4 -African countries, Nigeria, Gabon, Liberia, northern Sudan, they should withdraw their nationals from Libya as well, because they are citizens and diplomats from these countries face multiple sanctions within Libya. You must leave now, with no return.

As the world capitalist system sinks into the greatest crisis in its history the achievements of the revolution in the Libyan Jamahiriya are extremely noteworthy for workers and youth all around the world.
In 1951 Libya was officially the poorest country in the world. According to the World Bank the per capita income was only 14 dinars or less than $ 50 a year, even lower than India. Under the old monarchy of King Idris the British and the Americans were given free reign and the discovery of oil did nothing for the masses.
By 1969 oil production had risen to 3.1 million barrels a day but the bulk of it was in the hands of the eight large multinational companies. They took the wealth and prevented the development of the country. Economic stagnation and the introduction of imported foodstuffs drove many people off the land and into the cities. Between 1962 and 1969 the number of farm workers fell from 146,000 to 125,000 and the contribution of agriculture to the national income dropped from 9.8 per cent to 2.4 per cent. Yet industry declined as well. Its share of the national income fell from 5.6 per cent to 1.7 per cent.
Libya’s experience under the puppet king proved the inability of the national bourgeoisie to develop the country and resolve any of the questions facing the masses in the face of the domination of the world capitalist system. It was this economic devastation, inseparable from the international crisis of capitalism that brought such a popular response to the revolution launched by Muammar Qathafi and the Free Officers on September 1, 1969. The Revolution Command Council adopted a program of comprehensive economic planning to decrease dependence on oil and the foreign capital and to provide a future based on the mobilization of the potential of the masses. This strategy was deepened by the General People’s Congress after the dissolution of the government and the transformation of the republic into the Jamahiriya in March 1977.
Libya’s annual growth rate in recent years was estimated at between 15 and 11 per cent, a remarkable figure with the world economy in insoluble slump. Per capita income has reached the third highest in the world. All this has been achieved while cutting the country’s dependence on oil to just 49 per cent of the national income, compared to 90 per cent for other oil producing nations.
Even more important, the economic development has been accompanied by great strides forward in the welfare of the people. In 1951, 90 per cent of the population was illiterate. By 1978 students numbered 861,000 or 28 per cent of the population – the highest ratio in the world. Before the 1969 revolution at least 65,000 families were homeless and another 120,000, a third of the population, were living in shanties and caves. Today nearly every Libyan worker lives rent-free in a modern apartment or house. Similarly, the Al-Fatah revolution tackled the problem of virtually no modern hospitals and one of the lowest ratios of doctors to head of population in the world. Today there is a sophisticated network of health care reaching out into every area of the country.
But the issues raised by the Third Universal Theory cannot be limited to Libya. It is a universal theory abstracted out of the universal experience of man – from primitive socialism to the development of class society producing slavery and wage slavery, bringing the need for revolution to overthrow class society again.
The significance of the world crisis of capitalism is that all the conditions have emerged for the overthrow of capitalism. The Iranian revolution signal led the entry of the masses into the struggle against imperialism on a scale unprecedented in history. The Nicaraguan revolution and the upsurge of Solidarity in Poland continued that process. These are not exceptions. They are the last shocks of a volcanic economic and political explosion of the world capitalist system. Since the mid-1960s when the crisis of the British pound I provided the first unmistakable signs of the impending breakdown of the post-war boom, the death agony of capitalism has been characterized by a chain-reaction of political and social explosions. Each of these explosions has been more explosive than the one which preceded it.
The driving force of these explosions all over the world is the accumulation of the historical contradictions of the world capitalist system. The vast mass of productive forces rebels violently against capitalist private property and the nation-state. The capitalist class is forced to cut living standards of the working class through the monetarist program of the destruction of basic industry, the closure of social services and the liquidation of the mountain of fictitious capital built up during the post-war boom.
The world capitalist system is now plunging into a world depression even more catastrophic than the 1930s.
The entire world system is teetering on the verge of an economic precipice. The debts of bankrupt countries total $ 853 billion with no hope that the money will be found to pay them. The international banks have become engulfed in an ever-deepening spiral of loans, desperately trying to avert the default which will send the whole edifice crashing on a scale dwarfing the Great Crash of 1929.
The world economy has become like a drug addict dependent on larger and larger doses of credit. Any move to halt the debt trademill or even curb it will turn the world slump into a full-scale depression overnight.
The world bankers face a growing list of irresolvable debts and bankruptcies:
MEXICO with more than $ 80 billion in debts is the world’s most indebted country. The IMF has formally taken control of its economy in return for the rescheduling of loans worth $ 1.8 billion but there is at least another $ 40 billion due within 12 months.
BRAZIL also owes about $ 80 billion in short-term loans.
POLAND still owes private Western banks more than $ 14 billion this year and is seeking further rescheduling.
ARGENTINA is trying to rearrange $ 36 billion in foreign loans. HUNGARY is trying to organize emergency finance of more than $ 500 million since short-term credits were withdrawn by Western banks.
YOGOSLA VIA and EAST GERMANY are facing the same crisis as other Warsaw Pact countries.

