’s right. Libya’s gold is in the
hands of the Jamahiriya, and it’s a LOT of gold that will allow the Jamahiriya to fight for a long
time to buy anything it needs. Libya is amongst the top 25 countries in terms of gold reserves,
as I understand it.
My hope is that NATO has opened up a huge can of worms that will sweep across all of North
Africa. The Saharan tribes have a deep reverence and respect for Gaddafi. They are not controlled
by any of the governments in the region and have always lived their own life of independence
and taken nothing from the various governments in parts of: Algeria, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso,
DEBKAfile pointed out that Gaddafi now has free reign to roam over 5 or 7 African countries, in
the desert, and that it is “impossible” [that’s the word that was used by DEBKAfile] for NATO to
that distance, which is about 682,000 square miles, if my memory serves me correctly–maybe more.
The whole world is waking up to what the Libyan slogan means: “All power, all wealth and all
arms in the hands of the people.”
The Tuaregs made an announcement that was also a WARNING to the rebels. They said something
like, “Only those people can cross our deserts WHO WE LIKE.” And they don’t like the rebels. The
rebels slaughtered a group of Tuaregs in Libya and are carrying out ethnic cleansing (genocide)
against Blacks in the limited areas they now control in Libya.
About Algeria: Algeria is helping Gaddafi. I refuse to believe that they’re not. It’s clear to me
that they are. They have to, because Algeria shares a long border with Libya, and the AQIM
(Al-Qaeda in the Maghrib) is causing problems. Algeria is handling them very well. But they
are 4,000 strong, and Western and Russian intelligence says that they have more weapons
than anybody in the area.
Algeria will not be able to play the games that other Arab countries play. That’s my belief.
Also, it is known that some Algerians have stormed some city and fought and removed some

In the Libya Question, we have a clear choice: it is a choice of good over evil.
The world community has a chance to redress the wrongs of the first decade of the Third Millennium, putting the lid on an imperialistic approach to international affairs and opening a new chapter, following a collective policy based upon dialogue and not stealing resources, implementing one law with an equal set of weights and measures for all.
September 19, 2011 is one of those deciding moments in history, tests which our collective socio-developmental vectors place in our path, trials we face and ordeals we have to overcome. Judgement as to how we performed comes much later and is written in the history book.
In the Libya Question, we have a clear choice: it is a choice of good over evil. It is also a chance to implement justice with the same set of weights and measures for all, it is a chance to close the chapter of imperialistic and colonialist adventures, it is a test as to whether the world community is mature enough to implement a multilateral approach to crisis management and resolution of disputes. Whether or not we pass this test and come through the ordeal with pride depends on our actions regarding the now 6-months non-stop destruction of Libya, the only Jamahiriya on earth where people posses power, wealth and arms.
History will tell us whether the world stood idly by watching NATO collectively, and Britain and France in particular, launching a murderous assault upon a sovereign nation, while stealing its resources and destroying its achievements with an arrogant hatred yet again based upon lies and false flag events (the terrorists themselves committed the “massacres” and the Libyan Armed Forces did not bomb civilians as proven by Russian military satellites – the one bombing civilians and committing massacre after massacre is NATO).
The future will tell us whether the western hemisphere’s two Queens of Imperialism – Britain and France – whose collective histories are synonymous with countless massacres across the globe as they “civilised savages” with the Bible via the Bullet, were allowed to pursue a murderous policy based upon self interest and sheer greed. The Libya Question is not about protecting civilians – how do you “protect civilians” by bombing them, destroying their water supply “to break their spirit”, strafing their civilian infrastructures with military hardware to guarantee rebuilding contracts in a post-conflict scenario and blockading their cities and shutting off their water, food and medical supplies?
How do you protect civilians by arming terrorists – in Britain’s case, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as well as the U.S. administration even lists one of the groups it is helping (the LIFG Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, al-Harakat al-Islamiya al-Libiya) as well as the military commander of the NATO rebels in Tripoli as a terrorist organization and a banned individual, in direct conflict with the UK and US’s own anti-terrorism laws.
How do you help Africans by assaulting the most wealthy state on the entire continent, which brought the African Union into being as well as independent from the IMF and World Bank by donating $32 billion to a $42 billion fund for African sovereign wealth which has now been stolen by the USA, as well as by aiding and abetting racists, with the racist TNC puppet regime killing black people indiscriminately? Let us not forget that the African holocaust was slavery – and guess who was behind that? The same powers that also formerly occupied Libya, are occupying it yet again: Britain, France, Turkey, Italy.
Tuesday September 20 will show us whether we wake up from this nightmare, in which former imperialist powers launched a murderous terrorist attack based upon lies to stop Muammar al-Qathafi and the Libyan Jamahiriya’s developmental and humanitarian projects (for which Qaddafi was set to receive a UN prize in February which the aggressors who control the so-called Security Council then reversed snubbing the majority of the world community who granted it) in the African continent, projects which have already benefited millions, launching telemedicine programmes, telecommunications, opening e-learning centers and future schemes such as the African Monetary Fund and Investment Bank which would free Africans from crippling interest rate repayments to foreign banks.
True, these projects go against the selfish interests of Britain and France, for whom it is cheaper to launch this war than to help Africa develop. Sarkozy had already declared that “Qaddafi’s economic plans are a direct threat to the international financial system” by which he meant of course the bankers in the west, who control the world’s fake money supply. If on Monday September 19 political representatives allow NATO’s murderous terrorist attack to continue, then we can only conclude that they do not represent the hearts and minds of the world community and that it is time to put a stop to this violation of right and reason by a clique of corporate elitists who represent themselves and the few thousand policy makers, not us.
In fact Muammar Qaddafi himself warned us of this saying that no one can represent the masses, and that the answers to how to achieve power, true democracy, are in the pages of The Green Book. He also addressed the UN General Assembly in 2009 and correctly exposed the so-called Security Council as a terrorist council, and called for urgently needed UN reform so as to avert future calamity. He also correctly surmised that what happened to Saddam Hussein, John F. Kennedy and many other leaders, will happen to more and more independent leaders unless past cases of murder, assassination and imperialist regime change are addressed.
These handful of fascists who make up the governments of the world most of which serve other interests than their people, nevertheless reside among nearly seven billion members of the world community, for whom many options remain open to build a world which is not only just but which follows justice and implements it equally. It is all a question of education and following, assisting and supporting truth news and initiatives for world peace, untilcriminals are brought to justice and people themselves possess power directly.
The world community has the obligation to terminate NATO’s adventure, to expose the United Nations Organization as unable and unwilling to implement a process of dialogue in which the Libyan people – the Libyan Jamahiriya – are freed from the aggression of colonialist powers and compensated for the destruction and loss of life after a full and impartial inquiry.
NATO’s terrorist forces number at most between twenty to thirty thousand, including many mercenaries and foreigners and represent the political will of a small fraction of the Libyan people (which is why Cameron and Sarkozy and Obama refused to allow a humiliating democratic referendum, in which the Jamahiriya would certainly win a landslide victory).
We have seen that under the UN so-called international law does not exist. Fighting will thus rage on in Libya, many more thousands of people will be killed, tribal fractures will become irreparable and the conflict will escalate into a regional one, as the Libyan people seek to defend themselves from imperialist and neo-colonialist aggression. France will lose any influence it retains in the area, Britain will see the tap granting it lucrative contracts in the African continent firmly closed off.
If an intruder enters your home, rapes your wife and kills your kids, you fight back. The only way to avoid a cowardly terrorist attack by NATO is to arm yourself to the teeth as and put yourself in a position whereby retaliation would be numbered in the hundreds of thousands, not a few dozen victims. Is this the world we want? One in which terrorist organizations such as NATO have free reign?