INTERNATIONAL HARVERSTER is restructuring part of it$ $ 4.2 billion debt to more than 200 banks.
AEG-TELEFUNKEN, one of Germany’s largest companies, has crashed and needs extensive restructuring of some of its Deutsch-mark 5 billion in borrowings.
DOME PETROLEUM, the Canadian oil company, owes banks more than $ 4.1 billion, part of which is being restructured.
MASSEY FERGUSON has more than 200 banks discussing the reshaping of debts totaling $ 715 million.
GRUPPO ALF A is seeking refinancing of part of its $ 2.3 billion debt.
BANCO AMBROSIANO collapsed in June, leaving its Luxembourg subsidiary owing more than $ 400 million.
DRYSDALE SECURITIES crashed in July, endangering the second largest bank in the U.S. Chase Manhattan.
PENN SQUARE BANK failed in June costing other American banks more than $ 400 million.
In the world of one leading Australian company chief, “money shock” is gripping the world economy.
This mountain of debt goes hand in hand with unprecedented financial parasitism, with money flooding from one area of speculation to another while productive capacity stagnates and declines. The buying binge on Wall Street in the final 10 days of August saw the biggest turnover in history, eclipsing even the chaos that preceded the Great Crash of 1929.
The spark for the rush on shares was the prediction that interest rates would drop because of the depth of the slump. From speculating on the price of money the parasites of capitalism turned to desperate speculation on the price of shares.
The declining rate of profit in the post war period led the capitalist class to creasing speculation in search of profits, more and more removed from production. There was an enormous expansion of the export of capital in search of higher profits from investment in low-wage countries. This increase gave way to direct loans to the desperately poor semi-colonial countries at exorbitant interest rates. This turn to usury on a giant scale was given a new impetus in the wake of the quadrupling of oil prices after the 1973 war in the Middle East.
The functioning of the world economy became more and more dependent on the recycling of petro dollar surpluses through the American and European banks.
The whole process depended on the creation of new forms of paper value which are manipulated to generate profits without producing any real value. The result has been the creation of a mountain of fictitious capital making intolerable demands on the surplus value produced by the working class.
The very creation of fictitious capital exacerbates the tendency for the rate of profit to decline (what Marx called the most important law of political economy). The vast pool of fictitious capital which does not represent real value makes a claim on the only source of wealth – the surplus value pumped out of the working class. The amount of capital expands to such an extent that the rate of profit is driven down. Even the most savage and sped up exploitation of the working class – which is being attempted – cannot overcome this crisis.
The ruling class has no other solution but the forcible destruction of vast areas of fictitious capital through the crashing of banks; industries and whole economies. The economic doctrine of monetarism – savage cuts in government spending together with soaring interest rates, expresses the drive by finance capital to eliminate vast areas of surplus capital, especially in secondary industry, in order to try to maintain its rate of return.
In other words the world economy must be crashed, driving forward the world revolution.
The roots of the crisis lie in the retreat that capitalist system was forced to make from the resurgent strength of the working class at the end of World War II. Under the Bretton Woods Agreement of 1944 the U.S. undertook to shoulder the burden of shoring up the capitalist system and financing the post-war reconstruction. In doing so it has concentrated within it all the contradictions of the world economy.
Imperialism faced a working class that was returning from war, armed in many cases, and that would have met any attempt to return it to the conditions of the 1930s with social revolution.
The armed uprising against the Nazis by the partisans in France, Italy and Greece, the overturn of the old order in Eastern Europe and the outbreak of revolutionary struggles in China, Vietnam and Indonesia, compelled the imperialist system to erect an edifice of credit based on paper money. Millions of dollars were poured into the Marshall Plan for Europe and the reconstruction of Japan and paper dollars were used to postpone the showdown with the working class in the advanced capitalist countries.
The measures undertaken were not indications of any strength but of the profound weakness of imperialism. The boom was not a new stage of capitalism, higher than the epoch of imperialism analyzed by Lenin, (or neocapitalism as the revisionists labelled it), but a contradictory expression of the historic crisis of the capitalist system.
A crucial role was played by the reformist and Stalinist bureaucracies which disarmed the masses, and carved Europe and the Middle East into spheres of influence with the imperialist powers under the Stalinist doctrine of “peaceful coexistence”.
With the Bretton Woods Agreement the US dollar became the world currency, said to be worth $ 35 to an ounce of gold, enabling the US to do what no other country could do: pile up a foreign debt.
It was not a solution to the fundamental crisis exposed in the 1930s but a further development of it. It did not overcome the conflict between the imperialist powers but intensified it. By the end of the 1960s the flooding of Europe with paper dollars was challenged by De Gaulle who demanded the conversion of France’s dollar holdings into gold.
On August 15, 1971 President Nixon was forced to remove the gold backing from the dollar and open up a period of uncontrolled inflation. It was a blunt admission that there was no value behind the almighty greenback.
The period since 1971 has seen the breakdown of all the mechanisms for holding back the crisis, and their transformation into their opposite.
From being the agency of stabilization the International Monetary Fund has been transformed into the agency of destabilization, taking control of economy after economy on terms that require bloody confrontation with the working class and masses.
Unlike the 1930s there is no remaining currency to replace the US dollar as the measure of value. There is no holding back the transformation from the long boom to the greatest crash in history. The breakdown of the conference of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) at the end of November 1982 revealed the irreversible drive to trade war and military war dictated by the world slump. Attempting to meet for the first time since 1973, the imperialist powers were unable to come to any agreement to halt the unleashing of trade war which will devastate the world economy.
The trade war has begun on agricultural products with the Americans threatening to unload into the world market their gigantic stockpiles of grain and dairy produce. Current US government holding of dairy products, for example, include 1225 million pounds of skim milk, 787 million pounds of cheese and 408 million pound of butter – enough to feed the world for a year.
Such is the anarchy of capitalist production that the accumulation of these stocks under the GATT agreements was necessary to try to avoid a return to the trade war and collapse of world trade which characterized the 1930s. Having begun on agriculture the trade war will not stop there but extend across the board. On his return from the failed summit, Australian Deputy Prime Minister Anthony issued a warning of a “calamitous” breakdown of the international trade and credit arrangements. He was reported to have told senior cabinet members that the world faces a 1930s style depression involving widespread unemployment, a breakdown in trade and a collapse of the international monetary system.
Similar warnings have been made by President Reagan himself.
But there is nothing the world capitalist leaders can do to resolve the crisis. The inability of the leaders of the major trading nations to reach any agreement at GATT, despite being fully aware of the consequences, is an acute expression of the fact that the crisis of the capitalist system is an objective phenomenon completely outside the control of any government.
One of the worst affected countries will be Japan, whose growth since World War II has been dependent on the expansion of its share of the world market.
The US threats to European agriculture have already led to warnings of an EEC offensive against Japanese imports and there are strong moves in the US to shut out Japanese imports.
The drive towards war is an inescapable necessity for imperialism. The economic contradictions of capitalism have developed far beyond the levels which ignited the first “wars to end all wars”.
The death agony of imperialism now threatens mankind with a nuclear holocaust.
Through the onslaught against the semi-colonial countries and the national liberation movements, imperialism is preparing to launch a nuclear World War III against the Soviet Union and the deformed workers’ states.
As outlined in Reagan’s and Weinberger “1984-1988 Fiscal Year Guidance” for the Pentagon, US military strategy centres on the use of nuclear force to “prevail and be able to force the Soviet Union to seek earliest termination of hostilities on terms favourable to the United States.”
The drive of the nuclear maniacs in Washington for a “winnable nuclear war” expresses the objective necessity for imperialism to re-conquer the gains of the workers’ states and the national liberation struggles.
The imperialist powers aim to restore the unchallenged dominion they held over the globe before the victory of the October Revolution of 1917 and the establishment of the first workers’ state in history.
The trade war antagonisms between the imperialist powers themselves are even deeper than they were on the eve of World War II.
But these profound inter-imperialist conflicts are subordinated to the collective antagonisms between the ruling classes of America, Europe and Japan toward the workers’ states and the national liberation movements that have swept the globe since 1945.
Capitalist society divides man into two great classes – the capitalist class and the working class. One appropriates the means of production while the other, having been deprived of the means of production, is reduced to selling its labour power as wage slaves in order to live. This division is an insoluble contradiction which has to lead either to the overthrow of the capitalist class or the resort to dictatorship, war and barbarism.
As the Green Book states, there is no reform which can ameliorate this fundamental conflict: “Wage workers are a type of slave no matter how improved their wages might be.”
Despite all the propaganda to the contrary, capitalist society has not done away with class antagonisms – rather it has brought these to a new and catastrophic high point. Society as a whole is more and more divided into two great hostile camps based on the bourgeoisie and the proletariat. With the overthrow of feudalism and the creation of a world market” the capitalist class left no nexus between men other than naked self-interest expressed in callous “cash payment”. It reduces personal worth into exchange valuelabour power itself became a commodity like everything else.
This is a universal tendency. The capitalist system of production cannot exist without a constantly expanding market extending over the whole surface of the globe. Once the colonization of the world was completed, so-called “free enterprise” capitalism gave rise to monopoly capitalism dominated by finance capital. This exploitation of the world market has destroyed the basis to the nation state.
The world economy has become a mighty reality dominating every continent. Through the development of technology and communications the capitalist class drew all nations into its sway. Its cheap commodities and finance control the heavy artillery with which it batters down all opposition.
It compels all nations on the pain of extinction to adopt the capitalist mode of production. In short the capitalist system has created all the conditions where the advent of socialism on a world scale is both possible and necessary.
The Green Book says: “The new socialist society is no more than a dialectical consequence of the unjust relations prevailing in this world”.
The capitalist mode of production was incompatible with the feudal system, with the privileges it conferred on individuals and social ranks and the hereditary ties of subordination. The capital class broke the feudal and Quilt upon its ruins the new order based on so called free competition, individual liberty and equality before the law for all commodity owners.
Having carried out their revolutions, the capitalist class’ exploitation of labour and technology could develop unhindered and for a time the productive forced developed rapidly. But just as the older manufacture and handicrafts had come into collision with the feudal limits of the guilds, so now modern industry is in collision with the confines of private ownership. This conflict between the productive forces and their ownership is not a conflict engendered in the head of man. It exists objectively outside us, independently of the will and actions even of the capitalist class. Modern socialism is the reflection in thought of this conflict in fact.
Before capitalism the system of petty production was generally based on the private ownership of the labourers in their means of production, in the country, the agriculture of the peasant, freeman or serf; in the towns, the handicrafts. The instruments of labour were for the labour of single individuals such that, as a rule, they belonged to the producer himself.
To concentrate these scattered limited means of production, to enlarge them, to turn them into the powerful levers of production of the present day the capitalist class had to transform them, at the same time, into social means of production, workable only by a collectivity of man. The spinning wheel, handloom and blacksmith’s hammer were replaced by the spinning machine, the powerloom and the steam hammer; the individual workshop by the factory, bringing together thousands of workmen. This meant that no one could say of productions:: “I made that, this is my product”. Socialized production overthrew individual production but the system of appropriation did not. The owner of the instruments of labour – the capitalist – appropriated the production for himself although it was exclusively the product of others. The socialized mode of production was subjected to individual appropriation although it abolished the condition on which it rested.
This contradiction, which is precisely the hallmark of capitalism, contains the germ of the whole of the social contradictions of today. More and more the separation was made between the means of production concentrated in fewer and fewer hands, of the monopoly capitalists, on the one hand, and the producer, possessing nothing but their labour power, on the other.
As the Green Book explains, the working class, through organization into trade unions, has made important gains, at least in the advanced capitalist countries but “despite all these not inconsiderable developments in the history of the economic problem, nevertheless the problem still exists… This attempt confined to wages was certainly not a solution at all. It is an artificial attempt aimed merely after reform, more of a charity than a recognition of the rights of workers”.
“Why are the workers given wages?” the Green Book asks. “Because they carry out a production process for the benefit of others who hire them to produce a certain product. In this case they have not consumed their production but have been obliged to surrender it for a wage”.
Capitalism also means that anarchy reigned in socialized production. The producers have lost control over their own social relations. Each man produces for himself with such means of production as he may happen to have, and for such exchange as he may happen to require for his remaining wants. This anarchy gives the illusion of freedom but man as a whole remains enslaved to the laws of production for profit revealed through competition which can cast whole factories and nations onto the scrap heap.
The anarchy increases with the development of technology which makes human labour superfluous. It means the displacement of millions of manual workers. Technology which should be the most powerful instrument for shortening labour time and liberating man becomes the opposite. The very product of the producer is turned into an instrument for his suppression. The overwork of some becomes the preliminary condition for the idleness of others and modern industry forces the consumption of the masses down to starvation level, destroying its own market. It established an accumulation of misery corresponding with accumulation of capital.
The contradictions of capitalism give rise to ever deepening economic crises which can only be offset by violent destruction of productive forces in war or, every temporarily, by borrowing and printing money. That is the story of this century – a world war, a massive depression, another war, an inflationary boom, and, not, a catastrophic slump and drive to militarism and civil war.
The solution can only consist in the practical recognition of the social nature of the modern forces of production and, therefore, in the harmonizing of the modes of production and exchange with the socialized character of the means of production. Society as a whole must take possession of the productive forces which have outgrown all control except that of society as a whole. With the taking of this step the social characters of the means of production and of the products will be utilized by the producers with a clear understanding of its nature so that instead of being a source of disturbance and collapse it can become the most powerful lever of production itself.
In the words of the Green Book: “The ultimate solution is to abolish the wage system, emancipate man from its bondage and return to the natural law which defined relationships before the emergence of classes, forms of government and man-made laws”.
This does not mean a return to primitivism but, on the contrary, to the primitivism of all the achievements of capitalism into the only system capable of taking these achievements forward – social ownership. Social forces and laws are like natural forces and laws – they work blindly and destructively so long as man does not understand them and harness them consciously. With the real recognition of the nature of the productive forces of today the anarchy of production can give way to the social regulation of production upon a definite plan according to the needs of the community and of each individual.
Capitalism, as Karl Marx observed, creates its own gravedigger – the working class. As it transforms the great majority of the human race into proletarians or starving masses it creates the power which, faced with its own destruction, is forced into revolution. As the Green Book states: “The overturning of contemporary societies to change them from being societies of wage workers into societies of partners is inevitable as a dialectical result of the contradictory economic theses prevailing in this world today, and is the inevitable dialectical ‘result of the injustice to relations based on the wage system which have not been solved. The threatening power of the trade unions in the capitalist system incapable of overturning capitalist societies of wage workers into societies of partners… The objective of workers strikes will shift from a demand for the increase of wages to a demand for sharing in the production”.
It is the historical mission of the working class, leading all the oppressed masses, to accomplish the universal act of emancipation. It must seize the political power and the means of production to abolish itself as a class and ultimately abolish all class antagonisms.
As the Green Book stresses, socialism can only be achieved when profit and money disappear. “The recognition of profit is an acknowledgement of exploitation” and removes the possibility of limiting it. The abolition of profit requires the development of socialist production to the level where the needs of society are satisfied. By revolution the working class frees the means of production from the fetters of capital accumulation and gives their socialized character complete freedom to work itself out. Only in this way does an enormous development of production and technology upon a plan become possible.
The capitalist class and their press say that the abolition of profit and the private ownership of the means of production will lead to universal laziness: But if this was the case capitalist society would have collapsed long ago through sheer idleness for those of its members who work acquire nothing while those who acquire anything do not work. As the Green Book says: “Whoever works for a wage has no incentive to work. Work for wages failed to solve the problem of increasing and developing production.”
It is the elimination of need which is the key to the elimination of profit and money. As the Green Book states “Need causes exploitation. Need is an intrinsic problem and conflict grows out of the domination of man’s need”.
But need can only be eliminated through the planned production and provision of the necessities of life and the banning of the exploitation of others. The barriers to socialized and planned production must be removed.

As you may know, Brother Leader was planning the launch on September 1, 2011 of the African Monetary Fund, African Investment Bank and African Central Bank, with $32 billion starting capital donated from Libya and $10 billion from among the other 52 African states. This had to be stopped. The issue is one of ignorance and lack of care forgetting or not knowing what is going on. I think many people know, but they too have lost the care or ability or feeling they can do something about it, but more importantly, where is the information or the solution. Yes, at mathaba, but still only a minority know about Mathaba or care to use it. Even the one million readers a month is not enough, of those there are only some thousands who care enough to act. So perhaps we have to aim at various “leaderships” — those that the masses look up to, whether stars, community or religious leaders, social media hubs, and so on. | Mathaba is pausing publication of Tony Cartalucci analysisWhile we have been happy to offer Tony Cartalucci‘s mostly excellent analysis articles a deserved wider audience, since the successes of the Jamahiriya Green Resistancein Benghazi he has chosen to lay the blame on Al-Qaida.While it is true that Al-Qaida is very much alive and well in Libya, the killing of the U.S. ambassador and 3 other U.S. agents was not the work of Al-Qaida but the Libyan popular “green” jamahiri resistance forces.
We have to put at least a possible question mark over Tony Cartalucci. He appears to be avoiding Mathaba and we have to wonder why: when our editor passed through the city in which Cartalucci is resident in South East Asia the latter declined a meeting because he “wishes to preserve his anonymity.”Why one would need to be anonymous from Mathaba with our track record of 12 years, is suspect. But even a meeting would not have blown his anonymity, surely.In any case he preferred to communicate via the CIA-MOSSAD platform “Gmail” and we let is pass.He may have genuine reasons. He may be an honest single researcher: he certainly exposes and gets most things right most of the time, and his failure on recent events in Libya could simply be due to a number of factors: one, he does not follow Mathaba News and two, he may be under pressure to produce more frequent analysis without proper cross-checking, three, he is likely working alone.And this last point, working alone but not as a disinformation agent, is the problem which plagues all the high-potential independent voluntary unfunded research and analysis writers around the world. This is simply not something that anyone can do alone, even if the ego, or the western make-up where people are brought up to compete, or unable to team together, sometimes prevents that, and we’re not saying this is the case here.Yet only when researchers work together in an organized manner along the lines of which Mathaba has some possibly unique suggestions for solving this problem, only then, and when alternative and independent media finally drop their inability to use the strengths of each by coming together in a collective operation and thus to cover up their various weaknesses and compete directly with established money-men media, will things change.Until then, we have of course the possibility to edit such research pieces here at Mathaba. But doing so, is no small task.Also, it would likely meet with complaints by some researchers who may not wish anything to be changed, so this also cannot proceed easily without some form of agreement. The only solution for now in the circumstances is to omit some coverage of those who we don’t know, and who won’t cooperate with us.That ‘some’ coverage needs to be that which we don’t have the resources to verify or which fall outside the expertise or location of the writer. This other point being that if Tony Cartalucci can continue to make the mistake two weeks long after the event in Benghazi, then he can just as easily make mistakes in Syria when reporting from half way across the world. One would have hoped that feedback and corrections would reach him, but that appears not to be the case. The Arab League: Ignoring Reality, Or Ignorance Of It

The Arab League was established in the first half of the last century. Here we are today, in the 21st century. Time will not come to a stand-still. The 22nd and the 23rd centuries will come, with the League frozen at the first half of the 20th Century. The members of the Arab League officially entered Palestine in 1948. That action was legitimate at that time. Nowadays, they cannot do such a thing. In 1916 Sharif Hussein was proclaimed as the king of all Arabs, with the agreement of the countries allied against the Ottoman Empire. That too was acceptable at that time. Today, who can claim to be the king of the Arabs?
If any one proclaims himself as such, it will not be accepted. That person will be considered insane. He will be the laughingstock of the whole world, Arabs and non-Arabs alike. One of the sons of Sharif Hussein was proclaimed king of the Syrians, despite the fact that Syrians are not Hashemites. That too was acceptable at that time. When the French invaders expelled him from Syria, he was proclaimed king of another Arab country, Iraq. At the beginning of the last century, that was perfectly acceptable.
At that time, a man like Abdul Aziz ibn Saud could mobilize his forces and lead them out of “Al Dar’iya” his home town, to seize all the other parts of the Arabian Peninsula by force of arms, regardless of their affiliation, Hashemite, Yemenite or otherwise. Today, if the Saudi monarch thought of annexing a tiny emirate like Ajman or Ras Al-Khaima, the world would go up in arms and send mighty armies to abort his plans. The world reaction to Iraq’s annexation of Kuwait is a case in point.
Farouk used to be the sovereign of Egypt and Sudan. That too was perfectly acceptable and considered legitimate.
Today’s Arabs do not heed the pleas of their Arab brethren when they seek refuge from their enemies. Arabs now are granted asylum in foreign countries because the sisterly Arab countries deny it to them. In the past, that was not the case; Arabs were given asylum and protection in other Arab countries. Now, thanks to the order established by the Arab League, this is politically unacceptable.If a foreign power occupies your country, you will find no succor in any state member of the Arab League. The leaders of the resistance to occupation used to be able to move freely within the Arab World. They were assured of official protection and support. Donations in support of the armed struggle were encouraged. Anyone could volunteer to join the fight. Today all this is prohibited by the powers that be.
Nasser advocated Arab unity. He was supported, and subsequently rivaled, by the Arab Socialist Baath Party. The torch was then passed to the Libyan Revolution. It made bold initiatives and courageous attempts to translate those nationalist dreams into reality until the new era of globalization and giant entities dawned. The map of the world stared taking a new shape on the basis of pragmatic new giant demographic entities, like the European Union, the African Union, ASEAN, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the new Commonwealth, the Shanghai Grouping, The Organization of South Asia and NAFTA that creates an entity extending from Canada to Mexico. Those new entities give no consideration for race, religion, language or color.
This new world does not recognize any emotional or cultural ties because those are not practical, pragmatic or of economic value. The new entities cannot be based on religion, nationalism, color or even language. The sole basis is regional, an area whose infrastructures can be linked to each other. They thus create a single market, a single customs union, a single visa and a single transport and road network. This integration serves the interest of the region concerned and strengthens its negotiating position vis-à-vis similar entities. It also increases the region’s competitiveness.
Arabs are of the same race. They speak the same language and share the same culture. Most of them are adherents of the same faith. This is an indisputable fact. However, geographically they are divided between Africa, Asia and the Arabian Peninsula. Those in Africa are an integral part of that continent. They are members of the African Union which came into being as a result of globalization. Thus, Asian Arabs and African Arabs have been separated from each other due to the nature of the new age of globalization and giant entities.
African Arabs will in the future be component states of the United States of Africa just like the Europeans who established the United States of America and became Americans despite their European origins. In the same manner, two-thirds of the Arabs will become African citizens. In the future, near or distant, the African Union will constitute a single political, economic, security and cultural entity. There will be one unified African identity along with a single currency, a single army of defense, a single foreign policy and a united negotiating position.
We do not know what fate awaits Asian Arabs. It is likely that they will become part of a yet-to-be born Asian entity. They might become members of various entities, some Asian and some Mediterranean. That too is possible. What is clear is that they will be divided. They will be drawn in by the gravity of the larger entities. They will be fragmented. A similar fate awaits Iran and Afghanistan if they fail to join the Organization of South Asia or the entity of the Indian Ocean. If they do not do so, they will disappear or at best be assigned the role of a buffer or lubricant that minimizes friction among the larger entities.
Some might ask if it is possible for the Arabs to create their own entity. We say that that is not possible. The Arabs of Africa are part of the African Union. This is not a matter of choice. It is the reality and the basis of their survival. It is a demographical imperative. Africa and Asia are two distinct entities. The African Arabs are geographically separate from Asian Arabs. National and religious affiliations are of no use if they are not coupled with geographical location that enables the establishment of a single entity with a single unified market, economy, defense, currency, identity and environment and satellite communications.
Nigeria and Indonesia share the same religion. But there can be no economic, security or defense ties between them. No such ties could be established between Iraq and Mauritania despite the fact that their peoples belong to the same race.
Africa’s Arabs are two-thirds of all Arabs. However, by today’s standards they are too weak and too small to establish their own entity. The can constitute one state within the African Union. Asia’s Arabs are also too weak to constitute their own entity.A viable entity requires certain production and consumption patterns that enable it to compete on the world level. Asia’s Arabs lack those essential elements. So do Africa’s Arabs. The two of them combined also lack them. Neither Iran nor Afghanistan has those elements, not even if they unite. To prove this point, suffice it to take a look at the gross domestic product of some entities:
The GDP of 15 states of the European Union is $9.25 Trillion.
The GDP of all Arab states combined is $700 Billion.
The GDP of a southern European state like Italy is $1.5 Trillion.Studies prove that Italy would disappear in 30 years if it were not a part of the European Union despite the fact that its GDP is twice that of all members of the League of Arab States combined.
Had Arabs been able to create their own viable entity, they would have achieved their national unity during the age of nation-states. Indeed the so-called Arab World or the Arab Homeland is in grave danger of ethnic and sectarian fragmentation due to the paradoxical nature of this era of giant entities and feverish minorities.