The United Nations that we have today is different today. The preamble says that the nations are equal whether they are small or big.Are we equal in the permanent seats. No. We are not equals.And the preamble says that all nations are equal whether they are small nations or whether they are big nations as far as rights.Do we have rights of a veto. Are we equals?
The preamble says that we are equals in our rights whether we are big or small. This is what is stated, and this is what we have agreed in the preamble.So, the veto is against the charter. The charter states that we in the preamble, I mean that we should not resort to military force unless it is a common interest.This is the preamble which we were happy and we signed, and we joined the United Nations because we wanted the charter to be like that.It says that the armed forces only use it when it is a common interest to all nations.
But after that, what happened? Sixty five wars broke out after the establishment of the United Nations and after the establishment of the Security Council, and after this establishment. Sixty five, and the victims are millions more than victims of the Second World War.Are these wars and the aggressions and the force that was used, and the power in the 65 wars, in the common interest of all of us? No.It was the interest of one country or three countries or four countries or one country. But it was not in the interest of all the nations.And we shall come and discuss about the wars, whether these wars broke outwas in the interest of one country or were in the whole nations. This is in full contradictions and full intervention of the United Nation charters, and we signed that. And unless we do things in the charter of the United Nations,according to which we agreed, otherwise we don’t speak diplomatically, we are not afraid. We don’t , and we were not being nice to anybody.Now we are talking about the future of . There is no hypocrisy, no diplomacy, because it is a decisive and important matter. (inaudible) of understanding and hypocrisy created to 65 wars after the establishment of the United Nations.The preamble states also that if there is a use of force, then there must be then it must be the United Nations force, or the United Nations military interventions, according to the joint ventures of the United Nations, not country, or one, two country, or three country, using the force or the military power. The United Nations, all of it, will decide to go to war to maintain peace and world security.And if there’s any aggression by one country against another after the 45 after the establishment of this United Nations, if there is any aggression against any country, the United Nations, all together, should deter and stop this aggression, and should check this aggression. I mean, if a country, any country, Libya, for instance, makes an attack or an aggression against France,then the whole United Nations should check the Libyan aggression against France, because France is a member state, an independent state in the United General Assembly, that is a sovereign country, a member state of the United Nations. And all of us, we have to protect the sovereignty of all nations collectively.But 65 wars, aggressive wars, took place without any actions from the United Nations to stop and check these wars. And eight fierce, big wars andvictims of these wars among 2 million made or initiated by the countries who have member states and veto. Those countries who are believed thatthey would maintain the sovereignty and independence of the people,these countries actually use aggressive force against people.We wanted to believe that these countries will make peace and security in the world and protect the people. These countries actually resorted to aggressive wars and wars. And as a matter of fact, they enjoyed the veto that was given to them by themselves and enjoyed the member states of the Security Council. But in the meantime, they actually initiated the war which amounted to millions of victims.So, in this charter, there is nothing that the United Nations will interfere which will be the pure business of the internal affairs I mean, the government. It is the internal affairs of a certain government.No country has the right to interfere in this affair, the sort of government whether it is a socialist, capitalist system, or whether it is a reactionary progressive. This is the responsibility of the society. It is an internal matter of the people concerned of a certain country.Rome one day the senators of Rome they gave him the amendment to be a dictator, because at the time it was good for Rome. No one can say to Rome at the time that you give Caesar this veto. The veto is not mentioned in the charter.We joined the United Nations because we thought we are equals. And then there is one country that can object to all of the decisions that we make, and it has a member seat. And who has given this country this member seat?These four countries, they have given themselves member states. Theonly country that we have voted in this General Assembly is China. China, we have voted to give China a member state in the Security Council.This was done democratically, but the other member seats was not Democratic, was imposed upon us. This should not be accepted by us, and it was a dictatorial procedure that was done against our will.United … reform is not increasing of the member states. It is just making things worse. I don’t know how this will be translated, but if we add more water, it will be more muddy.This is a typical expression to add insult to injury.
I mean, to make things worse, and to make things even worse by how? Because many big countries will be added further to the former big countries that we already have, and like this it will be (inaudible). So we’ll have more superpowers.Then from here we reject having any more seats done in this way. The solution is not in having more seats. And the most dangerous one, if we have more superpowers already, the superpowers that we already have this will crash down the peoples of all small peoples of third-world countries which now are coming together in what may be called the G100.There are 100 small countries coming together in a forum that is called a forum of small states. These countries will be crushed by superpowers, because further superpowers, further big countries will be added to already (inaudible). This door should be closed, and we reject that strongly and categorically.Then you open the door to have more seats in the Security Council. Thiswill add more poverty, more injustice, more tension at the world level, andmore competition and the level of the Security Council. And then we shall have there will be high competition between certain countries between Italy, Germany, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Japan, Brazil, Nigeria, Argentina, Brazil, Nigeria, Libya, Egypt, Congo, South Africa, Tanzania, Turkey, Iran, Greece, Ukraine .All of these countries will ask to have a seat at the Security Council. And like this, we shall have a raise of competitions, then it will be impractical.So, what is the solution? The solution is that for the solution presided for the General Assembly by (inaudible), which will be a binding resolution taken by the General Assembly, which will not (inaudible) any other quarter.The solution is that we shall close the admission of the member states and we don’t have anymore member states. This is an item that is provided for the General Assembly, presided by Dr. Thratcher right now.And in place of that will be the achievement of the democracy based on equality between member states. There should be equality between member states and instrumentation of the powers and demanded of the Security Council, the General Assembly. And the membership will be for the associations, not for countries, because if we open the door for more members and more memberships for the countries because this will give the right to any country to have a member seat in the country. And the preamble allowed that.No country can say, for instance, you don’t have a seat in the Security Council if a seat is given to Germany. Italy will Germany, maybe for the argument of Italy, will say it was not Germany was an aggressive country, was (inaudible), and was defeated in the Second World War. And if we give India a seat, then Pakistan will say we are a nuclear country and we are at war,and then Pakistan that would be a danger thing.If we give it to Japan, then we should give Indonesia, being the biggest Muslim country in the world. And then Turkey or Kenya will have the same rights. What can we say to them? Argentina, Brazil, Libya. Libya, that has discarded the WMD program, because it will deserve a member state because then it then has done service to security by discarded this program. And South Africa will do the same and Tanzania will do the same.All these countries are important, and (inaudible).This door should be this is falsehood, and this is a trick, and if we went to reform the United Nations, and then we bring more superpowers, more countries, and then we add more to the already big superpowers which did quite a lot of suffering to us. And then the solution is to achieve democracy at the level of the general congress of the world, which is the General Assembly, which is transformation of the Security Council power to the General Assembly.And the Security Council will be just an instrument to implement the decisions taken by the General Assembly. It will be the parliament of the world and the legislative assembly of the world, and this is democracy, andthe Security Council should be responsible before the General Assembly, and we should not accept it.These are the legislators which are the members of the General Assembly and the resolution should be binding. It is said that the General Assembly should do this and this at the recommendation of the Security Council. The Security Council should do this and that according to the rules and the orders of the United Nations.These are the United Nations, are including all the members of the world, not the Security Council, which include only 10 member states. How can we be happy about the world peace and security if the four countries or 10 countries controlled the whole world?We are 190 nations and countries, and we are like the (inaudible). I mean, we just speak and nobody is implementing our decisions. We are just like decor.You are made like decor. You are like a Hyde Park. You were I mean, without any real substance. It’s just according to speaker like the speakers of the Hyde Park corner. No more, no less. You just make a speech and then disappear. This is who you are right now.The Security Council is an executive body for the resolution taken by the General Assembly only. And in this case, there will be no competition for the Security Council member states, because once the Security Council becomes a tool to implement the resolution taken by the General Assembly, there will be no need for any competition.The Security Council should just be a representative for all nations, but not by a state this is what is submitted now to the General Assembly but apermanent seat for all space, for all union, I mean. Twenty-seven countries for European Union. They should have a permanent seat at the Security Council.The African Union should have a member seat in the Security Council, 53 countries. And Latin Americans should have a permanent seat and the (inaudible) should have a permanent seat. And the (inaudible), plus two or countries, should have a permanent seat. The Russian federation should have a permanent seat.The United States of America, which is 50 states, it has already a permanent member seat at the Security Council. (inaudible), once it is established or is about to be established should have a member state. (inaudible) should have a member seat, 22 countries.The Islamic Conference, 45 countries, should have also a member seat.Then (inaudible) should have a permanent member seat in the Security Council.Then we have the G 100. Then we think about that perhaps all small countries, the forum (ph) of small countries, perhaps they would have a permanent member seat also. If there are countries outside of the (inaudible) that I mentioned, maybe we can assign a permanent seat will be given to them by rotation every six months. Japan, Australia, may be outside any union, or Australia, or in other countries.Perhaps they would not join the (inaudible) or the Russian Federation, or not a member in the European Union or the Latin American Union, or in the African Union. Perhaps any country will be given this is the solution, that now this is meant for a vote for the Security Council for the General Assembly to take a vote.This is a vital, important issue. And I mentioned, the General Assembly is the congress of the world, the parliament of the world, the master of the world, and no one should object. No one should we are the nations. Anyone outside this General Assembly we do not recognize.(inaudible) and Ban Ki moon, his Excellency, the secretary general of the United Nations, will make the draft, the legal draft, and set up the necessary committees to submit this for voting. The Security Council from now will be made of unions.This is justice. This is democracy. And then we put an end to the Security Council will be occupied by the countries which one has nuclear weapons, which one has technology.This is terrorism. We cannot have the Security Council and the countries which have the superpowers. This is terrorism in itself.If you went a world that lives in peace, united, we should do that. If we want a world, then it’s up to you. Then we have conflict, and then we should continue fighting each other, or conflict until doomsday or until the end of the world.These members which have a veto or they don’t have a veto. All the Security Council, they should have the right of the veto. All of these unions belonging to the seats. Or we should cancel the whole veto with the new formation.This is the real Security Council. And anyhow, the new Security Council that is submitted to the new proposals, submitted to the General Assembly for voting, will be an executive council which will be under the control of the General Assembly. The General Assembly, which will have the real power and the real (inaudible), like all countries will be equal in the Security Council in the same way they are equal in the General Assembly.We are in the General Assembly. We have equal votes. We should also be equals next door, which is the Security Council.A country has a veto, a country doesn’t have a veto, a country has a member seat, and then a country should not have a member seat, we should not accept it and it should be a mandate (ph) from now. And we should not be subjected to it, and we should not accept any resolution taken by the Security Council according to the composition right now.We were (inaudible). We are independent. And now we are here to decide the future of the world in a democratic way that will maintain world and peace security. All people, small and big, are equals.This is terrorism, like the terrorism of the Al Qaida. This is terrorism.Terrorism is not just Al Qaida, but it can be also in other forms.
We should resort to the maturity of the votes of the General Assembly alone, and we should not vote (ph). If the General Assembly takes a vote, then it should be implemented and should be taken, and taken into decision. And it should be enforced.And no one should say I am above and higher than the General Assembly.Anyone who says that I’m higher than or above the General Assemblyshould leave the United Nations and be alone.Democracy is not for the rich or for the for the rich or for the one who terrorizes. So, for the one who is more powerful than us, (inaudible) democracy? No.The higher (inaudible) should be their own nations at equal footing. Now the Security Council is security feudalism, political feudalism for those who have permanent seats protected by them. And they are used against us.It should not be called the Security Council. It should be called the ” Terror Council. “You see, my brothers, that in our life, in our political life, that if the Security Council is used against us, then they go to the Security Council, they resort to the Security Council. If they have no need to use it against us, then they ignore the Security Council.If the charter, they have interests, an ax to grind to use against us, they respect the charter. They look for the seven chapters of the Security charter (inaudible). But if they want to violate the charter, they would ignore the charter as if it doesn’t exist at all.If the veto on the permanent seat is given to the one who has the power is injustice and terrorism that will not be accepted by us, and we should not live under the shadow of this injustice and this terror.
Superpowers have interests, complicating (ph) interests, and they use the interests, they use the (inaudible), they use the power of the United Nations to protect their interests. And these terrorized and intimidated the Third World. The Third World is terrified and being terrorized and living under the fear of terror.The Security Council ever since it was established in 1949 did not provide us with security, but provided us, on the contrary, terror and sanctions. It is used against us only. For this reason, we are not committed to adhere to the Security Council resolutions after this speech of the fortieth anniversary.Sixty-four wars took place broke out against the war (ph) against the world, against small (inaudible). That it is fighting between small countries or aggression in wars against by superpowers against countries, big countries against us. And United Nations or the Security Council did not take any actions to stop these wars and aggressions in violation of the charter of the United Nations against small nations and small peoples. And the General Assembly will vote for these historic resolutions.Either we continue together in one nations or we go into break into two equal nations, have its own general assembly, its own security council belonging to it, where they have equal footing, standing on equal footing or and the big countries who have the permanent seats, who have their rights, will stay in their own councils, whether there are four or three, as they wish (inaudible).And they should exercise veto against themselves, and this is not of our interest.And if they want to stay in permanent seats, OK, that’s OK, but permanent is a threat for (inaudible) but we shall never stay under the supervision or the control of the veto and the right of veto to given countries.
We are not (inaudible) to give we are not fool to give the right of a veto to big powers to use us, and we are treated like second class and like despised nations. We have not decided that these are big nations, (inaudible) nations, respected nations. These are the nations of the world which represent 190 countries.We know that now ignoring the resolutions of the Security Council is now though it is injustice, and it is only used against us. It is not used against the big countries who have the permanent seats or those countries who have the right of veto. They never use any resolution against them. In the countries, it is used against us.So, any resolutions taken against us, it has become a travesty of the United Nations, and it has become wars and violations of independent states authorities (ph) and committing war crimes and genocides. And these are all in violation of the Security Council, even though there is a Security Council, and nobody cares about the Security Council and even though now each now, each country has each (inaudible) community have become security councils, establishing its own security councils and with the security councils in its own formation.Now it has the Security Council (inaudible) has become isolated. The African Union has already established MASS (ph), which is the peace and security for Africa, and the European Union has already established the security council. The (inaudible) already establishing its own security councils. America will have its own concerns, non-alignment (ph). One hundred twenty countries will have its own peace and security council.This means that we have already lost the trust in the Security Council, which have not provided us with security. And now that’s why we are creating regional peace securities or regional security councils. We are not committed to obey the rules or the resolutions of the security councils in this formation because it is undemocratic, unjust, and no one can force us to be a member of the security councils and to obey or adhere to resolutions or all of this given by Security Council in its composition as it is right now.Now, brothers, there is no respect to the United Nations. No regard to the General Assembly, which constitutes (ph) actually the real substantive(inaudible), and which it has no decisions that is abiding.The International Court of Justice, it is a judicial international body, and resolutions only implemented against the small countries, the small nations. And big countries are rejected to be implemented against the big countries. There are resolutions or court orders taken against these big countries, but they have been refused to be implemented against them.The International the IAEA (ph), an important one in the United Nations, are not big countries are not responsible for it, or are not under control. And we have discovered that this is only used against us. It is a (inaudible) against us.
You told us, this is an international one, so if it is an international one, then all the countries of the world should be under jurisdictions of this one. If it’s not international, then we close the door and arrive from this now, from this speech, we shall close the door, and we should not accept it.And adopt a (inaudible) president of the General Assembly. I cannot…. so, you are only coming to us???I said that this is not an international organization. So, it is meant only for us. Security Council against us. International IAEA against us. International Court of Justice against us. And they (world powers) are free. This is not justice. This is not United Nations. This is rejected totally.As regards Africa, Dr. (inaudible), if you want to reform whether they reform the United Nations or not, and even before you take any historic decisions or vote against Africa, a need is now for now a permanent member seat in the Security Council because this is (inaudible). Even if we are not talking about the United Nations reform, Africa was colonized, was isolated, was persecuted, was usurped (ph), was treated like animals, was treated like slaves, was treated colonies, was colonized, was put under the trusteeship.These countries, the African Union deserves a permanent seat for the past.It’s an outstanding bill to be paid, like (inaudible). And it has nothing to do with the United Nation reforms. This is a priority and high on the agenda for the General Assembly, and no one can say that the African Union does not deserve a permanent seat.Who has the argument? Anyone can talk to me even right now or argue with me. Any proof that the African Union does not deserve a permanent seat or that the African continent does not deserve a permanent seat. Make a decision to bring all these resources and wealth so that no more immigration from the Philippines to Latin America, to Mauritius, to India.Let us have the wealth that was taken from us and looted from us. Africa deserves compensation trillion $7.7, $7.77 trillion.That’s the compensation Africa deserves from the countries who colonized Africa.
Africa will call for that.And if you donte give us this amount, 7.77, the Africans will go to where you have taken these trillions. They have the right. They have to follow. Bring the money back.No Libyan immigration to Italy, even though Libya’s so (inaudible). Why there is no Libyan immigration to Italy? And Italy has done a glorified thing and a civilized thing and should be commended during the Berlusconi and even the predecessor to Berlusconi did their own contribution until we achieved this result.The Third World calls for compensation, why? And we shall send you the poisonous rose that Reagan sent to the Libyan children.
Can you imagine the president of a permanent country, a big country has a permanent seat at the Security Council, has a right to veto?
We thought that America will protect us and send us peace.What is it?
These are lesser-guided bombs sent to us according to the carried on the F-1 airplanes. This was the logic. And we shall lead the world, and we shall punish anyone who anyone whether they like it or not. We shall punish anyone who will be against us. Each member state of us may face the same, especially if this aggression is made by a member state that is has a member seat in the Security Council and supposed to look and maintain the world peace security.Then we have the Grenada war. This country was attacked, was invaded even though it was a member state, by 7,000 – 5,000 warships and using 7,000 troops. It is the smallest country in the world.And after the establishment of the Security Council, after the establishment of the United Nations, and the (inaudible). And the president of this country, Maurice Bishop, was assassinated. How this can be done with impunity? This is a tragedy.And then how can we guarantee that the United Nations is good or not, that the Security Council is good enough? Can we be safe and happy about our future or not? Can we trust the Security Council or not? Can we trust the United Nations or not?Then we have to check and investigate the bombing of Somalia.Somalia was a member state of the United Nations. It is an independent country. And (inaudible).Why? Who allowed that? Who gave the green light for such a country to attack to be attacked?Then the Yugoslav war. No country that is peaceful country like Yugoslavia, that was built that was built step by step, piece by piece, after it was destroyed by Hitler. We destroy it as if we are doing the same job like Hitler.Hitler after the death of Tito and he built this country step by step and brick by brick, and then we come and dismember it for imperialist personal interests. How can we be satisfied? How can we be happy? If a peaceful country like Yugoslavia faced this tragedy, the General Assembly should make investigations and the General Assembly should decide who should be tried for the (inaudible).Then we come to the Iraqi war, the mother of all evils. The United Nations also should investigate.The General Assembly presided by (inaudible) should be investigated by the General Assembly, the invasion of Iraq itself. This was in violation of the United Nations charter without any justifications made by several countries who have member seats in the Security Council.Iraq is an independent country, member in this General Assembly. How this country is attacked and how this country how we have already read in the general in the in the charter that the United Nations should have interfered and stopped.We have come to General Assembly, and we have resorted to the General Assembly. We said that we should go to the General Assembly and use the charter for the checking (ph). We were against this invasion of Kuwait, but Arab countries fought with foreign countries in the name of the General Assembly with foreign countries. In the first place, the U.N. charter was respected. And the second time we wanted to use to it stop the war against Iraq, no one used the U.N. charter. And it was discarded in the dustbin.Why? General Assembly should investigate. Why? Why there was any reason to invade Iraq? Because it is mysterious, ambiguous, and we may face the same destiny. Why did we invade Iraq?The invasion in itself is a serious violation of the U.N. charter. I mean, the invasion itself, per se, is wrong. Then the total massacre, or the genocide. More than 1.5 million Iraqi people were killed.We want the we want to take this file and we want to those who have committed the general mass murder against the Iraqi people should be tried. Yes.Make it easy for (inaudible) to go to be tried, or Bashir to be tried. Or it is easy for (inaudible) to be tried, or Noriega to be tried. That is an easy job to be done.OK. What about those who have committed mass murder against Iraqis? Cannot be tried? Cannot go to the we should not accept it. They will scratch it but they will not demolish it. Continue the war in Afghanistan in Iraq. But I want to save them. I want to say these hapless nations. America and the other countries that fight in Afghanistan and Iraq. We are saying you have to leave Afghanistan for the Afghanis. You have leave Iraq for the Iraqis. Leave them even if they fight each other. They are free to do so. The civil war took place even in the USA. Nobody interfered. The civil war also took place in Spain and in China and in many parts of the world and nobody interfered. If it is a civil war let it go on. Leave it for the Iraqis and for the Afghans to fight each other, they are free.Who says that if the taleban rule Afghanistan they will become a threat? Do the taleban have any intercontinental missiles? The airliner that hit New York. Did it come from Afghanistan or Iraq. These airliners took off from Kennedy airport in New York. So why do we go and strike Afghanistan. They are not Afghans, not taleban, nor Iraqis. Why should we keep silent about these things. Those who keep silent regarding what is right is like a silent devil. We won’t be silent devils. It is our right because we are keen on world peace. We are keen on the destiny of the world. We do not want to undermine humanity in this manner. Then after that Mr Ali Tereki, the general assembly has to launch investigations of the assassinations. You have to launch an investigation once again on the assassination of Patrice Lumumba. We want this recorded in our African history. How an African leader, an African liberator was assassinated. We want to establish who killed him and to record that for history so that our sons will learn history and they will known why Patrice Lumumba the hero of African-Congolese liberation was killed. Even after 50 years. And that act has to be denounced and those responsible have to be held accountable. This file has to be opened and we have to go back to the old documents.Then we would like to know who killed the UN Secretary General Hamashold. Who bombed his aircraft in 1961, the same year in which Lumumba was killed. We want to know who bombed the plane of the UN Secretary General. We want to know who bombed it and who had an interest in that. Then we come to Kennedy’s assassination in 1963. The UN General Assembly has to open the file of Kennedy’s assassination. We want to know why he was killed. He was killed by someone called Lee Harvey and someone called Jack Rubbi killed Lee Harvey, the assasin of Kennedy.
We want to know why this Jack Rubbi, the Israeli, killed the assassin of Kennedy. And Jack Rubbi himself, the killer of Kennedy’s killer also died in vague circumstances before his trial. We have to return to these files and we have to know.
What I know and what the world knows and what we studied in history is that Kennedy decided to inspect the Israeli Dimona reactor to see whether it has nuclear bombs. That is the reason he was got rid of. As long as the case in international in this manner and it concerns world peace and weapons of mass destruction we have to open investigations into the reason why Kennedy was killed. You should also open the file of Martin Luther King. This vicar who was a black activist and human rights campaigner and his assassination was a conspiracy. This file has to opened to establish who killed him and prosecute him.
And further more who killed Khalil Al Wazir the Palestinian Abu Jihad. He was attacked in a sovereign country, a member of this assembly. That is Tunisia where he stayed in its captial. But there was an attack by four warships, two submarines and two helicopters. The independence of that state was not respected as is clear from the assassination of Khalil Al Wazir.
How could we keep silent about such matters. If we keep silent there could be submarines coming to our countries and we could see warships coming to our coasts and pick up anyone they like without being held accountable.
Then we have the death of Abu Ayad. He was killed in very ambiguous circumstances. Then we have operations such as Al Fardan Operation and the Youth Spring Operation where Kamal Nasser was killed and where Kamal Udwan and Abu Yousif Al Najar were killed. These three Palestinians were killed in Lebanon which is a sovereign state and member of the UN General Assembly. We have to establish who killed them. We have to prosecute them so that such havoc is not repeated.You would like to know as well why Maurice Bishop the head of Grenada was killed. We have tackled how Grenada was attacked, with how many war ships and troops. We said they launched an attack on Grenada with 7,000 soldiers, 15 war ships and scores of fighter planes. The president of this member state of the general assembly Maurice Bishop was killed. We can’t keep silent about these crimes. Otherwise we will all become victims and sacrifices and every year it would be the turn of someone. We are not animals and we are not sacrifices. We are defending our existence, we are defending ourselves our sons and our grandsons. We are not afraid. We have the right to live. This globe is not only for the super powers. God created it for all of us. We should never live in humiliation.Then we have to open investigations into the evil massacres of Sabra and Shhatila which claimed 3,000 human victims. This village was under the protection of the occupying Israeli army. Then a massacre was carried out of Palestinian men, women and children. Most of them were Palestinians. How could we keep silent.
Lebanon is an independent state and a member of this assembly. The area of Sabra and Shatila was occupied and 3,000 were slaughtered. Then there is the massacre of Gaza in 2008. And for your information there were a thousand woman killed an injured. And 2,200 children. It means that there were 3,200 women and children only. Fifty educational centers belonging to the UN were demolished. Thirty non-governmental organizations were demolished including international relief organizations. Sixty clinics were demolished.. Forty doctors and nurses were killed while they were doing their humanitarian work. That was the outcome the Gaza massacre in December 2008.
The culprits are still living. They have to be prosecuted in the international criminal court. But if the International Criminal Court is only targeting the smaller states and Third World countries this is not right. Those culprits have to be tried in the court unless it was not international. Then we would not recognize it. If it is international everybody is subjected to it.
As long as the International Court of Justice is not respected and its rulings not implemented and as long as the International Atomic Energy Agency does not include all countries and the general assembly is doing nothing and the Security Council is monopolized then the United Nations is nothing. There is no United Nations. Then we come to piracy. This phenomenon may spread to all the seas. It could become a threat like terrorism. Let us tackle Somali piracy. I am telling you the Somalis are not pirates. The pirates are ourselves because we exploited all the fishing grounds. We undermined their livelihood. We undermined their economies and their regional waters.
All the ships of the world, whether from Libya, India, Japan or America exploited Somali waters and we are the aggressors. After the Somali state collapsed we came to pick up the remnants. The Somalis had to defend their marine wealth which is their food and the food of their children. Then they transformed themselves into pirates to defend themselves. They are not pirates. They only defend their livelihood. And now you are handling it in the wrong way. You are saying let us send warships to strike the Somalis. No. warships should go to strike the pirates who undermined the Somali wealth and resources. You have to strike the foreign fishing boats.Anyhow I held a meeting with the pirates. I told them I would make an agreement between them and the world. The world has to respect the Somali economy area up to 200 nautical miles according to the law of the seas. All the marine wealth in that area belongs to the Somalis. The world has to respect this economic area. This is first.
Then second, all the countries should abstain from dumping hazardous waste in the Somali economic area of the Somali coast and in return the Somalis will abstain from attacking ships. We will draft this agreement and we will present it to the UN General Assembly. That is the solution. The solution is not more strikes against the Somalis.
What is worse is that their warships are preventing the Somalis from going into the sea for fishing. This is the wrong handling, this is the wrong approach. Our way of tackling terrorism is wrong.Our handling of matters is actually wrong. If the vaccination for swine flu is produced and there could be more flus of God or flus of fish then the factories that belong to the intelligence operate and they sell at a high price. This is trade. They produce a virus and they spread it across the world so that capitalist companies gain money from selling vaccines. This is shameful. The vaccines are not to be sold. Medicines are not to be sold. You have to read the Green Book. It does not allow the selling of medicines. If we say the medicines are free and the vaccines are free and no viruses are spread because it is they who produce these viruses in order to produce vaccines. That is how capitalist companies work. This is the wrong approach. You have to declare that medicines are free and not for sale. Even if the viruses are real we should not sell the vaccines. They have to be offered for free.All these matters are submitted in files to be discussed by the UN General Assembly. It has nothing to do but this work.
Then we have the Ottowa agreement which bans the production, the shipment or sale of mines etc.
This is wrong. The mines are not offensive weapons. They are defensive. The mines do not move. They do not attack. It remains wherever it is planted. That means you went to it. Why did you go to it? I would like to plant mines on the borders of my country because you are aggressing my country. Let your hand or leg be amputated. I urge you to review this Ottowa agreement. This appeal could be seen in the internet, in the website Al Qadhafi talks. This agreement has to be revoked or amended.
They want to deprive us even from the mines which are anti personnel. If I want to plant a mine in front of my home or farm then this is my way of defense. It is not offensive. You may cancel the atomic weapons the missiles and inter-continental missiles.As for the Palestinian cause the two-state solution is impossible. I urge you not to speak about it. The only solution is one democratic state for Jews and for Muslims for Palestinians and Christians and all others like Lebanon. The two state-solution is not practical and impossible. There can be no two neighboring states which are to much overlapping. Any division will inevitably fail.
Firstly the two states are not neighbors but are overlapping from all aspects, population, geography and so forth. There are no states. You canâ€™t establish a dividing no manâ€™s land between them because it doesn’t exist.
The West Bank has half a million Israeli settlers. The so-called Israel has a million Palestinian settlers. How can we establish two states. The world has to go to impose one democratic state without any religious, nationalist or linguistic bigotry. Bigotry is reactionary and it is time is well over. These are thoughts of the guard. We have to exert every effort to impose on them one state where all people co-exist.

Therefore all the cases of Abu, Khalil Al Wazir, Kennedy, Lumumba, Hammershold should be transferred to the United Nations as the others were.At any rate the UN General Assembly is chaired by Libya and this is its right. The work that could be done by Libya is to help the world in moving from one phase to another, from this world which is lost, bitter, shameful, terrorised and threatened to move to a more human world where there is peace and tolerance.
I will follow up this work with the General Assembly and with Ali Al Teriki and with the UN Secretary General because we will not be complacent and we will not be submissive regarding the fate of humanity.

NATO Defeated at All Fronts exept for War of Lies
While NATO is winning the war of lies and the diplomatic battle at a U.N. that has long lost all credibility, the Libyan Forces are winning one battle after the other on the ground and the competition for the “war criminal of the year award. by Dr. Christof Lehmann
Let alone the countless U.N. -Sanctioned and NATO- Implemented charades that masked the aggression of the Anglo-American Empire from Yugoslavia, to Afghanistan, to Iraq, to Kosovo, to Pakistan, to Libya and Syria; latest with the hoisting of the “New Libyan” flag at the United Nations, in the context of a 60 year long neglect of international jurisprudence with regards to Palestine, the United Nations has lost any credibilityas a representative of the “International Community” that was left. It is now nothing but “The International Non-Governmental Organization, that lends the appearance of legitimacy to the illegalities of the Anglo-American Empire, that are the Antithesis of it´s very own Charter and Legitimation for it´s Existence and Recognition”. The U.N. is passé; and the recognition of the National Transitional Counsel (NTC) of Libya by China, does not lend legitimacy to either the NTC or the UN. The question that remains, and that requires the most urgent considerations is now, “what comes next, how will free nations take the most urgently needed steps to establish a new, truly independent international forum that provides legitimate security in the spirit of the best intentions behind the U.N. Charter and international jurisprudence, against the abuse of empires; and when will a viable initiative be taken, by whom “.
What does the “United Nations” care about that the people are protesting, as long as the governments of the countries that have the absolute power by means of veto and violence, can enforce “law and order” in best democratic spirit, and force IMF enslaved nationsleaders to voluntarily implement the same policies, when their populations march into the streets in protest of the U.N. and NATO, as today in Ghana. What democracy to build innations building projects, the new term for installing a Vice Roy, when the very organization that supposedly represents “The International Community” is such a very good example of what democracy is not.
And as it is with empires that have no legitimacy, whose elite knows, that an informed public would oust them in a split second, they lie. Historical governments could enforce their inhumanity on their populations by means of brute oppression. But then, we did not have those metropolis with millions, and no charades were played to present the impression of respect for civil liberties and human rights. “You protest ? We kill you, if necessary in the hundreds or thousands, who cares ? ” Latest since the genius of NAZI Propaganda Minister Göbbels and the refinement of his theories on psychological manipulation of populations by Sigmund FreudCousin Edward Bernaise, those crude methods have become antiquated relics that are only to be used at the most ceremonial bloodlettings of the empire. In industrial and post-industrial capitalist societies, tax payers like slaves, have too great a value to sacrifice them en mass on the alter of power. The weapon of choice against the people of the empire have become CNN, Al Jazeera, Twitter, ABC, NBC, Hollywood. The false Green Square Images, the makebelief of Libyans endorsing them being murdered en mass made in Doha is but one example of a carefully implemented strategy against the people, that would tar and feather Obama and his likes, if only they knew. It would be well deserved.
So what are the real news about Libya today ?
Representative of the Libyan Democratic Party, DPL, Sabri Malik elicited that the NTC is split, when he demanded that Jibril had to step down. Malik also “pleaded” to the Warfallah Tribe to cease fighting, which reflects the fact, that the NATO rag tack rebels have severe problems; and that in spite of massive backup by NATO Special Operations and Air Force.
While Al Jazeera informs us, that out of the pure goodness of his heart, NTC Chieftain and CIA Stooge Jalil has prolonged the ultimatum on Sirte, so the people could come to their senses and avoid an unnecessary “bloodbath” – the nicest way to to make a war crime sound like an act of compassion I´ve ever heard, the reality is quite a different story.
This morning at 08.30 nsnbc received a report from a medical doctor inside Sirte Hospital, calling for an immediate halt of the illegal blockade of the city to stop an ongoing humanitarian catastrophe of unprecedented proportion.The Hospital of Sirte has literally “run out of medicine”. Patients are dying because there are no antibiotics nor the simplest of medicines for cardiac or other internal diseases like diabetes. Sirte Hospital resembles a butchery, overcrowded with triaged patients, that are victims of the relentless bombing campaign and ongoing battles around the city. Complicated surgery has to be performed without anesthetics, and patients are dying from shock; this includes children too. After yesterdays confirmed reports, that NATO Special Operations use Ambulances in Tripoli for transport, and ambush attacks, as well as confirmed reports about the abuse of the Red Cross Flag by NATO Special Operations, the Doctor is making a desperate appeal to the press and the world leaders to step up to their responsibilities.
The Armed Forces, Armed Volunteers, and Tribal Militia in Sabah, a city with a population of 150.000, have initiated a counter attack against the “rebels” while NATO Fighter Bombers were occupied with bombing civilian targets inside the city. There are reports of NATO and NTC casualties and more than 100 prisoners.
Tonight nsnbc received a confirmed report of an ongoing tank battle inside Tripoli near the Zarwia Hospital, and heavy clashes of loyalist troops and “rebel” forces in the Aljimahria Street and Abu Salim.
At the outskirts of Bani Walid, Libyan Troops captured a group of NATO Special Operations, disguised in civilian cloth. The captured soldiers will be treated according to international law.
The Militia of the Tarhuna Tribe has joined the Libyan Army under the motto “NO Division of Libya, Throw the NATO R..s out!”
The daughter of Muammar Ghadafi informed the Libyan People that her father is well, and is fighting together with his sons, the Libyan Army, the Tribes, and Volunteers.
Aisha Ghadafi the wife of Muammar Ghadafi, spoke to the Libyan People onARRAY Channel, speaking her heart about NTC leaser Jibril and his likes.
Non of these informations will be found on any of the NATO Co-Opted Satellite Channels.
As all objective analysts observe, the battle for Libya will develop into a protracted conflict that will last months if not years. It will ultimately spill over into the neighboring countries to Libya. With no United Nations to rely on, the only way forward to avoiding a humanitarian disaster of unheard of proportions in Northern Africa. It is time for political leaders with courage and vision to walk out of the United Nations and to form a true International Community.

Libya: Rebels Create Humanitarian Disaster, Then Blame it on Qaddafi

Despite desperate attempts by Wall Street and London to proclaim their intervention in Libya a success, even going as far as sending their political proxies Nicolas Sarkozy of France and David Cameron of the United Kingdom for a quick photo opportunity at the rebel held airport in contested Tripoli, vast swaths of the nation are still fiercely resisting NATO and their proxy rebel forces. This includes entire cities still standing in defiance against rebel attempts to “starve them out” and dozens of daily NATO airstrikes (NATO report for September 22) aimed at breaking the population’s will to fight on.
Weeks ago, the rebel forces, led by US State Department and UK Home Office listed terrorists from the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), a subsidiary of Al Qaeda, boldly announced plans to starve out cities resisting their unelected, foreign backed seizure of the North African nation. The London Telegraph reported in an article aptly titled, “Libya crisis: Rebel leaders hoping to starve Gaddafi stronghold of Sirte into submission,” that under the cover of heavy NATO bombing rebel leaders hoped “to starve Col Gaddafi’s home town of Sirte into submission, laying siege to his last remaining stronghold in an attempt to avoid mass bloodshed, according to the man spearheading efforts for a peaceful takeover.”
This is also a verifiable war crime. As reported earlier, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the denial of humanitarian assistance is a crime under international law. The Red Cross adds that “a massacre is not necessarily committed only with knives.” While many will attempt to portray the premeditated creation of a humanitarian disaster as “more humane” than taking the Libya’s cities by force – rebels have in fact already tried force, for now over a month, and have been soundly repelled.
Now, after weeks of attempting to encircle and starve into submission cities rejecting NATO-backed, UN sanctioned rebel control of Libya, including the southern city of Bani Walid, the “National Transitional Council” is claiming the resulting humanitarian disaster is of Libyan leader Qaddafi’s own creation. CNN, in a bout of selective amnesia after reporting earlier that “anti-Gadhafi forces on the outskirts of Sirte and Bani Walid have cut off supplies into the cities and amassed weaponry for heavy battle,” has now reported in another article titled, “NTC claims humanitarian disaster in Gadhafi stronghold,” that “that Gadhafi forces are robbing food stores, leaving civilian residents to starve.” This is just the latest in a long litany of conflicting stories and verified lies spread by the now notoriously deceptive rebels, their equally duplicitous “international” backers, and shamelessly relayed without hesitation by the complicit and clearly compromised mainstream media.
A real crime against humanity is being committed in Libya, perpetrated by NATO on behalf of Wall Street and London. As reported earlier, NATO’s entire support network and public partners consist of Fortune 500 corporations via the Atlantic Council, which claims to be a preeminent, non partisan institution devoted to promoting transatlantic cooperation and international security. Its sponsors include many of the big oil interests poised to reap a whirlwind of profits over NATO-backed regime change in Libya, namely BP, Chevron, Exxon, and Shell. It also includes defense contractors already enriched by the protracted bloodshed in Northern Africa including Raytheon, BAE, SAAB Technologies, Lockheed Martin,Boeing, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman.
Additional support comes from the world’s largest banks and equity firms, including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, the Blackstone Group, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse Bank, who are set to benefit not from the liberation of the Libyan people, but the “liberation” of Libya’s markets. There is also a tremendous amount of foundation support for the Atlantic Council and thus NATO, each with a nefarious back-story worthy of their own thorough examination, including the Carnegie Corporation of New York , the Ford Foundation, and billionaire bankster George Soros’ Open Society Institute.