It is a war of devastation and genocide and it is a threat to peace and a waste of the world resources, ad the oil is being burned everyday, it is a war t which the peoples rejected, and the parliaments endorsed. Then what is the use of convening another parliament for these peoples, and holding another election for such a parliament as long as the parliament does not represent the people? We should abolish the parliament and uphold the will of the people. But how do we allow the people to govern?
It is very clear that the people can govern through the people’s congresses and the people’s committees. Instead of having one Congress or one parliament, there will be a thousand congresses or a thousand parliaments accommodating all the people. The structures within we are working now are so obsolete that they can no longer accommodate the new realities. The peoples are marching towards power and want to govern.
The old structure of the government and the parliament is crumbling before this new reality. All the people will enter this structure, which is too narrow for a government and a parliament. So this structure will break up and should break up. Even the wealth was monopolized in a structure confined to a handful of capitalists. Now, all the peoples want their share of the wealth, and all will gain access to the structure, and therefore the old structure of individual capitalism will break up.
A single individual used to own a company and enlist the labor of a million workers to increase his profits by exploiting them and robbing their efforts. This structure will break up, because the million want their share in this company. All of these are practical, material proofs of the validity the Green Book theory, the third universal theory…
We are reassured to know that there is a solution set down in a book, the Green Book. If we study this book and if the people learnt it, we will arrive quickly at a solution and spare ourselves this prolonged suffering. However, if we fail to study it, we will certainly arrive at the solution prescribed by the Green Book, but through suffering, after traveling a long road and paying a heavy price. Now the U.N. Security Council, whose meetings used to be open only to 15 members, finds itself compelled to allow states non-members to attend the debates.
The most recent recommendation was made this month at a summit meeting of the U.N. General Assembly. Naturally, they did not agree to expand the Security Council with the addition of new members, and maintained its present size, but they recommended that the Security Council continue to allow the participation of the largest possible number of non-member states in its meetings, because the world will no longer allow 15 members to decide its fate, and war and peace,… They said,” This is true.
We will allow a number of non-member states to speak in every meeting… This shows that even the old structure of the Security Council is beginning to break up now, because everyone wants to gain access to this structure, and this is only the beginning. A hall like this can only accommodate on hundred, but there are a thousand people outside who want to come in. . . . Fine, we will let in ten of you, then twenty, then thirty, because we want to solve the problem of those who are outside the hall. For if they came in they would smash the premises, break the windows, and cause such confusion that we would not be able to work.
Once the one thousand come in and destroy the hall, a new hall will be built to accommodate a thousand. This is what is happening, which means that the old structures will crumble before the new challenges posed by the masses.

The declaration of the Committee of the Revolution at the Jamahiriya Press Agency (JANA) giving a report on the creation of an international investigation commission on the murder of the President of the Palestinian authority – Yasser Arafat who left us on November 11, 2004. In a few days we will commemorate his death.
Thus a certain media showed the portion of the declaration of the Guide of the last 8 October where he affirmed that the results of the analyses of the circumstances of the death of President Yasser Arafat illustrate that he would have been poisoned and he stressed that he calls for the constitution of an international investigation commission to know the authors of the crime and murder of Abu Ammar.
The British “Reuter”, French “AFP”, Egyptian “MENA”, German “DPA”, Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Algeria and Angola Press agencies and the satellite chain of Aljeezra, stressed also on the same declaration of the Guide of the Libyan Revolution regarding the necessity for the whole world and especially for the martyrized Palestinian people which would like to know the real fact of the tragedy of this famous warrior of freedom.

Language Of The Third Universal Theory
The Third Universal Theory is a theory replacing the two Known theories: Capitalists Theory and Marxism Theory. And it aims for the change of the relations of both political and economic relations in their radical change, and the building of the Society according to accurate natural rules. This, could be practically se cured through the rise of the People’s Power, Natural Socialism, demolishing of monopolization, and the harmony between the Social Factor (National) with the Religious Factor, Till the securing of the Collective Stability of people’s and life grows up and becomes powerful purely grown up.
People’s Authority:
The Power of the people rises, when the people become the ruling means; and this could be secured through the holding of popular Conferences and popular Committees.
The Popular conferences cover all people individuals and they enable the People to pass the Resolutions that constitute the General Policies of the Duties of the Popular Committees and having them account for their actions; The Popular Conferences may look essential (All the people’s individuals are members therein), specific, or Productive wherein resolutions relevant to certain profession or foundation of production, are being passed therein.
Popular Committees are comprised of a limited number of the members that are named by the Popular Conferences, to execute a certain duty delegated to them by the Conference such as The Popular Economic Committee, Popular Planning Committee, Popular Public Services Committee and others.
Natural Socialism is the new socialism that is called for by the Third Universal Theory; and is secured, when the Society’s Wealth is owned by the people: So as to enable the Society individuals (people) of fulfilling all of their materialistic and moral needs; and when the laborers become participant producers and not laborers. And when the materialistic production is steered to fulfill and secure the materialistic needs and requirements of a human; also when the salaries and wages system disappears along with the profit and monetary systems (As a final step) and the disappearance of the domestic services; and when the production and distribution movement are achieved through a method enabling a human to work for himself in his own private property, or to work for a social foundation wherein he is a partner in its production, or through rendering a Public Services for the Society for which this latter secures all his material requirements and needs.
Society’s wealth is comprises of the soil, land all means including materialistic means required for production except for human beings; the ownership thereof is for people and wherein each individual shares its ownership proportional to other shares therein; he is entitled to avail of them utilizing them for production of what fulfills his needs and requirements on the material field without exploiting others for or free from any wages or salaries.
Essential Requirements are the materialistic means that are consumable and the loss thereof will have a human fall under the mercy and control of other and their exploitation; these needs cover the human’s lodging, vehicles and salary.
Producers are the laborers that are transferred to production partners after the cancellation of the salaries and wages and the application of the sharing in produced matters…
Daily Paid Workers are those workers relinquishing their production to their employers against wages equivalent to their right in the Production …
Materialistic production is the Economic Production that could be analyzed to basic Production Elements namely: Means of production, Produced Material and the producer…
Means of Production which covers the material to be produced whether it is raw material primitively needed or compound material whose natural aspect is changed by adaptability or by polish or by any other similar method…
Salaries and Wages System are the system that separates between the ownership of the project, and the paid down duties, and that grants the owner of the project whether he is (Individual or Government) the right to own production against payment of salary depriving the laborer from his right in the products that he produces. And this system is considered as the most important of the Ruling Economic Systems Specification now application in the World…
Production Sharing System is the system that enables the producer from having his right in the product according to the natural rule that states: Each element of the production elements has its right in production; and that transfers a laborer to a sharing producer of the producer of the produced matter…
Private Ownership is the materialistic means that cover possession of any individual of the society’s individuals. Such an ownership may be relevant to a means of production such as lands allocates by the society for the individuals to avail of in agriculture or through graze, or the means used for the production of what fulfills his materialistic requirements without exploiting others for or free from wages or salaries…
Social Foundation is the foundation wherein several group of producers work in and wherein the ownership of production means is a social ownership; and wherein the participants’ producers work according to the shareholding system in production…
Social Ownership is the Society ownership of the means of production used in the foundations of Society (Social Foundations)
Public Services & Utilities is the services rendered to the individuals of the society by the systems and foundations of joined various non-productive nature that exists in the Society and those carrying it on are allocated a specific share of the wealth equivalent to the service rendered in a manner that fulfills his materialistic needs and requirements.
Domestic Services is one of the Social signs that is similar to slavery sigh and makes the domestic servants work against pay , in the houses; and this, according to the Natural Socialism, scale is degree that is much lower than the wages paid workers at foundations and economic Establishments outside the houses.
The RCM?
The Revolutionary Committees Movement(RCM) promote the emergency of a new type of citizen for a new society entirely democratic throughout direct democracy developed in the Green Book inspired by Muammar Al Qathafi, the leader of Al Fatah Revolution.
What do we seek for?
The Popular Revolution is the Revolution of the future… The Revolutionary Committees Movement is the instrument of the Popular Revolution. The RCM is consisted by the people who by reading the Green Book discovered the falsification of the contemporary democracy and the truth on the exploitation of the masses. By doing this, these people transform themselves into revolutionists. So that this awakening is not neutralized by insulation, the RCM proposes the organization of the Revolutionary Committees everywhere.
The RCM mission is not to seize the power. It would then become one of the instruments which exert the power in the place of the masses. The new slogan of the Popular Revolution:
“No substitute to the people: the representation is an imposture!”
It is the new principle for the application of which work the RCM. This principle must replace the reactionary crenel of the middle-class representative democracy.
The role of the RCM is to encourage the masses to the revolution so that they ascend to the power. The RCM is the apparatus of the organization of the masses based on the revitalization of the establishment of the Popular Committees, basic cell of the people’s authority. The RCM work to the organization of the popular avant-garde in order to carry out the fight to sap and destroy the bases of the middle-class regime which maintains the masses under its domination. The RCM is thus the political and practical framework which links the revolutionary forces everywhere.
The RCM is the instrument of a new stage of the human History announced by the Popular Revolution: the era of the masses! The member of the Revolutionary Committee is the messenger, just and devoted. After the success of the Popular Revolution organized and carried out by the Revolutionary Committees and after the ascendance of the masses to the power, the duty of the Revolutionary Committees becomes:
Ø To incite the masses to exercise their authority.
Ø To strengthen the people’s authority.
Ø To practice revolutionary control.
Ø To animate the Popular Congresses.
Ø To advise the Popular Committees and its delegates.
Ø To protect, defend the Revolution and to share its everlasting message.