The conquest and occupation of Libyan is first and foremost a military victory for NATO. Every aspect of the military offensive was spearheaded and directed by NATO air, sea and ground forces. The NATO invasion of Libya was basically a response to the “Arab spring” : the popular uprisings which spread from North Africa to the Persian Gulf. The NATO assault formed part of a general counter-attack designed to contain and reverse the popular democratic and anti-imperialist movements which had ousted or were on the verge of overthrowing US-client dictators.
Political and military considerations were foremost in motivating the NATO invasion: As late as May 2009, the U.S. and European regimes were developing close bilateral military, economic and security agreements with the Gaddafi regime. According the British daily, theIndependent (9/4/2011), official Libyan documents found in its Foreign Office described how on December 16, 2003, the US CIA and British MI6 established close collaboration with the Gaddafi government. The MI6 provided Gaddafi with details on Libyan opposition leaders exiled in England and even drafted a speech for him as he sought rapprochement with the outside world.
U.S. Secretary of State Clinton presented Mutassin Gaddafi to the Washington press during a visit in 2009 stating, “I am very pleased to welcome Minister Gaddafi to the State Department. We deeply value the relationship between the United States and Libya. We have many opportunities to deepen and broaden our co-operation and I am very much looking forward to building on this relationship.”(examiner.com 2/26/2011).
Between 2004-2010 the largest oil and petroleum service multinational corporations, including British Petroleum, Exxon Mobil, Halliburton, Chevron, Conoco and Marathon Oil joined with military-industrial giants like Raytheon and Northrop Grumman, Dow Chemical and Fluor and signed enormous investments and sales deals with Libya (examiner.com op cit).
In 2009, the U.S. State Department awarded a $1.5 million dollar grant to train Libyan civilian and government security forces. The White House budget for 2012 included a grant for training Libyan security forces. General Dynamics signed a $165 million dollar deal in 2008 to equip Libya’s elite mechanized brigade (examiner.com ibi).
On August 24, 2011 Wikileaks released US embassy cables from Tripoli, which described the positive assessment a group of leading Republican senators had made of US-Libyan relations in during their visit in late 2009. These cables highlighted ongoing security training programs involving Gaddafi’s police and military, as well as the US’ strong support for the regime’s repression of radical Islamists, many of whom are now leading the NATO-backed ‘rebel forces’ now occupying Tripoli.
What caused the NATO countries to shift abruptly from a policy of embracing Gaddafi to launching a brutal scorched-earth invasion of Libya in a matter of months? The key is the popular uprisings, which threatened Euro-US domination. The near total destruction of Libya, a secular regime with the highest standard of living in Africa, was meant to be a lesson, a message from the imperialists to the newly aroused masses of North Africa, Asia and Latin America: The fate of Libya awaits any regime which aspires to greater independence and questions the ascendancy of Euro-American power.
NATO’s savage six-month blitz – over 30,000 air and missile assaults on Libyan civil and military institutions – was a response to those who claimed that the US and the EU were on the “decline” and that the “empire was in decay”. The radical Islamist and monarchist-led “uprising” in Benghazi during March 2011 was backed by and served as a pretext for the NATO imperial powers to extend their counter-offensive on the road to “neo-colonial restoration”.
NATO’s War and the Phony “Rebel Uprising”
Nothing is more obvious than the fact that the entire war against Libya was in every strategic and material fashion NATO’s war. The casting of the rag-tag collection of monarchists, Islamist fundamentalists, London and Washington-based ex-pats and disaffected Gaddafi officials as “rebels” is a pure case of mass media propaganda. From the beginning the “rebels” depended completely on the military, political, diplomatic and media power of NATO, without which the de facto mercenaries would not have lasted a month, holed up in Benghazi.
A detailed analysis of the main features of the conquest of Libya confirms this assault as a NATO war.
NATO launched brutal air and sea attacks destroying the Libyan air force, ships, energy depots, tanks, artillery and armories and killed and wounded thousands of soldiers, police and civilian militia fighters. Until NATO’s invasion the mercenary “rebel” ground forces had not advanced beyond Benghazi and could barely “hold” territory afterwards. The “rebel” mercenaries “advanced” only behind the withering round-the-clock air attacks of the NATO offensive.
NATO air strikes were responsible for the massive destruction of Libyan civilian and defensive
military infrastructure, bombing ports, highways, warehouses, airports, hospitals, electrical and
water plants and neighborhood housing, in a war of “terror” designed to “turn” the loyalist mass
base against the Gaddafi government. The mercenaries did not have popular backing among Libyan
civilians, but NATO brutality weakened active opposition against the “rebel” mercenaries.
NATO won key diplomatic support for the invasion by securing UN resolutions, mobilizing their client
rulers in the Arab League, procuring US mercenary trained ‘legionnaires’ from Qatar and the financial
backing of the rich rabble in the Gulf. NATO forced “cohesion” among the feuding clans of self-appointed
“rebel” mercenary leaders via its (“freezing”) seizure of overseas Libyan government assets amounting to
billions of dollars. Thus the financing, arming, training and advising by “Special Forces” were all under
NATO imposed economic sanctions, cutting off Libya’s income from oil sales.. NATO ran an intensive
propaganda campaign parading the imperial offensive as a “rebel uprising”; disguising the blistering
bombardment of a defenseless anti-colonial army as “humanitarian intervention” in defense of
“pro-democracy civilians”. The centrally choreographed
mass media blitz extended far beyond the usual liberal circles, to convince “progressive” journalists
and their newspapers, as well as intellectuals to paint the imperial mercenaries as “rebels” and to
condemn the heroic 6-month resistance of the Libyan army and people against foreign aggression.
The pathologically racist Euro-US propaganda published lurid images of Libyan government troops
(often portrayed as “black mercenaries”) receiving massive quantities of “Viagra” from Gadhafi while
their own families and homes were, in fact, under aerial assault and blockade by NATO.
The main contribution of the mercenary “conquerors” in this grand production was to provide photo
opportunities of rag-tag “rebels” waving rifles in Pentagon-style Che Guevara poses riding around in
pickup trucks arresting and brutalizing African migrant workers and black Libyans. The mercenary
“liberators” triumphantly entered Libyan cities and towns, which were already scorched and devastated
by the NATO colonial air force. Needless to say the mass media “adored” them.
In the aftermath of NATO’s destruction, the “rebel” mercenaries showed their true talents as death squads:
They organized the systematic execution of “suspected Gadfafi supporters” and the pillage of homes,
stores, banks and public institutions related to the defeated regime. To “secure” Tripoli and snuff out
any expression of anti-colonial resistance, the “rebel” mercenaries carry out summary executions –
especially of black Libyans and sub-Saharan African workers and their families. The “chaos” in Tripoli
described by the mass media is due to the “self-styled liberation” forces running amok. The only quasi–
organized forces in Tripoli appear to be the Al Qaeda-linked militants, NATO’s erstwhile allies.
Consequences of the NATO Conquest of Libya
According to “rebel” mercenary technocrats, NATO’s policy of systematic destruction will cost Libya at
least a “lost decade”. This is an optimistic assessment of how long “reconstruction” will take for Libya to
regain the economic levels of February 2011. The major petroleum companies have already lost hundreds
of millions in profits and over the decade are expected to lose billions more due to the flight,
assassination and jailing of thousands of experienced Libyan and foreign experts, skilled immigrant
workers and technical specialists in all fields, especially in view of the destruction of Libyan
infrastructure and telecommunication systems.
Sub-Sahara Africa will suffer a huge set-back with the cancellation of the proposed “Bank of Africa”,
which Gaddafi was developing as an alternative source of investment finance and the destruction of his
alternative communication system for Africa. The process of re-colonization involving imperial rule
via NATO and UN mercenary “peace keepers” will be chaotic given the inevitable strife among hostile
armed Islamist fundamentalists, monarchists, neo-colonial technocrats, tribal warlords and clans as
they carve up their private fiefdoms. Intra-imperial rivalries and local political claimants to the oil
wealth will further enhance the “chaos” and degrade civilian life, in a nation which had once boasted
the highest per capita income and standard of living in Africa. Complex irrigation and petroleum
networks, developed under Gaddafi and destroyed by NATO, will remain in shambles. As the example of
Iraq has vividly proven, NATO is better at destroying than constructing a modern secular state rooted
in a modern civil bureaucracy, universal free public education, secular judicial system and modern health
services. The US policy of rule and ruin reigns supreme in NATO’s juggernaut.
Motivation for the Invasion
What motivated NATO to initiate a massive, six-month long aerial bombardment of Libya, followed by
invasion and crimes against humanity? Civilian deaths and the widespread destruction of Libyan civil
society by NATO flies in the face of its claims that the air assaults were meant to “protect civilians” from
imminent Gaddafi-led genocide, “rebel” claims which were never substantiated. Bombing Libya’s critical
economic infrastructure allows us to categorically conclude that the NATO assault has little to do with
“economic rationality” or any such consideration. The primary motivation for NATO’s actions can be
found in earlier policies related to a spring counter-offensive against the mass popular movements that
overthrew US-EU puppets in Egypt and Tunisia and were threatening client regimes in Yemen, Bahrain
Despite the fact that the US-NATO were already engaged in several colonial wars (Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan,
Yemen and Somalia) and Western public opinion had been demanding withdrawal in light of the costs,
Western imperial leaders felt too much was at stake and calculated that losses could be minimized. NATO’s
overwhelming mastery of the air and sea made short work of Libya’s puny military defense capability,
allowing them to bomb the cities, ports and vital infrastructure with impunity and enforce a total economic
blockade. They calculated that massive bombing would terrorize the Libyan people into submission and
bring about a quick colonial victory without any NATO military losses, the prime concern of Western public
opinion, and permit a triumphant “rebel” mercenary army to march into Tripoli.
The Arab popular rebellions were the central concern and the motor force behind NATO’s destruction of
Libya. These mass popular uprisings had toppled the long-standing pillars of US-Israel-EU dominance in the
Middle East. The fall of the Egyptian dictator Hosni Mubarak and his Tunisian counterpart Ben Ali sent
tremors through the imperial foreign offices. These successful uprisings had the immediate ripple effect
of inspiring similar movements throughout the region. Bahrain, housing the key naval base for the US navy
in the Middle East and neighboring Saudi Arabia (the US key strategic ally in the Arab world), witnessed
a prolonged massive uprising of civil society, while Yemen ruled by the US- puppet Ali Saleh, faced mass
popular movements and militant resistance. Morocco and Algeria were experiencing popular
demands for democracy. The common thread in the Arab peoples’ movements was their demands
to end EU, US and Israeli domination of the region, an end to massive corruption and nepotism,
free elections and a solution to wide-spread unemployment via large-scale job programs. As anti-
colonial movements grew in breadth and intensity their demands radicalized from political to social
democracy, from a democratic to an anti-imperialist foreign policy. Workers’ demands were enforced
by strikes and calls for the prosecution of repressive police and internal security and military officials
guilty of crimes against their citizens.
The U.S., E.U. and Israel were caught by surprise – their intelligence agencies so deeply
embedded in the smelly crevices of their clients’ secret police institutions failed to detect
the popular explosions. The popular uprisings came at a critical and inopportune moment,
especially for the US where domestic support for NATO wars in Iraq and Afghanistan had
declined sharply given the economic crises and major social cutbacks to pay for these wars. Moreover, in Iraq and Afghanistan the US-NATO troops were losing ground: The Taliban was, in effect, the real “shadow government”. Pakistan, despite its puppet regime and compliant generals, faced overwhelming popular opposition to the air war against its citizens in frontier villages and towns. The US drone strikes killing militants and civilians were answered with the sabotage of vital transport supplying the occupation forces in Afghanistan. Faced with the deteriorating global situation, the NATO powers, decided that they needed to counter-attack in the most decisive and visible manner by destroying an independent, secular regime like Libya and thereby re-affirming their global supremacy, countering the image of defeat and retreat and, above all, re-energizing the “declining imperial power”.
The Imperial Counter-Attack
The US led the way in its counter-offensive in Egypt, by backing the power grab by the military junta led by Mubarak loyalists, who then proceeded to disperse and repress the pro-democracy and workers movements and to end all talk of restructuring the economy. A pro-NATO collective dictatorship of generals replaced the personal autocratic rule of Hosni Mubarak. The NATO powers provided “emergency” billions to float the new regime and “derail” the Egyptian people’s march to democracy. In Tunisia a similar process took hold: The EU, especially France and the US, backed a reshuffling of the ousted regime bringing to the fore a new/old cast of neo-colonial politicians. They plied them with funds, insuring that the military-police apparatus remained intact despite continued mass discontent with the conformist policies of the “new/old regime”.
In Bahrain and Yemen, the NATO powers followed a dual track, unsure of the outcome between the massive pro-democracy movements and the pro-imperial autocrats. In Bahrain, the West called for “reform’”and “dialogue” with the majority Shia population and a peaceful resolution, while continuing to arm and protect the Bahraini royalty – all the while looking for a pliant alternative if the incumbent puppet was overthrown. The NATO-backed Saudi invasion of Bahrain in support of the dictatorship and the subsequent wave of terror effectively showed West’s true intentions. In Yemen the NATO powers continued to support the brutal Ali Saleh regime.
Meanwhile the NATO powers were exploiting internal discontent in Syria by arming and providing diplomatic support to the Islamic fundamentalists and their minority neo-liberal allies in an effort to overthrow the Bashar al-Assad regime. Thousands of Syrian civilians, police and soldiers have been killed in this simmering civil war, which NATO propaganda presents as a case of state terror against “peaceful civilians”, ignoring the killing of soldiers and civilians by armed Islamists and the very real threat to Syria’s secular population and religious minorities.
The Counter-Offensive and NATO’s Invasion of Libya
The destruction and invasion of Libya reversed seven years of accommodation and co-operation with Gaddafi. There were no “incidents” in Libya or elsewhere that had threatened the NATO countries’ economic and military interests. Libya was still an independent country, pursuing a pro-African agenda which had spearheaded and funded the establishment of an independent regional bank and communications system designed to bypass IMF and World Bank control. Libya’s close ties to all the major NATO oil companies and to Wall Street investment banks as well as its ongoing bilateral military programs with the US did not shield it from the NATO’s attack. Libya was deliberately destroyed by a 6-month campaign of relentless bombing by NATO air and naval forces to serve as an example to the Arab popular movements: NATO’s message to the Arab pro-democracy movements was that it was prepared to launch new offensive wars with the same devastating consequences as the Libyan people just endured; the imperial powers were not in decline and any independent anti-colonial regime would suffer the same fate. NATO’s message to the African Union was clear: There will be no independent regional bank organized by Gaddafi or anyone else. There is no alternative to imperial banks, the IMF or the World Bank.
Through the devastation of Libya, the West was telling the Third World that, contrary to the pundits who chattered about “the decline of the US empire”, NATO was willing to use overwhelming and genocidal military power to establish puppet regimes, no matter how backward, vicious and regressive the puppets, because they will ultimately obey NATO and answer to the White House.
NATO’s invasion and destruction of a secular modern republic, like Libya, which had used its oil wealth to develop Libyan society, was a stern message to democratic popular movements. Any independent Third World regime can be rolled back; colonial puppet regimes can be foisted onto a devastated people; the end of colonialism is not inevitable, imperial rule is back.
NATO’s invasion of Libya sends a message to freedom fighters everywhere: There is a high cost to independence; acting outside of imperial channels, even if only to a limited degree, can bring swift destruction. Moreover, the NATO war on Libya demonstrates to all nationalist regimes that making concessions to Western economic, political and military interests— as Gaddafi’s sons and their neo-liberal entourage had pursued full accommodation—does not offer security. In fact concessions may have encouraged imperial penetration. The West’s burgeoning ties with Libyan officials facilitated their defections and promised an easy victory over Tripoli. The NATO powers believed that with a regional uprising in Benghazi, a handful of defectors from the Gaddafi regime and their military control of the air and sea, Libya would be an easy victory on the way to a widespread rollback of the Arab Spring.
The “cover” of an orchestrated regional military-civilian “uprising” and the imperial mass media propaganda blitz against the Libyan government was sufficient to convince the majority of western leftist intellectuals to take up the cudgels for the mercenary “rebels”: Samir Samir Amin, Immanuel Wallerstein, Lowy, Juan Cole and many others backed the mercenary “rebels” … demonstrating the irrelevance and bankruptcy of the remnants of the old left.
The Long Term, Large Scale Consequences of NATOs War
The invasion and conquest of Libya marks a new phase in Western imperialism’s drive to reassert its primacy in the Arab-Islamic world. The ongoing offensive is clearly evident in the mounting pressures, sanctions, and arming of the Syrian opposition to Bashar al-Assad, the ongoing consolidation of the Egyptian military junta and the demobilization of the pro-democracy movement in Tunisia. How far “backwards” the process can be pushed depends on the revitalization and regrouping of the pro-democracy movements, currently in ebb.
Unfortunately, NATO’s victory over Libya will strengthen the arguments of the militarist wings of the US and EU ruling class who claim that the “military option” brings results, that the only policy that “the anti-colonial Arabs” understand is force. The Libyan outcome will strengthen the hand of policymakers who favor a continued long-term US-NATO presence in Iraq and Afghanistan and promote a military offensive against Iran and Syria. Israel has already capitalized on NATO’s victory against Gaddafi via its expansion of huge colonial settlements in the West Bank, increasing bombing and missile raids on Gaza, a major naval and army build-up in the Red Sea region adjoining Egypt and confrontational posturing toward Turkey.
As of early September, members of the African Union, especially South Africa, have yet to recognize the mercenary “transition” regime imposed by NATO on Libya. Aside from the Libyan people, Sub-Saharan Africa will be the biggest immediate loser in the overthrow of Gaddafi. Libya’s generous aid, grants and loans, bought the African states a degree of independence from the harsh conditions of the IMF, World Bank and Western bankers. Gaddafi was a major sponsor and backer of regional integration – including the African Union. His large scale development programs, especially oil and water infrastructure and construction projects, employed hundreds of thousands of sub-Saharan African immigrant workers and specialists who remitted billions to their home countries, helping the balance of payments and reducing deficits and poverty at home. In place of Gaddafi’s positive economic contribution, Africa now faces Tripoli transformed into a colonial outpost, fortifying US military command in Africa and a new push to strengthen military ties with the empire.
However, beyond the present-day celebrations of their imperial military success in Libya, the war only exacerbates the weakening of Western economies by diverting scarce domestic resources to wage prolonged wars with no decisive victories. Ongoing social cuts and harsh austerity programs have undercut any ruling class efforts to whip up phony mass chauvinist celebrations for “democratic victories over tyrants”. The naked aggression against Libya has heightened Russian, Chinese and Venezuelan security concerns. Russia and China will veto any UN Security Council sanctions on Syria. Venezuela and Russia are signing new multi-billion dollar military co-operation agreements, strengthening Caracas’s military defense in the wake of the Libyan invasion.
For all the ruling class and mass media euphoria, the “win” over Libya, grotesque and criminal in the destruction of Libyan secular society and the ongoing brutalization of black Libyans, does not solve the profound economic crises in the EU-US. It does not affect China’s growing competitive advantages over its western competitors. It does not end US-Israeli isolation faced with an imminent world-wide recognition of Palestine as an independent state. The absence of left-wing western intellectual solidarity for independent Third World nations, evident in their support for the imperial-based mercenary “rebels” is more than compensated by the emergence of a radical new generation of left-wing activists in South Africa, Chile, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Pakistan and elsewhere. These are youth, whose solidarity with anti-colonial regimes is based on their own experience with exploitation, “marginalization” (unemployment) and repression at home.
Is it too much to hope that a War Crimes Tribunal could be organized to prosecute NATO leaders for crimes against humanity, for genocide against the people of Libya? Can the brutal link between costly imperial wars abroad and increasing austerity and domestic decay lead to the revival of an anti-imperialist peace movement based on withdrawal of imperial troops abroad and public domestic investments for jobs, health and education for the working and middle class?
If the destruction and occupation of Libya marks a time of infamy for the NATO powers, it also establishes a new awareness that a people can struggle and resist 6 months of intense, massive bombings from all the NATO powers. Perhaps when their heroic example becomes clear and the fog of media propaganda is lifted, a new emerging generation of fighters can vindicate the battle of Libya, as a continuation of the struggle for the definitive emancipation of the Afro-Arab and Islamic peoples from the yoke of Western imperialism.

Beware of the half truth. You may have gotten hold of the wrong half. Most of the greatest evils that has been inflicted upon humanity have come through people feeling quite certain about something which, in fact, was false. We are, indeed, in a time of universal deceit and ignorance, where telling the TRUTH is considered a revolutionary act or a crime in itself.
Bridging the colossal chasm between the TRUTH and deception around this issue is daunting. When power shifts into the hands of those with greedy and selfish intentions for it, harm comes to all parties. The difference between careless connection and a relationship of depth lies in the motives of the heart. UNADULTERATED TRUTH is heavy, therefore few care and are able to carry it. This TRUTH came with a price and it is still being paid for with innocent human blood. It killed, injured and bullied 67 of my friends, colleagues and I. It also cost the lives of thousands of fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, daughters and sons.

On June 27, 2011, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against Muammar al-Gaddafi, his second eldest son Saif al-Islam and the head of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi. In power since 1969, Gaddafi is only the world’s second serving head of state to be issued with an ICC arrest warrant. Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo accused Gaddafi and his aides of the premeditated killing of opposition and the widespread and systematic use of “extreme and lethal violence”, detention, and torture such as ordering snipers to fire on civilians leaving mosques and against protesters.
The investigation by the court’s chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, followed a referral in February by the UN security council. Resolution 1970 was supported by all members of the council, including Russia and China, who are unhappy with the NATO bombing.
Judge Sanji Mmasenono Monageng announced the decision on behalf of a three-judge panel in The Hague on Monday, saying the warrants were meant to force Gaddafi and his two confidantes to appear before the court, were not proof of guilt and prevent the possibility of a cover-up.
Libya dismissed the move by the ICC, rejecting the authority of the tribunal, saying they were based on “falsified charges” and for very good reasons!

RE: AMICUS CURIAR SUBMISSIONS ON BEHALF OF MUAMMAR AL-GADDAFI AND FAMILY
We refer to our letter dated 2 March 2011. We also refer to the international Arrest Warrant issued by the court today and would be obliged if you would confirm that prior to issuing such you duly considered representations made to you.
The basis of the International Criminal Court is to ensure that all leaders are accountable to justice and that nobody can avail themselves to any form of immunity when serious offenses are committed against a population. For these purposes, whilst you have issued an International Arrest Warrant against Colonel Gaddafi and two others, on order that the guiding principles of the International Criminal Court is upheld, we would be grateful if you would explain what actions are being taken against NATO forces attacking civilian population in Libya.
During the first two days of so called UN Intervention, 64 people were killed during the bombardments and a further 150 wounded. In Tripoli alone, 40 civilians died as a result of the early air strikes.
On 1 April, NATO air strikes killed 14 so called rebel fighters
and wounded 7 more at Brega.
On 7 April, NATO bombers killed 15 rebels
and wounded 22 on the outskirts of Brega.
On 27 April, NATO attacked the city of Misrata, killing 12 people
and wounding 5 others.
On 19 June, 9 civilians were killed by a NATO
air strike on Tripoli.
On 20 June, 15 civilians, including 3 children, were killed
by another NATO air strike on Soiman.
On 24 and 25 June, 20 civilians were killed by
NATO air strikes in Brega.
The Libyan Ministry of Health have confirmed that air strikes to date by NATO have killed 3452 civilians but even if you did not accept that figure and accepted even 10% of such, it constitutes exactly the same offenses of which the International Criminal Court accuse Colonel Gaddafi and two others.
As we have stated and we must repeat the intervention in Libya has not been entirely connected to the country’s oil reserves which are conservatively estimated at 60 billion barrels the greatest in Africa and whose extraction is the lowest in the world nor is it necessarily about the 1500 billion cubic metres of natural gas. The intervention in Libya is directly related to the seizure and confiscation, unlawfully of some USD 150 billion that the country had invested abroad.
One of the countries promoting an attack on Libya is Italy. Yet, Libyan investments in Italy are considerable, including 7.5% of Uni Credit Bank, 2% of Finmeccanice, 1% of Eni and 7.5% of Uventus Football Club, all in all those amount to some USD 5.4 billion investments that are now seized and suppressed and it follows that those funds are available to those institutions without any form of control of injunction.
You will also be aware that in 2004 the USA removed Libya from the black list of co called ‘rogue states’ and this act was quickly followed by the EU that lifted the embargo in ensuring that the major oil companies returned to trade in Libya. Each year Libya held and maintained trade surplus of some USD 30 billion.
One fact that has escaped all is that in 2009 Colonel Gaddafi paid some USD 30 billion in surplus oil revenues to the citizens of Libya, the citizens that your court has now accused of some serious offenses. It is interesting to note that the first action that was taken by the USA and the European Union was to seize control not of the oil but of the money.
On 20 January 2011, the Libyan Investment Authority deposited USD 32 billion in US banks and on 28 February only 5 weeks later the US Treasury froze those accounts with the caveat that such monies would be ‘held in trust for the future of Libya’. It however served as a capital injection into the US economy and 4 days later the European Union followed suit by freezing EUR45 billion.
The freezing of such funds has of course had a strong impact in Africa where out of 25 countries, 22 of them were in the sub-Saharan Africa which badly needed such investment,. For example, the first telecommunications satellite Rascom which entered into orbit in August 2010 allowing African countries to use the communication centre outside the reach of the US owned satellites, is in need of constant maintenance which of course now lapses because of the funds held and seized because of the US and EU. More important than such was the money invested into the African Union (1) the African Investment Bank based in Tripoli (2) the African Monetary Fund based in Cameroon (3) the African Central Bank based in Nigeria. The development of those bodies enables African countries to de facto escape the control of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund which classically remain the tools of neo colonial domination and of course marks the end of the CFA Franc, the currency that 14 former French colonies are forced to use by France. Perhaps this explains why President Sarcozy remains keen on leading an intervention and deposing of Colonel Gaddafi.
We have detailed the above in order that the ICC is well aware of the motivation behind the complaint the US/UK/EU leveled in seeking to indict Colonel Gaddafi. Not having succeeded in his murder (as the US did with Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan) their final resort where murder fails is the application of the criminal justice system in offenses that are frankly nothing short of politically and economically oriented for the reasons stated above.
Whilst of course it is the duty of the court to investigate all matters, we ask that the above is properly taken into consideration and that worse offenses have been committed by those who have issued a complaint against the Libyan regime and must also be investigated.

BARRABAS, THE THIEF VERSUS GADDAFI
The International Criminal Court is irretrievably biased due to its Euro-centric and Africa-focused cases it handles, not to mention incompetent Judges. ICC’s claims to international jurisdiction and judicial independence are institutionally flawed and the Court has been marred by blatant double-standards and serious judicial irregularities and blundering in Africa has derailed delicate peace processes – thereby prolonging devastating civil wars.
The Hague-based ICC is increasingly being seen as the European equivalent of the US tribunal at Guantánamo Bay, which similarly claims international jurisdiction.
While the ICC presents itself as an “international” court this is quite simply not the case. Its members represent just over one quarter of the world’s population: China, Russia, the United States, India, Pakistan and Indonesia are just some of the many countries that have remained outside of the Court’s jurisdiction.
The ICC is as just “independent” as the United Nations Security Council and the Court’s European Union funding lets it be. Far from being an independent and impartial court, the ICC’s own statute grants special “prosecutorial” rights of referral and deferral to the Security Council, or more specifically its five permanent members. Political interference in the legal process was thus made part of the Court’s founding terms of reference.
The CICC claims to include, “2,500 civil society organizations in 150 different countries working in partnership to strengthen international cooperation with the ICC; ensure that the Court is fair, effective and independent; make justice both visible and universal; and advance stronger national laws that deliver justice to victims of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.”

Yet, a visit to the Coalition for the International Criminal Court (CICC) site reveals just who is behind the ICC, who is actively promoting it and networking with the ICC’s various NGO partners, and the fact that all involved boast the same financial and political supporters. The ICC is very much also tied to theEuropean Union which provides over 60 percent of its funding, plus other organizations connected to George Soros, who also instigated the Egyptian Arab Spring.
Major funding has been provided by the European Union, the Ford Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the George Soros’s Open Society Institute, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, and George Soros-funded Humanity United,as well as by the governments of Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland, and a number of individual donors.

REFUTATION TO THE FALSIFIED CHARGES
Let us study the UN SC Resolution 1970 (2011)referred the situation in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya never signed or ratified the international treaty establishing the International Criminal Court, therefore how can such international treaty and the International Criminal Court apply to the Libya? Based on that alone, the ICC has no jurisdiction on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and that the immunity of the Head of State, provided by the international customary law, applies to Colonel Gaddafi.
“The ICC ruling (and Arrest Warrants) is a cover for NATO which is still trying to assassinate Gaddafi which functions as a European foreign policy vehicle. It is a political court which serves its European paymasters. The ICC’s claims to international jurisdiction and judicial independence are in any instance questionable, where not simply false. The court’s approach has been marred by obvious double standards and endemic judicial irregularities. The ICC has become the European equivalent of the US tribunal of the Guantanamo Bay.“

The referral is invalid because it violates the Jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in that the UN SC prescribes to the ICC who to prosecute and who not to prosecute when the Resolution prohibited the ICC from prosecuting “nationals, current or former officials or personnel from a State outside the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya which is not party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that State for alleged acts or omissions arising out or related to operations in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya established or authorized by the Council, unless such exclusive jurisdiction has been expressly waived by the State”. Therefore, the International Criminal Court’s jurisdiction, independence and impartiality have been compromised as it has been caused to discriminate against the State of Libya and its people. In so doing, the ICC has acted in a manner that is forbidden by its governing statute.
There is no doubt that in terms of the ICC Statute the UN SC has the power to refer a “situation” to the ICC, however, that does not entitle the UN SC to arrogate themselves powers that they fancy and to even undermine and violate the ICC Statute. In other words, by issuing the warrants of arrest the ICC has complacently misled the world about its penchant to take the law into its own hands as the ICC has no jurisdiction over Libya and the UN SC does not have the competency to grant the ICC ‘powers’ over Libya as the rule of customary international law states that the Rome Treaty cannot apply to States, such as Libya, that are not signatories thereto.

The ICC investigation was opened in a very short period of time compared to the other situations. In other situations, even much less complicated, the Prosecutor took much more time to decide if to open an investigation or not under at 53, ICC Statute:

Regarding the situation in Libya, the Prosecutor took 3 days to decide to open an investigation (in such time he had to consider all the information he had, the jurisdiction, the admissibility and the interests of justice). In just 5 days the ICC Prosecutor already indicated the names of the persons under investigation.
The arrest warrant itself is based on ICC’s own “investigation.” The ICC said, “in the course of its investigation, due to unprecedented cooperation from different States and organisations (none of which are currently working in Libya), the Office of the Prosecutor has been able to collect extensive documentation and evidence in a short period of time, through 30 missions to 11 States, and through interviews with a large number of persons, including key insiders and eyewitnesses. ” Such a premise is so recklessly irresponsible, so baseless, and so morally bankrupt, it is easy to see why the African Union has such a difficult time accepting it.
The “evidence” presented by the “Office of the Prosecutor” reveals a retarded scrapbook using all obviously biased Western propaganda version of articles and reports taken from disingenuous organizations funded by the same corporations and foundations that contrived the ICC itself. This is extraordinary given that the referral by the UN SC violates the ICC Statute. This goes to show that the ICC Prosecutor is absolutely not independent. The ICC did not show to be independent and impartial in this matter. For example, one of the judges of the Pre-Trial Chamber I, Mr. Cuno Tarfusser, recently made statements to the Italian media on the situation in Libya which indicated that the ICC is not impartial.
THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT IS A HYPOCRITE AND A FARCE!
Much earlier than the establishment by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on July 1, 2002, the UN Charter was created “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our life time has brought untold sorrow to mankind.”
Chapter I states:
“To maintain international peace and security, (member states shall respect the) principle of the sovereign equality (of other members), settle their international disputes by peaceful means, (and) refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.”
Since October 1945, UN leadership nor the ICC do anything to deter war, human rights abuses, or other high crimes of powerful member states, notably Western ones and Israel, repeatedly committing crimes of war and against humanity with impunity. In particular, America whose leaders commit the worst of high crimes, has acted lawlessly with impunity, yet no international body or court holds them accountable such as the cases of Yugoslavia/Serbia’s Slobodan Milosevic, Liberia’s Charles Taylor, Sudan’s Omar Hassan al-Bashir, Saddam Hussein (by Washington’s Iraqi Special Tribunal) and others, like Muammar Gaddafi, who now face similar charges.
The ICC has ignored all European or Western human rights abuses in conflicts such as those in Afghanistan and Iraq or human rights abuses by Western client states and even Israel. Instead, the Europeans have chosen to focus the Court exclusively on Africa. Despite over 8,000 complaints about alleged crimes in at least 139 countries, the ICC has started investigations into just five countries, all of them African. Given Africa’s previous traumatic experience with the very same colonial powers that now in effect direct the ICC, this must create an alarming déjà vu for those who live on the continent. The EU is additionally guilty of economic blackmail in tying aid for developing countries to ICC membership.
ICC chief prosecutor Jose Luis Moreno-Ocampo “sought arrest warrants” for Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam, and brother-in-law intelligence chief, Abdullah Al-Sanous, on “charges of orchestrating systematic attacks against civilians (amounting to) crimes against humanity.” He then slanderously calls Saif a“de facto prime minister” and Al-Sanousi the “right-hand man, his executioner,” Moreno-Campo’s announced evidence was alleged intelligence from other governments and “a lot of phone calls from (outside and) inside Libya.”
He continued to claim,
Gaddafi’s “forces attacked Libyan civilians in their homes and in public spaces, shot demonstrators with live ammunition, used heavy weaponry against participants in funeral processions, and placed snipers to kill those leaving mosques after prayers.”
“The (alleged) evidence shows that such persecution is still ongoing as I speak today in the areas under Gaddafi’s control. (His) forces have prepared a list with the names of alleged dissidents, and they are being arrested, put into prisons in Tripoli, tortured and made to disappear.”
PERSONAL REMARK: ALL LIES as I know all this independently and first hand as I took notes with my mentor and best friend, the UN Security Council Special Envoy to the Arab Nations that Coalition has been trying to assassinate the entire time we were brokering peace with the rebels!