On Wednesday 28th, mass demonstrations took place in Tripoli in favor of people’s power (jamahiriya) and the African Muslim revolutionary leader Muammar Qaddafi, liberator of humanity, author of The Green Book, advocate of the Third Universal Theory.
The masses demonstrated against the terrorist mercenary foreign armed forces which have been occupying key areas of Tripoli since 5 weeks after massive non-stop bombing and missile attacks by the world’s strongest military forces, 40 countries which are bankrupt, including USA, Canada, England, France, and most of Europe.
The bombing and missile strikes by the foreign NATO forces have lasted more than six months, killing more than 50,000 Libyans who wished to live in peace in the world’s only Jamahiriya where all power, all wealth and all arms are in the hands of the people, and not an individual, sect, group, tribe, party or government.
In response to the popular demonstration in Tripoli on Wednesday, the US-European sponsored Al-Qaida elements, traitor rats, ‘NATO rebels’ opened fire on the unarmed demonstrators and the response by the masses was ongoing throughout the day and night, with shooting in various parts of Tripoli, sending rats running, abandoning some of their check points, with NATO air force terrorists no longer knowing where to hit.
Early in the morning of Thursday 29th, the world’s leading elite people’s armed force brigade commanded and led by General Khamis Qaddafi, son of Muammar Qaddafi, which has time and again shown its superiority to British elite SAS, German elite GSG-9, French and U.S. elite “special forces”, took control of the Tripoli headquarters of the CIA and NATO and took over rat checkpoints in the city central region.
The heroic 32nd Reinforced Brigade of the Armed People “Khamis Brigade” destroyed the remaining NATO-rebel checkpoints, and took control of the building that has for the past 3 weeks housed the Tripoli headquarters of the terrorist Al-Qaida intelligence agency “CIA” aka Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of America. The all-green flag of the Jamahiriya (self-governing society of the people) was hoisted above the building.
The CIA white racist officers fled to a so-called “green zone” for their safety around the Tripoli international Maitiga airport along with NATO commanders and white European occupier special forces.
The CIA agents and “representatives” (slaves) of the U.S. intelligence “community” (handful of fascists) in the Tripoli region spent the night in the “green zone” around the Maitiga airport of Libyan capital, ready to flee from the power of the Libyan people.
The previous day, Wednesday, an attack took place at the airport, in which the Libyan Jamahiri patriots destroyed one aircraft of the enemy occupying forces.
NATO forces and officials are now taking urgent measures to evacuate the apparatus the CIA.
During the storming of the former residential high-rise building in the embassy quarter of Tripoli, which had been occupied by the CIA three weeks ago until its liberation on Thursday, documents were seized from the CIA, which, as reported by Libyan officer Khamis al-Gaddafi, “after study will be handed over to the media and the UN Security Council.”
At the building which now flies the green Jamahiriya flag of freedom, on several floors offices were set up by NATO and the CIA and were used as a command and control center to guide the NATO ground operation in Libya along with the US-European supported Al-Qaida terrorists and rat opportunist traitors.
Other key facilities in Tripoli were seized by Libyan Jamahiriya forces and a brigade made its way to the air port giving chase to the fleeing CIA and NATO mercenaries.
All day long everywhere in Tripoli fierce fighting and exchanges of fire could be heard, including on the streets of Mansour, Tajoura and Bengashir. NATO mercenaries attacked a military facility outside Mukhtar, which was previously a women’s military academy of the Libyan Defense Forces.
Powerful explosions were also heard in Bab Al Azizia, as well as in the area where NATO had set up their headquarters in a school.
The invaders will finally be evicted no matter how long the war lasts and how many give their lives to either die or live standing, refusing to be slaves to western banker capitalism, and all the governments in the world, all the international organizations and non-governmental organizations, all the religious leaders, and personalities, positions have become clear over the past six months, and the emerging new world order will be shaped accordingly.
On the one side the truthful masses of the world, will gain power everywhere, as governments and gate-keeper media and institutions and structures have all stood naked and exposed to their real character and purpose, and on the other the handful of rulers, oppressors, hypocrites and opportunists, as well as former masters in banking, business, economy, politics and society will be left in the dust bin of history.
The enemy retains the market area and Jamaa Zawiya Dahmani. However, eyewitnesses report that on the streets of Tripoli, an increasing number of green flags are being raised. Everywhere Libyan patriots can be heard chanting: «Allah, Muammar, Libya, wa Baz!» (God, Muammar Qaddafi, Libya and that is all we need).
Elsewhere, NATO has dropped in a new “special forces” team of armed mercenary troops into the town of Ras Lanuf, which is an oil refinery and which is terminal of one of the main oil pipelines from the Sahara. The entire Sahara is under Jamahiriya control, with rats posing only for cameras, launching occasional cowardly assaults but always being driven back by the armed people who are defending their communities.
The heroic cities of Sirte and Bani Walid, which have withstood total siege for months, in what will be exposed as Crimes Against Humanity for which NATO countries and officials must face justice, have repulsed the rebel rat assaults which were carried out under NATO cover, and upgraded their defensive resistance to offensive counter-attacks against the terrorists.
Sabha: The city of Sabha remains under the control of the Libyan Jamahiriya. It is confirmed that the situation in Sabha is so strong for the Jamahiriya, that the LDF (Libyan Defence Forces) were able to send troops to other battlefields in Libya.
Zawiya: Green Resistance in Zawiya captured a very large supply of weapons, which were moved to Tripoli to assist the resistance there.

“It is now confirmed that the Islamists and mercenaries that were attempting to conquer Sirte for the past month were defeated by the Jamahiriya forces. The death toll of the enemy forces was an estimated one thousand. There are reports that NATO pilots are getting tired of shelling innocent civilians and are starting to wake up to the fact that they are not at all there to protect civilians, and the Libya is a Jamahiriya where people will not surrender their power, wealth and weapons.

More than 170 NATO bandits were killed yesterday in Sirte. The Libyan army seized their weapons.
The Tribes of South Libya, Sirte and Beni Walid announced the opening of a few local radio stations Libya, on which Muammar Gaddafi congratulated Libyan fighters and volunteers for clearing the cities of NATO criminals.
Shortly after the Libyan Army captured stores of weapons, Washington announced that the rebels lost 10 thousand missiles.

“It will not be easy to take Sirte. We thought we would do it Friday. I no longer believe [that we can do it]. Moutassim Qaddafi [another son of Muammar Qaddafi], is in Sirte, and commands his men. They have heavy weapons and snipers, who complicate our task,” said a field commander of the rebels to the AFP. Before dawn, Gaddafi forces had “tried to surround us in the dark, but the rain foiled their plan. Otherwise, we would have had heavy losses,” he said.
“Our troops are subjected to hard blows. Today we moved three kilometers back,” said the commander. In addition, there was still a “lack of coordination” amongst the rebels. ”A group of our fighters were hit by a rocket that was fired by one of our own tanks. There were three martyrs,” he said.
At Beni Walid, the rebels have been blocked by the fierce defense of the Libyan Jamahiriya forces, and have not advanced. Walid Khaimej , a rebel captain on the front of Beni Walid, asked for “more help from NATO.”