Mr. Moreno-Ocampo is on a witch-hunt rather than legitimate justice and doing his job that is paid to do!Notably, Washington pressured the Security Council last February to investigate “widespread and systematic attacks” against Libyans it instigated by enlisting, arming and funding insurgent fighters.
They, not Gaddafi, incited violence. Sarcozy fired the bullets and bombs first. We called on ceasefire, there were no Gaddafi planes that left the ground. The Coalition sent assassins, snipers, spies, and covered the ground with bombs and bullets with the French Rafale jets! Justifiably, Gaddafi responded to stop it to protect his people. He kept his word of ceasefire. Victimized by imperial intervention, he’s now targeted for doing his job as a sovereign leader of Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
Claiming ample evidence shows Gaddafi “personally ordered attacks on unarmed Libyan civilians” is gross hypocrisy with no credibility whatever.
As I go on expanding my personal account and report of the overall scenario, let me underline the fact that no humanitarian crisis existed until America and its imperial partners showed up lawlessly. The attack on the Arab Nations and in particular, Libya was planned many months and years, in advance, with grand scheme includes:

ICC Prosecuting Judge Moreno-Ocampo is a War Crime Accomplice
It seems ICC Prosecuting Judge, Moreno-Ocampo is quite convinced he is above international law and “impartial”, I would like to let the world know that since appointed on June 16, 2003, he has abstained from any imperial prosecutions, exposing himself as complicit with horrific Western crimes of war and against humanity, leaving America, Israel, and other culpable states unaccountable.
Instead of doing his “impartial” job for the international community, he chose soft targets, in particular Western designated ones, including outlier officials in Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, Sudan, Kenya, and Libya, absolving the most culpable big fish, particularly George W Bush, Cheney, Obama, key people under them, and top Pentagon commanders.
Moreover, he avoids prosecuting rogue Western-allied MENA country (Middle East/North Africa) allies, including:

1. (C) International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo told Ambassadors Rice and Wolff on March 20 that Sudanese President Bashir needed to be isolated. Ocampo suggested if Bashir’s stash of money were disclosed (he put the figure at possibly $9 billion), it would change Sudanese public opnion from him being a ‘crusader’ to that of a thief. Ocampo reported Lloyd’s Bank in London might be holding or knowledgeable of the whereabouts of his money. Ocampo suggested simply exposing that Bashir had illegal accounts would be enough to turn the Sudanese against him, “as with Pinochet.”
2. (C) Ocampo said Bashir invents conflict to create a better negotiating position, and thought Bashir was using the expulsion of the NGOs to divert attention away from his arrest warrant. Ocampo suggested the U.S. and the international community also needed to push for Bashir’s arrest to isolate him. Ocampo likened Bashir’s situation to “a bleeding shark being surrounded by other sharks,” with no loyalty, only greed, motivating those competing for power. By promoting the possibility of Bashir’s arrest, Bashir would be further marginalized within Sudan’s ruling elite, Ocampo thought.
3. (C) Ocampo suggested it would be beneficial to reassureChina that its access to oil would not be jeopardized. If Chinabelieved Bashir was becoming a destabilizing influence, Ocampo said China might be more open to his removal as long as his replacement would guarantee support for China’s economic interests.
7. (C) Adada ppoured scorn on the “wildly inaccurate” recent statements of ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo that “5,000 people were being killed each month in Darfur.” He added that who would be so naive and ill-informed to believe such a thing” He noted that this would be over a hundred people a day being killed, a level of violence not seen in Darfur for several years (Note: probably not since 2005). Even the horrific Kalma camp massacre of August 25, 2008 which killed 33 innocent people was “one crime on one day, this doesn’t happen very often.” He mused that such patently absurd and false information put out by Ocampo doesn’t make him look very credible in the eyes of those who actually know something about the reality of Darfur.
There’s still more of interest in a report on a visit by a senior Chinese official to Khartoum. The US diplomat says that Chinese concern about the issuance of an arrest warrant against President Bashir was ‘well-founded’, ‘useful and helpful’.

1. (C) Summary: During his recent visit to Sudan, Chinese Special Envoy Zhai Jun strongly counseled the GOS to remain prudent in dealing with the threatened arrest warrant for President Bashir and to continue to engage with the international community, according to Chinese Ambassador Li. Zhai even suggested that Sudan contact the ICC itself. Li encouraged the USG to consider shared interests in Sudan,s stability and not to veto a UNSCR postponing the ICC proceedings. CDA Fernandez thanked China for its helpful message to the GOS, and reported that the USG has made no decision whatsoever regarding an Article 16 vote. He emphasized that the USG’s primary concern remains tangible improvements in the situation in Darfur, the recent violence by the regime in Kalma Camp was a setback, and thus far the USG sees no reason to postpone ICC action. Special Envoy Zhen,s Message to Khartoum

2. (C) On September 3, Chinese Ambassador Li Cheng Wen briefed Charge Fernandez on Chinese Special Envoy and Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun,s recent visit to Sudan. Zhai, who is responsible for Africa and the Middle East, inaugurated the new Chinese consulate in Juba and discussed the possible ICC indictment of President Bashir with GOS officials inKhartoum. On the latter issue, Li stated that Zhai expressed grave concern about the negative effect an ICC indictment would have on resolving the Darfur crisis. Zhai found Bashir to be quite receptive.
3. (C) According to Li, SE Zhai praised the GOS for its calm handling of the matter thus far, and encouraged GOS officials to continue to mobilize internally and engage the international community, including the UN Security Council and especially the P-5. Zhai also made a “friendly suggestion” that the GOS consider communicating with the ICC itself, either directly or indirectly. Li expressed hope that such contact could influence and perhaps “curb the next steps” in the ICC process. He stated that the GOC views ICC indictment not only as a political, not a legal matter. As such, it is encouraging the GOS to pursue both legal and political solutions to the problem.
ICC Action Threatens Darfur Progress

4. (C) Li stated that the GOC is extremely worried about how the ICC indictment will affect in Darfur, asserting that it has hardened the rebels’ stance towards peace. He believes that GOS officials now understand the gravity of the situation they have created over the years, and hopes they will heed GOC advice continue to engage with the international community. “Not heating up this matter is in the interest of all parties,” he said.
5. (C) CDA Fernandez thanked Li for China,s helpful and useful message to the GOS. He noted that while the United Statesshares GOC concerns about Sudan,s stability, its primary focus is achieving tangible improvements in the situation in Darfur, especially in regards to humanitarian access. He continued that while GOS contact with the ICC might influence P-5 members France and theUK, it does not by itself concern the United States, which is not a party to the ICC.
6. (C) Li concurred that the GOS could do more to speed up humanitarian access and take other positive actions but cautioned that “only pressuring the Sudanese government is no use.” Continued antagonism serves to strengthen the suspicions of hardliners within the NCP that the West is plotting againstSudan, he said. Rather, “we need to engage with them” to help solve the Darfur crisis. Both agreed that there is some anecdotal evidence of regime infighting about what is the best strategy: cooperation or escalation.
7. (C) Li expressed puzzlement at perceived British and French support for ICC Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo. He stated that “whoever had a role in creating this problem will bear responsibility” if Sudan descends into chaos as a result of the ICC indictment, adding that such an outcome could have been easily forecast. He declared that destabilization of Sudan is in no one’s interest, adding that “to help Sudan is to help ourselves. I hope the British and French understand this philosophy.” He observed that French companies have oil interests in Sudan as well as in Chad. . CDA Fernandez agreed that an ICC indictment will present great challenges to achieving peace in Darfur, but commented that the decision to indict President Bashir was may bave been made by an overzealous prosecutor and is not the result of “high politics” or a conspiracy by the West. He noted President Bashir’s sweeping claims to want to change the situation in Darfur for the better, “we want to see tangible results, not words or process.”
U.S. Should Not Block Delaying ICC Action

8. (C) CDA Fernandez’ meeting with Li followed a flurry of erroneous media reports that China is expected to “veto” the issuance of an arrest warrant for President Bashir. (Note: For example, the newspaper Akher Lahza ran a story with the headline “China Does Not Rule Out Veto To Invalidate Ocampo’s Allegations,” which noted that “President Bashir received a verbal message from his Chinese counterpart expressing a his country’s support for Sudan regarding Ocampo’s allegations,” but that “Peking denied reaching the stage of using a veto to invalidate the ICC prosecutor’s procedures because the case is still in its primary phase.” Another daily, Al-Rae’d, ran a headline “Chinese veto awaits Ocampo.” End Note.) Li acknowledged that these reports suggest a fundamental misunderstanding of role of Article 16 of the ICC Statute by the Sudanese public, and that it is a P-3 veto of a deferral of the ICC proceedings that GOS must worry about. He urged the USG to think of its and Chinese “mutual interests” in Africa when making a decision. “Stability is in the interests of all parties,” he said. “It’s what we should work for in the New World Order.”

9. (C) Li’s concern that the issuance of an arrest warrant for President Bashir could have profound destabilizing effects are well founded. Combined with the end of the rainy season and renewal of rebel activity on both sides of the Chad-Sudan border, the ICC indictment could set off a chain reaction of violence and instability. China’s encouragement of GOS internal mobilization and international engagement, including with the ICC, is both useful and helpful, but its unclear whether the NCP even has the capability, let alone the willpower, to take any action towards solving the crisis if it can decide what those steps should be.

It seems I may have to remind our ICC Prosecuting Judges who have forgotten our Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international laws such as Geneva Convention of 1949 – which comprises of four treaties, and three additional protocols, and are established as standards of international law for the humanitarian treatment of the victims of war. The articles of the Fourth Geneva Convention (1949) extensively defined the basic rights of prisoners (civil and military) during war; it is established for the protections of the wounded; the civilians in and around a war zone. The treaties of 1949 were ratified, in whole or with reservations, by 194 countries, including Libya. The international law defines the rights and protections of non-combatants, thus:
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an INDEPENDENT and IMPARTIAL tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

However, the Parties to the conflict may take such measures of control and security in regard to protected persons as may be necessary as a result of the war. “

Article 1 of Protocol I clarifies that armed conflict against colonial domination and foreign occupation also qualifies as an international conflict, which should be used for defending Libyan sovereignty. The Libya debate meets these criteria, and thus, the full protections of the Conventions should apply to take everything into account and put these criminals in a war tribunal for these heinous crimes.
Base on the Convention, these serious crimes, legally termed as grave breaches, the atrocities done to Libya and Gaddafi are to be considered as war crime.US/UK/EU/NATO and the GROUP of 5 Big American Equity Fund Executive instigators of this international conflict have breached the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions against Gaddafi, Libya and humanity, which is supposedly protected by the Convention:
- willful killing, torture or inhumane treatment, including biological experiments
- willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health
- compelling someone to serve in the forces of a hostile power
- willfully depriving someone of the right to a fair trial
- extensive destruction and appropriation of property not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly
The International Laws also stipulates that when the Geneva Conventions are applied, governments must surrender a certain degree of their national sovereignty to comply with international law. Again, it is hypocritical of the Court to ask Mr. Gaddafi and his cohorts to step forward into the obviously impartial Western Sanhedrin filled with Pharisaical mob in addition to baseless allegations and lack of substantial evidentiary support.
The Court’s proceedings have often been questionable where not farcical. Its judges – some of whom have never been lawyers, let alone judges – are the result of vote-trading amongst member states. The Court has produced witnesses who recanted their testimony the moment they got into the witness box, admitting that they were coached by non-governmental organisations as to what false statements to make. There have been prosecutorial decisions which should have ended any fair trial because they compromised the integrity of any subsequent process. The ICC’s first trial stalled because of judicial decisions to add new charges half-way through proceedings. Simply put, the Court has been making things up as it goes along.
The ICC claims to be “economical”, yet costs half a billion Euros to put on one deeply flawed trial, which subsequently ground to a halt for months. The ICC claims to be victim-centred yet in practice full of ambivalence towards victim communities. The ICC claims to bring “swift justice” but it has taken several years to bring the first accused to trial for allegedly using child soldiers. The Nuremberg trials, which addressed infinitely more serious charges, were over within a year. The ICC claims to be fighting impunity, yet it has afforded de facto immunity and impunity to several serial abusers of human rights who happen to be friends of the European Union and United States.
Absolving Israel, America and its complicit partners mocks the notion of a legitimate tribunal. Worse still is targeting their victims, making them pay for imperial crimes. The ICC does not have Africa’s welfare at heart, only the furtherance of Western, and especially European, foreign policy and its own bureaucratic imperative – to exist, to employ more Europeans and North Americans and where possible to continue to increase its budget. Business as usual.
Since everything has no validity and charades, it is imperative that NATO to stop their bombings and to also abandon its threat to kill Colonel Qadhafi and allow the ICC disputed process to take course. Failing which, it would mean that the ICC is not recognized and respected by NATO itself. Furthermore, NATO should immediately announce a ceasefire to guarantee the safety of the legitimate Libyan Leader, Colonel Qadhafi and other representatives and officials of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to exercise their right to defend themselves in a fair tribunal.
The case against Muammar al-Gaddafi, his second eldest son Saif al-Islam and the head of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi is founded on the desperation to have access to the rich oil resources and not any legal ground as NATO should account on the destruction of Libyan infrastructure, killing of innocent civilians, women and children as well as the deprivation of access to basic necessities, including baby food.
Having the ICC issue illegitimate warrants very quickly as well the adamant referral of the Coalition and NATO speaks volumes of desperation because TRUTH be told and when all independent facts are presented as I am doing, Coalition members are the ones deserving of a War Tribunal for the blood of thousands are in their hands, not only breaking both international laand state laws with the assassination attempts.
The merit of the facts alleged do not require long comments for they are the result of a campaign conducted through the media. A great deal of information that has been given to the media has already proven to be false. It is responsibility of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to use all legitimate means to maintain and re-establish law and order in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and to defend the unity and the territorial integrity of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
PERSONAL REMARKS: Who hold these people accountable? NO ONE, because they either bought, coerced, and placed puppets in every single government around the world! TELESUR: 50,000 PEOPLE IN LIBYA KILLED BY NATO

This week Telesur welcomed home a news team just back from covering NATO’s war on Libya from that nation’s capital, Tripoli. On arrival at Venezuela’s Maiquetia International Airport, the journalists denounced the ongoing ‘fabrication of lies’ by mainstream media outlets and accused the international press of ‘producing the arguments needed for a continuation of the war’. The Libyan people ‘have been invaded by destruction, war, suffering and death, when the solution to the conflict could have been secured by peaceful means’, affirmed Telesur journalist Rolando Segura, who spent the last four months in Libya alongside cameraman Henry Pillajo.
Segura and Pillajo are among the handful of independent journalists who covered largely underreported stories that include: NATO’s bombing of civilian targets; the indiscriminate killing of black migrant workers by rebel forces; the million strong ‘Green March’ held across Libya demanding reconciliation between the government and opposition forces; the rebel takeover and silencing of Libya’s public broadcasting channels; and the fabricated takeover of Tripoli’s Green Plaza late last month – filmed in Qatar and disseminated by international mainstream media outlets, the video successfully secured recognition of the NATO-backed National Transition Council (CNT) as the ‘new government in Libya’ and convinced many Libyan embassy staff abroad to defect.
After an August 8-9 NATO missile strike killed 85 civilians, 33 of which were children, Telesur’s Segura interviewed Abu Mimiar, brother of one of those killed. Mimiar asked the Telesur reporter if the killing of his brother, a rural farmer, ‘is the protection of civilians they (NATO) talk about? Or is it that those of us who care for and support Gaddafi don’t deserve protection?’
50,000 KILLED IN LIBYAN WAR
According to Segura, who spoke Tuesday at a forum in Caracas organized by Correo del Orinoco, ‘there is talk of an estimated 1,800 killed by NATO bombs and, as a result of the entire conflict, something like 50,000 dead in total – persons who were massacred as a result of this invasion, this aggression, against Libya’.
The bombings, as well as advances made by NATO-backed rebel forces, ‘were made possible by the lies of the mass media that reproduced an editorial line without any questioning at all’, affirmed Segura. Segura’s blog [http://rolandotelesur. blogspot.com/], in Spanish, has been one of the only independent sources of news, analysis, and images in the aftermath of NATO bombings across Libya.
The Telesur crew left Libya late last week, traveling 36 hours by boat from the Libyan coast to Malta, an island just south of Sicily, Italy. The two crowded in a boat fit for 12 alongside 50 other passengers, all of whom sought refuge from war-torn Tripoli.
Since 19 March this year, the United States and its NATO allies have launched over 20,000 sorties over Libya, carrying out an estimated 9,000 air strikes. This past Sunday alone, NATO carried out 52 aerial attacks. Damage to the country’s highly developed infrastructure – including its oil industry, water supply networks, food storage facilities, communications installations, and public health system – has resulted in growing shortages of food, water, and medicine.
TELESUR VS. NEW FORMAT FOR WAR
Speaking to a crowd gathered on Monday, Venezuelan Minister of Communication and Information Andres Izarra praised Telesur’s role in Libya and said ‘US imperialism’ had ‘sown together a new format for imperial aggression’ by using ‘the hegemonic international media’ to demonize governments opposed to US foreign policy. This new ‘format,’ he said, involves ‘instigating revolutions of color, revolutions of spring’ inn countries in which imperialism claims ‘civil liberties are restricted’. Demonization is followed by international media campaigns to topple anti-US governments and, if necessary, direct military intervention follows.
According to Izarra, this new method for attacking sovereign nations has ‘already had a partialn victory in Libya’ and ‘at this moment is a serious threat to Syria’. Izarra praised Telesur reporters in Tripoli, who showed ‘a city that was going about living its normal, daily life’ as international press attempted to portray ‘a dictator, Gaddafi, massacring his own people’ in order to justify NATO’s war.
Jordan Rodriguez, Telesur´s reporter in Tripoli at the start of NATO bombings, told the press that NATO is currently the only force responsible for ‘bombings
that are taking place in Libya’ and blamed the international force for ‘killing innocent civilians, women and children’. Rodriguez pointed out that while NATO bombs continue to hit populated urban centers, ‘we watch as the large networks like CNN and the BBC report on the precision of NATO bombs’ instead of the impact these bombs have on the Libyan people’s daily life.
According to Rodriguez, Telesur has ‘shown another other side of the conflict’. ‘When we (Telesur) spoke to Libyans from rural and other areas, many showed a great deal of appreciation for Moammar Gaddafi. We are talking about the poorest country in all of the Maghreb, before the arrival of the Revolution. The proof is in the statistics, in the hospitals that look like high tech clinics, eightlane highways, the highest quality education’, he said.
Rodriguez accused the US and NATO allies of instigating, arming and training the rebel forces. He said that when speaking to anti-Gaddafi rebels on the ground, ‘all they said is that they wanted ‘Gaddafi to go,’ giving no argumentation’.
Gaddafi was forced into hiding after NATO-backed opposition forces seized on weeks of airstrikes in Tripoli, capturing government offices and the presidential palace. Footage of the socalled ‘Fall of Tripoli’ was widely disseminated by the mainstream media and opposition forces received almost immediate recognition as the ‘new government’ in Libya.
VOICE OF TRUTH
According to Telesur President Patricia Villegas the Caracas- based Latin American news outlet plans to keep staff in Libya indefinitely as NATO steps up efforts to destroy support for Gaddafi and maintain the pro-Western ‘transitional government’.
According to Villegas, the station’s overall objective ‘has always been’ to provide a ‘voice to the victims of conflict,’ as was the case during the 2009 military coup in Honduras, the attempted ouster of Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa in 2010, the popular uprising against former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, and most recently, the NATO bombing of Libya.
‘We didn’t arrive (in Libya) alongside the invaders’, affirmed Villegas. ‘We didn’t arrive with the bullets…Other media outlets did. Other media outlets are riding in the rebels’ cars; others are protected by private securitycompanies. This is not the journalistic practice of Telesur. We have told this story since it first began’, she said.
‘Regardless of whether or not the leader (Gaddafi) is ‘correct,’ we have been witness to exceptional acts of aggression by NATO; of NATO bombs not only attacking military but also civilian targets’, she affirmed.
CHAVEZ PRAISES TELESUR
Over the weekend Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez praised Telesur’s coverage of the war on Libya, stressing the importance of breaking apart the media blockade imposed by ‘US Empire’ and its allies in international and local media networks. ‘I want us to award the Telesur correspondents with an honor, the highest honor given by the Republic. Those people are the ones telling the truth’. said Chavez. ‘Our recognition and admiration goes out to Telesur and its correspondents in Libya…What courage!’ he said.
Destroying a Country’s Standard of Living: What Libya Had Achieved, What has been Destroyed

“There is no tomorrow” under a NATO sponsored Al Qaeda rebellion.
While a “pro-democracy” rebel government has been instated, the country has been destroyed.
Against the backdrop of war propaganda, Libya’s economic and social achievements over the last thirty years, have been brutally reversed:
The [Libyan Arab Jamahiriya] has had a high standard of living and a robust per capita daily caloric intake of 3144. The country has made strides in public health and, since 1980, child mortality rates have dropped from 70 per thousand live births to 19 in 2009. Life expectancy has risen from 61 to 74 years of age during the same span of years. (FAO, Rome, Libya, Country Profile,)
According to sectors of the “Progressive Left” which have endorsed NATO’s R2P mandate: “The mood across Libya, particularly in Tripoli, is absolutely—like there’s just a feeling of euphoriaeverywhere. People are incredibly excited about starting afresh. There’s a real sense of rebirth, a feeling that their lives are starting anew. (DemocracyNow.org, September 14, 2011 emphasis added)
“Starting afresh” in the wake of destruction? Fear and Social Despair, Countless Deaths and Atrocities, amply documented by the independent media.
No euphoria…. A historical reversal in the country’s economic and social development has occurred. The achievements have been erased.
The NATO invasion and occupation marks the ruinous “rebirth” of Libya’s standard of living That is the forbidden and unspoken truth: an entire Nation has been destabilized and destroyed, its people driven into abysmal poverty.
The objective of the NATO bombings from the outset was to destroy the country’s standard of living, its health infrastructure, its schools and hospitals, its water distribution system.
And then “rebuild” with the help of donors and creditors under the helm of the IMF and the World Bank.
The diktats of the “free market” are a precondition for the instatement of a Western style “democratic dictatorship “.
About nine thousand strike sorties, tens of thousands of strikes on civilian targets including residential areas, government buildings, water supply and electricity generation facilities. (See NATO Communique, September 5, 2011. 8140 strike sorties from March 31 to September 5, 2011)
An entire nation has been bombed with the most advanced ordnance, including uranium coated ammunition.
Already in August, UNICEF warned that extensive NATO bombing of Libya’s water infrastructure “could turn into an unprecedented health epidemic “ (Christian Balslev-Olesen of UNICEF’s Libya Office, August 2011).
Meanwhile investors and donors have positioned themselves. “War is Good for Business’. NATO, the Pentagon and the Washington based international financial institutions (IFIs) operate in close coordination. What has been destroyed by NATO will be rebuilt, financed by Libya’s external creditors under the helm of the “Washington Consensus”:
“Specifically, the [World] Bank has been asked to examine the need for repair and restoration of services in the water, energy and transport sectors [bombed by NATO] and, in cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, to support budget preparation [austerity measures] and help the banking sector back on to its feet [The Libyan Central bank was one of the first government buildings to be bombed]. Employment generation for young Libyans has been added as an urgent need facing the country.” (World Bank to Help Libya Rebuild and Deliver Essential Services to Citizens emphasis added)
Libya’s Development Achievements
Whatever one’s views regarding Moamar Gadaffi, the post-colonial Libyan government played a key role in eliminating poverty and developing the country’s health and educational infrastructure. According to Italian Journalist Yvonne de Vito, “Differently from other countries that went through a revolution – Libya is considered to be the Switzerland of the African continent and is very rich and schools are free for the people. Hospitals are free for the people. And the conditions for women are much better than in other Arab countries.” (Russia Today, August 25, 2011)
These developments are in sharp contrast to what most Third World countries were able to “achieve” under Western style “democracy” and “governance” in the context of a standard IMF-World Bank Structural Adjustment program (SAP).
Public Health Care
Public Health Care in Libya prior to NATO’s “Humanitarian Intervention” was the best in Africa. “Health care is [was] available to all citizens free of charge by the public sector. The country boasts the highest literacy and educational enrolment rates in North Africa. The Government is [was] substantially increasing the development budget for health services…. (WHO Libya Country Brief )
Confirmed by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), undernourishment was less than 5 %, with a daily per capita calorie intake of 3144 calories. (FAO caloric intake figures indicate availability rather than consumption).
The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya provided to its citizens what is denied to many Americans: Free public health care, free education, as confirmed by WHO and UNESCO data.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO): Life expectancy at birth was 72.3 years (2009), among the highest in the developing World.

The pupil teacher ratio in Libya’s primary school was of the order of 17 (1983 UNESCO data), 74% of school children graduating from primary school were enrolled in secondary school (1983 UNESCO data).
Based on more recent date, which confirms a marked increase in school enrolment, the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in secondary schools was of the order of 108% in 2002. The GER is the number of pupils enrolled in a given level of education regardless of age expressed as a percentage of the population in the theoretical age group for that level of education.
For tertiary enrolment (postsecondary, college and university), the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) was of the order of 54% in 2002 (52 for males, 57 for females).

With regard to Women’s Rights, World Bank data point to significant achievements.
“In a relative short period of time, Libya achieved universal access for primary education, with 98% gross enrollment for secondary, and 46% for tertiary education. In the past decade, girls’ enrollment increased by 12% in all levels of education. In secondary and tertiary education, girls outnumbered boys by 10%.” (World Bank Libya Country Brief, emphasis added)
Price Controls over Essential Food Staples
In most developing countries, essential food prices have skyrocketed, as a result of market deregulation, the lifting of price controls and the eliminaiton of subsidies, under “free market” advice from the World Bank and the IMF.
In recent years, essential food and fuel prices have spiralled as a result of speculative trade on the major commodity exchanges.
Libya was one of the few countries in the developing World which maintained a system of price controls over essential food staples.
World Bank President Robert Zoellick acknowledged in an April 2011 statement that the price of essential food staples had increased by 36 percent in the course of the last year. See Robert Zoellick, World Bank
The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya had established a system of price controls over essential food staples, which was maintained until the onset of the NATO led war.
While rising food prices in neighbouring Tunisia and Egypt spearheaded social unrest and political dissent, the system of food subsidies in Libya was maintained.
These are the facts confirmed by several UN specialised agencies.
“Missile Diplomacy” and “The Free Market”
War and Globalization are intiricately related. The IMF and NATO work in tandem, in liason with the Washington think tanks.
Countries which are reluctant to accept the sugar coated bullets of IMF “economic medicine” will eventually be the object of a R2P NATO humanitarian operation.
Déjà Vu? Under the British Empire, “gun boat diplomacy” was a means to imposing “free trade”. On October 5, 1850, England’s Envoy to the Kingdom of Siam, Sir James Brooke recommended to Her Majesty’s government that:
“should these just demands [to impose free trade] be refused, a force should be present, immediately to enforce them by the rapid destruction of the defenses of the [Chaopaya] river… Siam may be taught the lesson which it has long been tempting– its Government may be remodelled, A better disposed king placed on the throne and an influence acquired in the country which will make it of immense commercial importance to England” (The Mission of Sir James Brooke, quoted in M.L. Manich Jumsai, King Mongkut and Sir John Bowring, Chalermit, Bangkok, 1970, p. 23)
Today we call it “Regime Change”, and “Missile Diplomacy” which invariably takes the shape of a UN sponsored “No Fly Zone”. Its objective is to impose the IMF’s deadly “economic medicine” of austerity measures and privatization.
The World Bank financed “reconstruction” programs of war torn countries are coordinated with US-NATO military planning. They are invariably formulated prior to onslaught of the military campaign…
Confiscating Libyan Financial Assets
Libya`s frozen overseas financial assets are estimated to be of the order of $150 billion, with NATO countries holding more than $100 billion.
Prior to the war, Libya had no debts. In fact quite the opposite. It was a creditor nation investing in neighboring African countries.
The R2P military intervention is intended to spearhead the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya into the straightjacket of an indebted developing country, under the surveillance of the Washington based Bretton Woods institutions.
In a bitter irony, after having stolen Libya’s oil wealth and confiscated its overseas financial assets, the “donor community” has pledged to lend the (stolen) money back to finance Libya’s post-war “reconstruction”. Libya is slated to join the ranks of indebted African countries which have driven into poverty by IMF and the World Bank since the onsalught of the debt crisis in the early 1980s:
The IMF promised a further $35-billion in funding [loans] to countries affected by Arab Spring uprisings and formally recognized Libya’s ruling interim council as a legitimate power,opening up access to a myriad of international lenders as the country [Libya] looks to rebuild after a six-month war. …
Getting IMF recognition is significant for Libya’s interim leaders as it means international development banks and donors such as the World Bank can now offer financing.
The Marseille talks came a few days after world leaders agreed in Paris to free up billions of dollars in frozen assets [stolen money] to help [through loans] Libya’s interim rulersrestore vital services and rebuild after a conflict that ended a 42-year dictatorship.
The financing deal by the Group of Seven major economies plus Russia is aimed at supporting reform efforts [IMF sponsored structural adjustment] in the wake of uprisings in North Africa and the Middle East.
The financing is mostly in the form of loans, rather than outright grants, and is provided half by G8 and Arab countries and half by various lenders and development banks. (Financial Post, September 10, 2011,

Desperate to declare NATO’s mission in Libya a victoryahead of the September 19, 2011 deadline on their contrived UN Security Council resolution, already violated in every conceivable manner possible, NATO planes in tandem with NATO special forces obliterated Tripoli ahead of swarms of Libyan rebel troops led bynotorious Al Qaeda thug Abdulhakim Hasadi (aka Balhaj.) Three weeks later, NATO’s proxy Libyan representative, long-time globalist and servant of the West Mahmoud Gibril Elwarfally, touched down at Tripoli’s airport, one of the few enclaves held by rebels in the city, to give the impression that his “National Transitional Council” (NTC) actually controls the capital and therefore the country.
In reality, Gibril (also spelled Jabril) is in control of nothing, apparently not even his own rebel forces, and stunts such as landing in Tripoli are desperate ploys to portray a sense of strength and resolve to garner continued “international support” as NATO’s deadline quickly approaches. Libya’s rebellion, despite the corporate-media’s disingenuous presentation, is divided along tribal and ethnic lines, with most of Libya’s rebels being motivated, not by aspirations for liberal-democracy, but rather by ideological extremism cultivated over the last 30 years by US and British intelligence in the eastern cities of Darnah and Benghazi. As NATO enables these violent ideologues to expand their control over the country, they are systematically committing war crimes including large-scale theft and looting, exiling entire civilian populations from cities, and wholesale genocide. They are also reportedly turning their weapons on one another.
To compound Gibril’s precarious situation, the few fighters he has that are following orders are stretched thin between attempting to hold parts of Tripoli, holding other towns and cities beyond their Benghazi stronghold, and attempting to siege entire cities still standing defiantly against NATO and rebel conquest. The cities of Bani Walid and Sirte, both claimed by rebels as ripe to fall “within hours” have now entirely balked rebel advances, causing many forces to flee with reports that fighters coming back from the front lines areoverwhelmed and demoralized.
Despite heavy, and quite obviously indiscriminate bombing by NATO for the better part of two weeks, resistance in these two cities is still fierce enough to keep the rebels well at bay. It is quite apparent that initial reports by Gabril’s “NTC” that only 60-150 Qaddafi fighters remained in Bani Walid, were yet another lie and that the entire city’s civilian population is putting up resistance. The number of “resisters” has gone up piecemeal as the rebel operation drags on, with the number of “Qaddafi soldiers” fighting in Bani Walid well past 1,000 now.
Bani Walid is predominately made of members of Libya’s one-million strong Warfalla tribe, and is decidedly not interested in NATO’s sponsored “Benghazi liberation.” In the wake of NATO’s bombing campaign and special forces entering Tripoli and their setting the stage for looting, torture, and genocide, and after months of reporting on the Libyan rebels’ penchant for war crimes, the London Telegraph has finally admitted in short that the rebels are in fact genocidal racists. In the Telegraph’s article “Gaddafi’s ghost town after the loyalists retreat,” it is reported that rebels have taken the city of Tawarga, where the entire civilian population was either killed, rounded up, or exiled.
The article notes “racist undercurrents” within the Libyan rebellion, a factor independent analysts have been warning about since NATO intervened in March. The report also quotes rebel leaders as saying in regards to the vast amount of property left behind by the exiled population, “the military council will decide what will happen to the buildings. But over our dead bodies will the Tawargas return.” Another rebel commender concluded, “Tawarga no longer exists.” Of course, exiling an entire civilian population from their homes and arbitrarily seizing their property is a grievous war crime, and in this particular case, a war crime done under NATO cover, with US and British diplomatic recognition of the war criminals remaining steadfast, and even many of the arms and the training used to carry out such war crimes courtesy of NATO.
With the fate of Tawarga befalling an increasingly larger number of cities and towns amidst NATO’s campaign of “liberation,” increasingly fierce resistance throughout Libya, including by the entire populations of both Sirte and Bani Walid, is not unexpected. They indeed face NATO sanctioned door-to-door genocide, exile, theft, looting, torture, and in essence everything in reality that NATO falsely accused Qaddafi of doing to justify their military intervention in the first place.
Libya is turning out to be a NATO-led Hitlerian campaign of conquest, complete with collective punishment and ground troops carrying out appalling atrocities. The rebels are literally led by a US State Department and UK Home Office listed terror organization, the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), who’s commander Abdulhakim Hasadi has openly admitted to fighting NATO troops in Afghanistan. What’s worse is that these facts are not revelations, but well-known inconvenient truths NATO, with the help of the corporate-media, has tried to bury, spin, or otherwise obfuscate until the point of no return in their Libyan intervention had been reached.
As NATO races to dress up their failed operation in Libya as a success so that they can escape an upcoming September 19 vote on continuing the UN mandate under which this crime against humanity is being committed, the lies will become more acute and the atrocities infinitely more brutal and widespread. Now more than ever do Libyan’s require a robust alternative media to cover the truth, “read between the lies” of the corporate-news networks, and ensure that this nation of 7 million is not buried by NATO in deception or the stark silence of public apathy.