THE FOLLOWING NEWS COME FROM “Stop the war in Libya. We demand it”
Sabha, Ghadames, Ghat, Taha, Murzuk and other towns and oases, are under the control of the Jamahiriya.
Tuareg published a communique in which they confirmed their full support for the Jamahiriya. They also said that they would take revenge on the rebels for the atrocities committed against peaceful Libyans.
The Jamahiriya is in talks with several countries, who said the following: You are holding [doing very well]. If you capture Tripoli, we will recognize the Jamahiriya government again. However, this is like saying that if all of Australia is under the control of the Australian people, but Canberra is seized by Korean terrorists supporting a small council of Australian convicts escaped from prison calling themselves “TNC”, then we recognize the TNC and not the Australian people’s government.
Green revolutionary patriotic forces have liberated the city of Zawiya with General Khamis al-Qaddafi. This is good news for the Libyan resistance and the heroic and courageous people of Libya. The Libyan resistance continues and gathers strength.
Our brave men in Ghat, which is located in the south of Libya, had fought with rats in a heavy battle today. Many rats were killed, and the rest fled to 20 km outside of the city.
Rebels were again beaten back by Jamahiriya forces at Sirte. Only yesterday they were shouting about the alleged capture of the port. But today China Radio International echoed western media that “the rebels, at the request of NATO, have suspended their assault on Sirte.” This follows a well established pattern, which has always translated to, “The rebels have been defeated again.”
After the NATO bombing of the coast and the port from the sea, the rebels landed. In the port they started to get into the thick of battle. And after that, as NATO lost the ability to distinguish between the rebels (rats) and Jamahiriya (Qaddafi loyalist, green Libyan patriotic resistance) fighters, the rats in the port were attacked with dense mortar fire. They #ran to the #sea and #drowned. The rebels had nowhere to run! So the probability of large losses among the rebels is high.
Tripoli: In a night ambush, 14 rebels met their deaths. Our source said that the rebel checkpoints are empty, because no rebel wants to stand, waiting for death. Thus, Jamahiriya resistance were able to kill many rebel rats in the past week.
In the southern desert oasis of Sabha the Libyan Jamahiriya fighters have had military success. The rebels entered from the south but failed to gain a foothold in the city, although many foreign news agencies were quick to announce a new success of TNC “rebels”. After dozens of rebels were killed or wounded, and after their supplies were expended, the remaining rebels began to withdraw along the highway in a northerly direction.
For the rebels, it is apparent that the capture of Tripoli, as well as the falsely perceived change of power in the country, will not lead to positive changes in their lives. Some are beginning to regret participation in their so-called “revolution” and return to their homes with their weapons.
New reports exposed the truth regarding the Sirte assault, a failed assault which caused hundreds of NATO mercenaries to get entrapped within the town. Some rebel fighters who managed to flee the front lines went to their commanders and begged for support, because many had been trapped and are being killed as we speak. This was also reported, surprisingly, by western propaganda machines that usually hide the truth regarding NATO failures.
The Libyan Jamahariya government has expressed its willingness to forgive anyone who lays down their arms and goes home, just like the forces outside Bani Walid who laid down their arms and went home. They expressed their Islamic belief of forgiveness, but stated clearly that forgiveness does not mean that Libyans will forget.
Previously, NATO (European and American) #mercenaries tried to flee Ghadames and set up a base in Tunisia. But fighting soon broke out between NATO-rebels and the Tunisian Defence Forces. The #Tunisian Defence Forces #forced the mercenaries back into Libya.
NATO Mercenaries were on the #brink of #quitting the fight in Sabha, after receiving heavy casualties when they fell into a trap. NATO decided to #give 16 million dollars of #stolen Libyan money as payment for the mercenaries to continue the fight.
Sabha is still liberated and under the control of the Libyan Jamahiriya. Green flags are flying throughout the town according to sources in Southern Libya. NATO mercenaries are still ducking outside the town under the umbrella of NATO.
They fight only for money and war bounties, as reported before. When NATO helps them enter a town, they steal women’s jewellery, rape the women and children, and get drunk and high, shooting animals at random.

Le leader suprème de la Libye, Mouammar Kadhafi a dévoilé lundi soir lors du sommet spécial de l’Union Africaine de Tripoli, les deux prototypes de « The Rocket » qu’il a lui même imaginé et déssiné comme « un canot de course, pour un maximum de sécurité ».
Celon les propos du numéro un libyen, ces deux prototypes représentent « l’avenir de l’industrie automobile ».
Les voitures ont été entièrement financées par les capitaux libyens, et ont été fabriquées par l’italiens Tesco TS.
Dans des brichures distribuées en masse à la presse, il était indiqué que « durant la réalisation de cette voiture, l’équipe technique de Tesco TS a suivit à la lettre les idées du designer (…) pour produire la voiture parfaite selon la vision du leader ».
Traduction: Khadafi est plus que clair : « Suivez mes ordres » !

A moins d’une semaine d’un sommet de l’Union africaine en juillet 2010, RFI et France24 reçoivent en exclusivité le chef de l’Etat libyen. Au cours de cet entretien, le colonel Kadhafi évoque l’échec de son projet d’Etats-Unis d’Afrique, les attentats de Kampala, la situation explosive en Somalie avec les actions de plus en plus violentes des islamistes shebabs. Il revient également sur le fait que le chef des rebelles soudanais du Mouvement pour la justice et l’égalité (MJE), Khalil Ibrahim, a été expulsé du Tchad et est réfugié à Tripoli. Ne reconnaissant aucune légitimité à la Cour pénale internationale, il se dit prêt à accueillir en Libye, si nécessaire, Omar el-Béchir, le président soudanais sous le coup d’un mandat d’arrêt international. Il fustige également al-Qaïda au Maghreb islamique (Aqmi), un groupe qui a revendiqué plusieurs attentats et enlèvements.

Alors que, dans les pas de la Tunisie qui a chassé Ben Ali du pouvoir, plusieurs pays du monde arabe connaissent des révoltes populaires à partir de la fin de l’année 2010, en Libye, la contestation du régime se fait de manière moins pacifique et débouche sur une insurrection à partir de mi-février. Le « Guide » libyen intervient à la télévision le 22 février 2011 et martèle qu’il se battra « jusqu’à la dernière goutte de sang ». « Toutes les villes et tous les villages qui aiment Muammar Kadhafi, qu’ils se lèvent pour défendre car Kadhafi c’est la gloire ! », lance également le leader libyen.

Older generationsknow, who Tito was, but younger not, because even in his former state Yugoslavia (today Slovenia,Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo), western powers provided, that childrendo not learn about him in school, but if they do, he have to be described as murderous communistdictator. But he was nothing like this and my heart gets in two, when I hear that stupid propaganda.So, who was Tito? Tito was a leader of illegal Socialist party during times of Kingdom of Yugoslavia,which existed from 1919 to 1941, when fascist occupiers divided it. He was prosecuted and often inprison, just because he was fighting for better life of working class. His formal education was onlymetalworker, but he had self educated himself and he was a gifted warrior. When World war II.came to Yugoslavia, it became a failed state, Croats builded their own unlegitimate state, knownas NDH (Nezavisna država Hrvatska), which was terrible fascist state and was commiting genocideagainst Serbs and Jews. German occupier also builded Serbian state called Nedich Serbia and theyalso supplied so called Yugoslavian army at home (Chetniks), which was playing ugly game andthey were collaborating with all sides, with Germans, with antifascist coallition and with partisans.So in that situation, Tito builded Resistance called Partisans. Goal of Partisans was to maintainYugoslavia as a state and to build a socialist society after the war. This Resistance was notcentralised, they had supreme headquarters of Yugoslav partisan movement, but partisandepartments in individual national territories, had a great autonomy (Slovenian partisan movement,Croatian partisan movement, etc.). Tito managed to reunite different nationalities of Yugoslaviaand to build up a powerful resistance, which had to fight not only against occupier, but alsoagainst own traitors (Domobran forces, Ustashes, Chetniks, albanian Ballists). They managedto win the war and to build up a successful socialist Yugoslavian state. So Tito was victoruios asa supreme commander of Partisan movement.After the war, Tito became president of Yugoslavia and after a few years, Yugoslav federalgovernment announced Tito as a life term president. Tito broke up relations with USSR in 1948,because evil Stalin wanted to have Yugoslavia as a soviet satelite. That was very brave decisionat that time, because we all know what Stalin did with people, who rebelled against him.After that time, Tito had to rule his state between two powerful military blocks, americanand soviet. In the year 1961, Tito established Non-Aligned Movement, in which all countriesof third world, which were victims of old colonialist powers and new soviet and american interests,found their place. They were real anti-block movement and Yugoslavia helped many africancountries with weapons, so they could liberate themselves from colonialism.Also in interrior policy, Tito did many great things. Under his rule, Yugoslavia became industrialisedcountry with 4. strongest army in Europe. As later Gaddafi`s Libya, Yugoslavia also had good organised free medical care. But we had one big problem: terrorist risk from immigration. Those fascist elements from times of World war II., who succeed to leave a country in last days of warand were not returned home by Allied forces, were trained by western secret services as anti-yugoslavian anti-socialistist forces. Serbian and croatian immigration were the biggest problem.Also Tito`s life was at risk many times. When the West is decided to destroy one country, theywill do everything to reach the goal. So Yugoslavia had to build up strong secret service, whichhad command to eliminate terrorist elements in foreign countries.When Al-fateh Revolution happened in Libya and Gaddafi came to power, he immediatelly becamea best friend of Yugoslavia. Gaddafi was, as student, sent to Yugoslavia at the military academy inMostar. So he knew something about this country. Gaddafi and Tito were great friends, Gaddafias young revolutionary really admired that old man. Tito was at that time for the third world iconas Gaddafi is today. In his system of Jamahiriya, Muammar copied some good things of Yugoslaviansocialism. Like the government of local committees.In Yugoslavia we had self-governing socialism with similar local committees called »skupščina«.In these committees system of governing wasdelegate, everyone from worker to ingenieur could participate in it. These committees was onlocal level, city level, republic level and on the level of federation. In theory this system wassuperrior, his autor was Slovenian, Edvard Kardelj. But in practice, this system was too complicatedto function effectively and there were many abuses. But in Libya, where the tribal society still exist,that system of local committees is functioning really good.In the year 1980 Tito died, 88 years old. All important leaders from all over the world came to hisfuneral, also Muammar Gaddafi. I have a book, where is the picture of young Muammar in front ofTito`s coffin. West was clapping with hands at that time, they knew that now they can destroyYugoslavia as a state. Younger politicans were incapable to govern such multiethnic state andthere were also many traitors inside Socialist party and Yugoslav People`s army and a lot ofdouble agents.Also IMF had a strategy how to destroy that country and in eighties they gave alot of loans to Yugoslavia. 11 years after Tito died, Yugoslavia collapsed in a American led CIA/NATO bloody civil war.Majority of the industry, which was strong in times of socialism is now destroyed. Former republics,which are now independent states are now just western satelites, with corrupted governments.Nothing has left from once powerful country. I hoped that this wll be a warning to all other nations,which are living in anti-western multiethnic states. But I sadly see, that in every nation there aresheeps, who want to follow their master into the abyss.

It is possible that among the Libyans who you are asking about — and who died abroad — there were also some who died because they had secret accounts in Switzerland.SPIEGEL: And you are seriously maintaining that Switzerland as a state ordered the killing of these people?Gadhafi: The investigations will show this. And this brings me back once again to the phenomenon of assisted suicide. A large number of people have been deliberately eliminated under this pretext. Switzerland maintains that these individuals expressed the desire to take their lives. But in reality it was done to get at their money. More than 7,000 people have died like this. I am thus calling for Switzerland to be dissolved as a state. The French part should go to France, the Italian part to Italy and the German part to Germany. Even Ayman al-Zawahiri …SPIEGEL: … Osama bin Laden’s deputy …Gadhafi: … took al-Qaida’s money to Switzerland, where it is still located. Switzerland finances terrorism.SPIEGEL: Once again: Even if all of this were as you say — why did this never bother you before?Gadhafi: We had already noticed that money is laundered in Switzerland and people die in unexplained ways. SPIEGEL: Doesn’t your anger with Switzerland in reality stem from the fact that your son Hannibal was arrested by police in Geneva in July 2008 and accused of beating up two people in his employment?Gadhafi: The thing with Hannibal has been nothing but a source of enjoyment for Switzerland. This is a gang that doesn’t care about law and order. The way they treated Hannibal proves that Switzerland respects no laws. A man employed by my son brought accusations against him so that he could remain in Switzerland. They can lock him up — but please do so within the law. The police acted like a gang. They were dressed in plain clothes and they broke down the door, put my son in chains and brought his wife to a hospital. They left his daughter, who is one or two years old, alone back at the hotel. Then they put him handcuffed in a cold storage room, and at times in a bathroom — exactly the way al-Qaida treats its victims. An act of terrorism.SPIEGEL: According to the Swiss authorities, something entirely different happened in Geneva. They say that your son beat up two people there.Gadhafi: No, no. Nothing like that happened. Switzerland has not said that to me nor to anyone else. I’m hearing this now for the first time.
SPIEGEL: But similar things have also happened elsewhere. Your sons have also run into trouble with the police in London, Paris and Germany. What do you say to them when something like this happens?
Gadhafi: These are cases of youthful exuberance. In France, for example, my son allegedly drove through a red light. That is normal and nothing out of the ordinary.
SPIEGEL: Allow us to ask once again: Are you really hearing today for the first time that your son allegedly severely beat two people?
Gadhafi: Yes, I’m hearing this now for the first time. All I heard was that the employee complained that Hannibal and his family had mistreated him. I oppose such behavior, whether it is in Switzerland, in Libya or elsewhere. What I am protesting against is the way action is being taken against him.
SPIEGEL: While we are talking about your sons — which of the seven is closest to you?
Gadhafi: I love all of my sons equally. The question of which of them I prefer doesn’t even arise.
SPIEGEL: In Europe it was presumed for a long time that your second-born, Saif al-Islam, would be your successor.
Gadhafi: I am not a king; I don’t need a successor to the throne. (Laughs.) In Libya the people rule.
SPIEGEL: Your son told us that, as a matter of principle, the office of revolutionary leader cannot be inherited.
Gadhafi: That is correct.
SPIEGEL: Saif al-Islam has negotiated in a number of hostage-taking situations and is respected abroad. Even if he doesn’t become your successor, what plans do you have for him?
Gadhafi: He has studied and is well-read; he is a man of the world and has reached an age where he requires no more help from me.
SPIEGEL: He has criticized you on occasion, for example, in the case of the Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor who spent eight years in prison because they allegedly deliberately infected Libyan children with HIV. Saif al-Islam admitted that the women had been tortured.
Gadhafi: The investigations have produced other results. I still believe that there was a conspiracy to kill the Libyan children.
SPIEGEL: You have recently been to Europe on a number of occasions. Who do you see as your closest friend among the European heads of state and government?
Gadhafi: My closest friend in Europe is Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, but a few others are also close to me.
SPIEGEL: What do you think of German Chancellor Angela Merkel?
Gadhafi: She is a strong personality. More like a man than a woman. But I have never had a conversation with her.

Libya has imposed an economic embargo and Wednesday trading in Switzerland
The announcement comes a week after the apppel for jihad against the Helvetic Confederation launched by Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.Relations between Tripoli and Bern have deteriorated in 2008 when a Hannibal Gaddafi and his wife were arrested in a Geneva hotel and falsely accused of abusing their servants.
The couple was released and the Swiss courts waived prosecution when the two servants withdrew their complaint after reaching a settlement with their employers. Obviously, they were only after money!
“The General People’s Committee (cabinet) decided embrago an economic and business of the Swiss state involving public and private sectors,” said the statement from Tripoli. The statement also indicates that Libya has renounced the “electrics and other projects” with Swiss companies unspecified.
Swiss exports to Libya accounted for 156.2 million Swiss francs in 2009, representing 0.08% of all Swiss exports, according to the website of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs.
February 25, Gaddafi called for “jihad” against Switzerland which he described as infidel state that destroys mosques. “Every Muslim anywhere in the world who works with Switzerland is an apostate, is against (the Prophet) Muhammad, God and the Koran,” he said.
The Swiss electorate voted by 57.5% in November to ban minarets in a referendum supported by an extreme right party.