The peacekeepers are coming! The peacekeepers are coming! War, mass killing and destruction continue, but they’re coming!
In fact, paramilitaries are coming to kill and terrorize Libyans wanting liberation, not occupation.
A blind eye won’t notice mass rapes and sex trafficking, as well as other atrocities and crimes. They’re commonplace, in fact, when Blue Helmets show up, operating as they please with impunity. More on that below.
Moreover, when they come they don’t leave as long as imperial powers want them there. Citizens of occupied countries have no say nor any rights. Their choice is obey or else.
Libya’s corpse belongs to NATO. It’s now Libya, Inc. to be carved up for profit with paramilitaries deployed for enforcement.
Under the UN Charter, the Security Council may act to maintain international peace and security, including by deploying peacekeepers host countries request.
The UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations then enlists member states to provide contingents once the Security Council approves.
In place, they’re supposed to restore order, monitor the withdrawal of combatants, maintain peace and security, build confidence, enforce power-sharing agreements, provide electoral support, aid reconstruction, uphold the rule of law, facilitate economic and social development, help provide essential needs, and remain in place until government officials take over on their own.
A previous article called them occupiers, serving power, not popular interests in Haiti, South Lebanon, Rwanda, Kosovo, Bosnia, DRC Congo, Sudan, Somalia, various other countries, and its initial UN Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) since 1948.
Like elsewhere, it, too, failed to bring peace to Palestine. Yet it’s still there, performing no active role. In fact, it opposes the interests of the people they’re sworn to protect….
THE BOMBINGS OF LIBYA:
So far it continues unabated. According to DAVID Cameron, “We must keep up with the NATO mission until civilians are all protected and this work is finished.”
Given the massive death and injury toll, there may not be many left or a Libya fit to live in when terror bombing and rebel rampaging ends.
Nonetheless, Nicholas Sarkozy said, “We have done what we did because we thought it was the right thing to do.”
They committed grievous crimes of war and against humanity. It’s ongoing serial killing on an industrial scale.
It won’t stop across the region soon. According to General Carter Ham, AFRICOM commander, new campaigns ahead are planned to control all Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
As a result, expect NATO’s killing machine to select new countries to destroy as part of its “responsibility to protect humanitarian mission.”
In fact, it’s to colonize and exploit the entire area, carving it up for profit.
Like Afghans and Iraqis, Libyans know what happens when NATO shows up. At least, those still alive can explain it.

Illegal bombing is planned to continue for another three months, having completed 6 months of non-stop bombing, with nothing achieved in Libya other than death and destruction.
NATO agreed on Wednesday to a three-month extension of its illegal bombing campaign in Libya. The agreement on the continuation of themilitary aggression against the sovereign North African country came at a meeting of ambassadors of the 28 NATO states in Brussel.
On Tuesday, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen already said during conference at UN headquarters in New York that the mandate, which is interpreted by the US-led NATO as an excuse to allow its terror bombing on Libya, will remain in place until revoked by the UN Security Council.
Rasmussen called the Western aggression on Libya which has killed thousands of Libyan civiliansincluding three baby grandchildren of Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi and destroyed much of the country’s civilian and public services infrastructure including a huge water supply and a television station “effective”.
NATO launched the illegal war with aerial bombardment, drone and missile strikes on Libya in mid-March, saying the UN Security Council Resolution 1973 gave them a mandate to bomb the country to demand demand a no-fly zone to “protect the Libyan civilians“.
Under this “protecting” guise, the U.S. military, NATO, and the United Nations took part in the bombing of Libya, claiming to support a so-called popular and spontaneous protest which for many obvious reasons has been a CIA operation from the beginning.
With NATO still carrying out daily bombing raids in a desparate attempt to kill the Libyan leader, reports of massacres and atrocities committed by the rebels who represent the so-called “new democratic Libya” continue to mount, many of them directed against the large numbers of sub-Saharan African migrant workers who have been killed, abused and detained solely on the basis of the color of their skin.
Meanwhile Muammar Qaddafi on Tuesday called on the Libyan people to be patient and have faith, saying: “What is happening now in Libya is a charade which can only take place because of the NATO air raids, which will not last forever. When they have left the traitors will be gone too.”

EP: Mr. Fallisi, according to the latest news, the so-called International Criminal Court in The Hague has decided to charge Muammar Gaddafi and to issue an arrest warrant against him, what do you think about it? What is the Rais accused for? A tribunal such as the Hague, which is not valid as far as the United States are concerned, what kind of an authority could exercise in general?
JF: Moreno Ocampo and some dishwasher officials like him (not to mention their leaders and secret principals), if Hell existed, would have already had reservations in the darkest circle of it. All these shameless people know very well who has committed and continues to perpetrate crimes against humanity in the “war” in Libya, and the worst of the kind. They are dear cutthroat “rebels”– or maybe Cirenaica on the payroll of the predatory powers (in addition to these, of course). The “Hague Tribunal” is a politically correct tool, among other lethal instruments, in the hands ofAnglogiudamerica. Another one is the UN itself. The resolutions emanated in favor of the no-fly zones are the proof, or better to say, the bombing, contamination and destruction of a free and sovereign country that had never declared war to anyone.
EP: The attack on Libya, which may be concerned as a real military attack, was passed as usual for “humanitarian intervention”, the typical expression used recently by NATO to declare wars without doing it officially. What is the real cause that provoked this war in your opinion? What are the real interests involved which led France, becoming more and more interventionist, and Great Britain, to press for direct military intervention?
JF: For many years (ten, according to General Wesley Clark,) America has been preparing aggression against Libya, one of the richest and most progressive (and fair too) country of Africa with the decisive strategic importance. The riots in Tunisia and Egypt, partly spontaneous, partly instigated and manipulated by the Lords of Chaos, as I often call them, have represented the green light for the putsch (inane) and for the ‘”humanitarian intervention” following immediately afterwards. The protagonist states involved in the assault onto the Jamahiriya (USA, France, Great Britain) are all in serious economic crisis and hope, with this neo-colonial adventure, to take possession of the Libyan resources (not just oil, but also water and the safes of the Central Bank of Tripoli full of gold) and to be able to build a huge base for their geopolitical interests, as it has been done in Kosovo, using Islamic delinquents as appropriate collaborators. Gaddafi, after the Reagan’s armed attack on Libya, has reconciled with the West, making many (too many) concessions – and encouraging indirectly the formation of a caste within the regime of corrupt persons who promoted privatization, and not by chance passed to the enemy – but in essence he has remained the revolutionary fighter (and anti-Zionist) as before. The bosses in Washington, London, Paris, Tel Aviv knew it. They have hardly digested a creation, thanks greatly to the Jamahiriya, of the African satellite, as well as, more importantly, the Libyan plan to create a common currency (the dinar of gold) that would replace foreign currencies in trading business of the continent.
EP: It is almost certain that the bombs launched in Libya contain depleted uranium which is able to pierce into the tanks and armored shields, but also onto the residential areas. By the way, The British Defense Minister Liam Fox has never excluded this possibility, nonetheless the United States. You have received this information from the North African front, have you?
JF: What we know for certain is that these weapons were used from the beginning and continue to be employed in every battlefield of the world organized by the plunderers of the North and the West. To get an idea of the effects that this practice will have onto the population of Libya, we can remember Iraq and in particular Fallujah, but also the former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Gaza: birth defects are increasing everywhere. It is a real attack against the life source and Mother Earth herself, never imagined to be done by any tyrant during the history. Moreover we should consider that the average life of Depleted uranium is about 4.468 million 109 years, slightly less then the age of our planet (4 billion 550 million years), whereas the first multicellular life forms appeared 2.1 billion years ago. The Sun will end its existence in 5 billion years.
EP: The embedded printing reports with emphasis about alleged atrocities committed by troops loyal to Gheddafi and the West talks about it constantly, too, even the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton speaks about rapes against insurgents. Are you informed about it? And if there were war crimes who is responsible for them?
JF: The reasons for the war (as usual in one-way direction with heroic proportions: 1000 against one) were the apotheosis of the falsehood. The rapes with “viagra” are equal to 20.000 deaths in the first days of the war. They started (Al-Jewzeera and subsequently all the other “networks” and “agencies” like ANSA) with stratospheric lies. They keep on doing impertinently their dirty job, the “journalists” capable of immediate editing, and people with professional ethics below zero, embedded, in fact. The fact is that we are living now in the society of ghosts, it is more then TV show. The point is that this does not have anything to do with offering a performance to the passive TV -spectators, a hermeneutics of reality, but to abolish it, replacing it with a fiction reality, virtual, created ad hoc, transmitted and imposed by media ( a small example: the images of Misurata showed on CNN turned out to be the images of bombing on Fallujah, in Iraq). This can be noted observing the plates of the burned cars . And we also live in an Ersatz society (from artificial foodto the drones), where its fulfillment consists in the substitution of reality with the unreal, with the theater of ghosts. So we have found ourselves nowadays immersed in the kind of society that includes Big Brother and total Propaganda, described by Orwell and Huxley. Drugged spectators share doublesense opinion (where 2 + 2 is 5, sometimes 3 and even 4 is not to exclude) and the new language(where the peace means war and the war means peace), accepting their submission with a catatonic smileon their faces.As far as war crimes are concerned, as I said before, they are very real. And the responsible people to blame are before the eyes of all of us (but the pupils are blank).
EP: Do you have information about civilian casualties until now in Libya?
J.F: The latest information is that 1,100 civilians were killed during the bombing by the North Atlantic Terrorist Organization and 4,500 wounded. But we must add many other victims of the atrocities done by the racist criminal monarcho-theocratics of Benghazi, financed by Qatar, the UAE, the Muslim Brotherhood and the coalition. At least a thousand black people, for example, have been lynched, horribly tortured and burned. And many women have been raped and massacred. Perhaps this scum will never pay for the crimes committed usurping the name of Islam. But a higher court has already handed down the sentence.
EP: How do you judge the attitude of the Italian government which, led by the Head of State Napolitano, has justified the attack on a sovereign state, bound to us by a treaty of friendship?
JP: I can just say, as I said in April in Tripoli during the interview with a man from Libya, I’m ashamed of being Italian and I do not feel at all represented by the above mentioned warmonger “President”, old tool of Stalinism with easy tears (radioactive ).
EP: What do you think about the consequences for Italian interests in North Africa?
JP: Our country is a traitor and an opportunist, and finally no matter how this story ends, it will loose on all fronts – it will have dug its pit with its own hands, reconfirming its awful reputation abroad, well deserved.

Libya: Benghazi green banner raised
MSNBC TV received confirmed reports that the green flag of the Libyan Jamahiriya was raised over parts of Benghazi. The green flag was also raised again in many parts of Cyrenaica. There are continuing reports of clashes in Tripoli. This means that the resistance to the aggression of NATO has entered a new phase. NATO mercenary commanders are claiming that all of the rats who attempted to storm Sirte and Bani Walid were killed.
There are no NATO-rebel “rats” on the ground attacking Bani-Walid. The campaign against Bani Walid is now a NATO air campaign. But NATO might be considering the the introduction of mercenary troops that will try to take Bani-Walid.
The same is true for Sirte and Sabha, which are of great strategic importance. The fact that the green flag was raised over parts of Benghazi and throughout Cyrenaica emphasizes Gaddafi’s recent statements reminding the world that the Libyan people, not NATO and not the rebels, are the rulers of Libya. And the Libyan people will never agree to being slaves.
Yesterday, Agence France-Press reported that LDF (Libyan Defence Forces) advances involve the use of Grads, 15 km from Beni Walid, which forced the mercenaries to flee in a panic. Rats, by their own estimates, have lost 1000 terrorists and mercenaries at Beni Walid.
The Women’s Committee of Sabha, Sirte, Bani Walid and other cities have taken up arms to expel the invaders.
China has refused to unfreeze Libyan assets in Chinese banks to TNC.
Iraq. Banned in Iraq, the Baath Party, under the leadership of Izzat al-Douri, said that they join the fight against the Western invaders, led by Muammar Gaddafi.
Fighting in Sirte has stopped “for 7 days,” according to the rebels, who claim that they have run out of ammunition.
Sirte, located 370 km east of Tripoli, has, thus far, proven to be an impregnable fortress, bravely defended by the fighters of the Libyan Jamahiriya.
Some of the rebels have retreated towards Benghazi. Others, to somehow gain a foothold, have begun to build, as stated by the rebel commander, Dardef, “a powerful line of defense” 30 km to the east of Sirte, near the town of Sultan. Bulldozers are digging trenches. This is designed to create long-term firing points (dots). The same tactic is being deployed west of Sirte.
NATO aircraft, despite the cease-fire, continue the bombing of residential districts. NATO warships continue a naval blockade of the city in which there is a shortage of food and medicine.
Libya: cry Tuareg
One of the biggest successes in African politics is Brother Leader Muammar Gaddafi’s alliance with the Tuareg. The Tuareg tribe are a tribe of Berber nomads that inhabit the area that includes southern Libya, Algeria, Mali, Morocco and right up to Burkina Faso to the south.
The Tuareg are one of the last tribes in Africa that Western countries, particularly France, would like to totally colonize. Severe drought did not leave many means of livelihood. So, many of the Touaregs moved south to live in Libya, to work in the oil industry in order to acquire a stable and peaceful life.
In 2005, Gaddafi offered unlimited residence permits for all Malian Tuaregs and Niger citizens in Libya. In 2006, he organized all the tribes of the Sahara region, including the Tuareg, to form a unified force to counter terrorism and drug trafficking.
That is why many hundreds of soldiers came from Niger and Mali to help Gaddafi after the start of the uprising. Their opinion is that they must help Gaddafi. They did it spontaneously out of a sense of duty, as a conditioned reflex.
Recall again that the Tuareg called a meeting with the heads of their tribes from Libya, Mali and Niger. At this meeting, the decision was made to join the war on the side of Gaddafi.
The Tuareg of Mali said that they would go to war against the Malian government if the government supports the rebels or arrests any of Gaddafi’s supporters who are now in Mali. They issued a similar warning and Niger: If you interfere with Gaddafi, we will overthrow your government. Western and Russian intelligence acknowledge that the Tuaregs are, barring none, the greatest experts in the art of desert warfare. So, their warnings to Mali and Niger are taken seriously.
The Tuareg say that they are the lords of the desert, and that they will decide what can be transported and what cannot be transported through the desert. It is said that Gaddafi’s movements are protected by Tuareg fighters.
The Tuaregs said that if they discover food that is destined for the rebels, they will confiscate that cargo and bury the merchants that carry the cargo in the sands of the Sahara. The Tuareg view the presence of European and other mercenaries as a threat to the “rules of movement across the Sahara.”
Gaddafi received the Tuareg. The Tuaregs have dispatched their best fighters to serve as guards for Colonel Gaddafi, who feel that to die for Muammar Gaddafi is a matter of honor.

On Thursday 29 September at 18.00 (6:00 p.m. Moscow Time) at the monument at the Metro in 1905, there will be a rally in support of the Socialist Jamahiriya.