In 2009, former Swiss President Hans-Rudolf Merz apologized in Tripoli and agreed to possible compensation claims. But Switzerland has backtracked ….In early February 2010, Tripoli had responded to a travel ban in Switzerland for Gaddafi, his family and his ministers by refusing visas to nationals of 25 countries of the Schengen area. Mais depuis que l’exécrable colonel (autoproclamé) est revenu dans l’actualité, on ne cesse de me demander de raconter ce que je sais de l’impénétrable personnage. Il semble que je sois un des rares journalistes québécois à avoir eu la chance (?) de frôler cet étrange olibrius de près.Ma première rencontre avec Kadhafi remonte à 1998, en plein dans la période où l’homme fut mis au ban de la société internationale et le peuple libyen, soumis à un inexorable embargo.J’avais souvent rêvé, comme beaucoup de journalistes, pouvoir l’interviewer. Mais, comme M. K ne portait pas les médias dans son coeur, sous prétexte qu’il n’avait pas de temps à perdre avec des «chiens véreux» et que ses fonctions de «Guide de la Révolution» ne lui permettaient pas d’excursionner au royaume de la rigolade, les possibilités qu’il puisse m’accorder un entretien étaient inexistantes.Pourtant, cette chance inespérée survint un jour de 1998, alors que le journaliste Pierre Salinger, conseiller politique de John F. Kennedy, est venu à Montréal. Il revenait d’une tournée infructueuse des éditeurs américains qu’il avait approchés dans le but de faire publier un livre écrit par Mouammar Kadhafi lui-même. Un ouvrage dont Salinger avait signé la préface. J’ai aussitôt demandé à l’ex-conseiller de JFK de me passer le manuscrit, que j’ai lu dans l’heure.Contrairement à ce que je pouvais craindre, le texte n’était nullement politique et ne prétendait défendre aucune cause révolutionnaire. En fait, Escapade en enfer était un petit livre de nouvelles et d’essais influencés aussi bien par la culture arabe traditionnelle de l’Islam et par l’idéologie panarabe que par des penseurs comme Nietzsche ou Rousseau.Une occasion à saisirDans sa préface, l’ancien conseiller du président Kennedy, qui n’avait pas la réputation d’être un farfelu, y vantait la «mentalité pleine d’originalité» du nouvel auteur en ajoutant que «les sociétés occidentales qui ont longtemps considéré Kadhafi comme un provocateur, un adversaire de la politique extérieure des États-Unis, un prophète, devaient désormais le voir comme un écrivain et un essayiste».Comme éditeur, j’ai vu là une occasion à saisir et, comme journaliste, une occasion à ne pas rater. Les tractations entre l’auteur et l’éditeur ont pris plusieurs semaines au bout desquelles Kadhafi accepta de me céder les droits de publication de son livre pour le monde entier à une seule condition: que celui-ci soit d’abord publié aux… États-Unis — la malice n’est-elle pas un de ses traits de politesse?La maison Stanké ayant pignon sur rue à New York, l’impératif n’était pas difficile à surmonter. À charge de revanche, j’avais moi aussi une exigence: celle de signer personnellement (!) le contrat devant l’auteur. N’ayant jamais publié de livre de toute ma carrière sans avoir rencontré l’auteur, j’en faisais une condition sine qua non.Un mois plus tard, après avoir transité par la Tunisie (l’aéroport de Tripoli étant fermé à cause de l’embargo) et accompagné de mon caméraman J.-M. Bioteau, de mon avocat Me Charles Bédard et de Pierre Salinger, je me retrouvais sous la tente de Kadhafi, installée dans la cour de la caserne Bab El Azizia, à Tripoli. Tout près de cette tente — visite obligée! — on nous fit voir la demeure en ruine de Kadhafi où avait péri, à la suite du bombardement américain, la petite fille adoptive du «Guide».
Conditions d’entrevueLors de la rencontre, Kadhafi (la nuque toujours bien raide) s’est montré affable et (parfois) souriant. Nos échanges se firent par l’entremise de l’interprète personnel de Kadhafi, Moufthah Missouri (un homme d’une grande érudition), parce que le grand patron se refusait obstinément de parler une autre langue que l’arabe.Avant de commencer l’entretien éditeur-auteur-préfacier, Kadhafi pria instamment mon caméraman de quitter la tente. «Vous aurez toutes les images-souvenirs que vous voulez, car mes deux caméramans sont sur place et ils se feront un plaisir de vous remettre une bande VHS!», a-t-il eu le soin de préciser.Par la suite, j’ai eu le privilège de visiter la région en compagnie d’un chauffeur-guide, très affable, qui ne m’a pas lâché d’une semelle. Quand il m’arrivait parfois de m’entretenir avec un petit commerçant ou un simple passant, mon ange gardien retournait aussitôt auprès de celui-ci pour s’assurer que ma conversation n’avait rien eu de délictueux. (La confiance n’est jamais acquise!)On se revoit!Kadhafi me fit promettre de revenir. Il tenait à suivre de près l’évolution de la publication et voulut, par la même occasion, me faire connaître son désert qui, m’a-t-il dit, était «le seul endroit au monde où il se sentait chez lui».Lors de ma deuxième visite, une limousine vint me cueillir à l’hôtel pour me conduire à l’aéroport, où m’attendait le jet privé de Kadhafi chargé de me déposer à Syrte, la ville natale du colonel, située sur la côte méditerranéenne. Ce jour-là, j’ai dû attendre la fatidique rencontre «sous la tente» des heures de temps. Vers une heure du matin, alors que je m’apprêtais à passer au lit, une estafette vint me quérir en m’annonçant que «le Guide aime bien recevoir ses amis tard dans la nuit»!Kadhafi me reçut dans un cadre plutôt indigent, sous une tente (militaire). Et comme la température du désert avait considérablement baissé, pour nous réchauffer mon hôte avait prévu une vieille jante métallique provenant de la roue d’une auto, dans laquelle il avait déposé du charbon de bois pour que le brasier dégage suffisamment de chaleur et que nous ne soyons pas trop incommodés par le froid.État second
Je me souviens d’avoir trouvé Kadhafi, cette nuit-là, dans une sorte d’état second, ce qui m’a beaucoup perturbé. Il m’a semblé bouffi, avec un regard d’huître égarée dans des pensées inaccessibles. Il se mettait à rire pour rien, se levait brusquement pour faire un tour dans la tente puis revenait s’affaisser sur une toute petite chaise bancale placée devant moi. Un comportement assurément très étrange.Nous nous sommes revus le lendemain, dans un bâtiment sis près de la tente. Fort heureusement, cette fois il avait retrouvé tous ses sens. Et comme ses assistants m’ont fourni une rare occasion de me trouver seul avec lui, sans aucun témoin, Kadhafi me parla en anglais (une langue qu’il maîtrise parfaitement). Cette rencontre fut sans contredit la plus longue et la plus intéressante de toutes celles que j’ai eues. Après lui avoir avoué que j’étais (aussi) journaliste — et que je n’étais pas venu pour le juger, mais pour le jauger —, il accepta de bonne grâce de parler avec moi d’autres choses que de son livre.
L’entrevue avec Kadhafi
L’entrevue, qu’il m’autorisa à enregistrer, dura plus d’une heure. À cette occasion je me souviens de lui avoir dit (précautionneusement!):— Voilà des années qu’on vous décrit sous les vocables les plus déplaisants. «Menteur», «agitateur», «banquier des terroristes», «illuminé», «paranoïaque», «arrogant», «impulsif», «provocateur», «spécialiste des coups tordus, des traquenards et de la manipulation». Comment arrivez-vous à vivre avec tous ces anathèmes?«Cela ne me dérange pas du tout! me répondit-il calmement. Souvenez-vous que, de son vivant, le Christ a été traité de sorcier et qu’on a fini par le crucifier. Après qu’il fut mort sur la croix, ils se sont tous ralliés à sa religion! Ce n’est pas nouveau, tous les prophètes du monde ont été accusés de folie et de terrorisme…»— Vous considérez-vous comme un prophète?«Non. Absolument pas. Il y a une grande différence entre un prophète envoyé par Dieu et un prophète de la Révolution, un prophète de la liberté et du socialisme!»
— Dans le passé, vous avez financé — selon votre propre aveu — de nombreuses factions que d’aucuns ont qualifiées de «terroristes» et que vous persistez à appeler «libérateurs».
«Plusieurs de ces vaillants combattants sont aujourd’hui à la tête de leur pays. Dans le temps, les Américains les traitaient de terroristes, aujourd’hui ils les considèrent comme leurs amis, leurs alliés! C’est le cas de mon bon ami Mandela, de Museveni, des dirigeants de l’Ouganda, de l’Éthiopie, du Soudan, de Kabila au Congo, de Zinawi et de beaucoup d’autres. Toutes ces personnes ont eu leurs camps d’entraînement chez moi, en Libye, et toutes, à l’époque, étaient considérées comme de dangereux terroristes par les Américains.»
— Comment croyez-vous que l’histoire vous jugera?
«J’ignore comment je serai jugé par l’histoire alors que je ne serai plus de ce monde. Je suppose qu’elle retiendra de moi que j’ai été un incompris. Comme je le disais en parlant du Christ, aujourd’hui les gens se rendent compte qu’il y a eu méprise sur son compte, qu’on l’a mal compris. Pour moi cela devrait être pareil.»
Autosatisfaction béate
J’ai eu l’occasion de revoir Kadhafi à deux autres reprises. Il s’exhibait toujours dans une autosatisfaction béate. Son peuple l’aurait sans doute admiré davantage s’il ne s’était pas autant admiré. J’ai même réussi un jour à lui faire accepter de recevoir une équipe de l’Associated Press-TV de Londres. (Un exploit!) Mais comme l’entretien ne s’est pas trop bien déroulé, je crois savoir qu’il m’en a voulu.Aujourd’hui, devant les événements sanglants qui se déroulent en Libye, je ne peux pas m’étonner de voir que tant de chefs d’État (réputés «bien» et assoiffés de pétrole) lui ont permis de se racheter une virginité et lui serraient la main avec effusion.
Il est vrai qu’une main… ça se lave!
Alors qu’il n’avait que 27 ans, Kadhafi renversa le vieux roi Idris Ier et prit le pouvoir sans qu’une goutte de sang soit versée. Dire que 42 ans plus tard, le pitoyable Guide égaré devra être chassé de son trône dans un effroyable gâchis noyé dans le sang…

Several years have passed since I met Gaddafi. But since the execrable Colonel (self-proclaimed) is back in the news, we are constantly asking me to tell what I know of the inscrutable character. It seems that I am one of the few journalists to have Quebec lucky (?) I immediately asked the former adviser to JFK pass me the script, I read in an hour.Contrary to what I could fear, the text was not political and did not pretend to defend any revolutionary cause. In fact, Escapade in Hell was a small book of stories and essays influenced by both traditional Arab culture of Islam and pan-Arab ideology than by thinkers such as Nietzsche or Rousseau.An opportunityIn his preface, the former advisor to President Kennedy, who had not the reputation of being a wacky, it boasted “mentality full of originality,” the new author adding that “Western societies have long considered Gaddafi as a provocateur, an opponent of the foreign policy of the United States, a prophet, would now see him as a writer and essayist. “As a publisher, I saw an opportunity and as a journalist, an opportunity not to be missed. The negotiations between the author and publisher have taken several weeks after which Gaddafi agreed to give me the rights to publish his book for the whole world on one condition: that it be published in the first .. . United States – malice is it not one of his traits of politeness?Home Stanké storefront in New York, the imperative was not difficult to overcome. To load the other hand, I too have a requirement: personally sign (!) The contract to the author. Have never published a book in my career without having met the author, I made a sine qua non.A month later, after passing through Tunisia (Tripoli airport is closed because of the embargo) and accompanied by J.-M. Bioteau my cameraman, my lawyer Mr Charles Bédard and Pierre Salinger, I found myself in the tent of Gaddafi in the courtyard of the barracks Bab El Azizia in Tripoli. Close to the tent – must visit! – We did see the ruined remains of Gaddafi which had perished in the bombing U.S., adoptive daughter of the “Guide.”Terms of interviewDuring the meeting, Gaddafi (stiff neck always) proved affable and (sometimes) smiling. Our trade is made through the interpreter staff Gaddafi Moufthah Missouri (a man of great learning), because the big boss stubbornly refused to speak a language other than Arabic.Before starting the interview editor-author preface, Gaddafi begged my cameraman to leave the tent. “You have all the memory-images as you want, because my two cameramen are on site and they will be happy to give you a VHS tape!”, He took care to specify.Subsequently, I had the privilege of visiting the region with a driver-guide, very affable, that did not let an inch. When I sometimes talk with a shopkeeper or a simple way, my guardian angel immediately returned to it to ensure that my conversation had nothing to offense. (Confidence is never gained!)See you!Gaddafi made me promise to return. He wanted to follow closely the evolution of the publication and would, at the same time, let me know the desert, I was told he was “the only place where he felt at home” .On my second visit, a limo came to pick me up at the hotel to take me to the airport, where the private jet waiting for me to drop me off Gaddafi charged in Sirte, the hometown of Colonel, located on the Mediterranean coast . That day, I had to wait until the fateful meeting “under the tent” hours of time. One o’clock in the morning, while I was getting ready to go to bed, a messenger came to fetch me by telling me that “the Guide like entertaining friends late into the night!”Gaddafi received me in a rather poor under a tent (military). And as the temperature of the desert had declined considerably, to warm my old host had planned a metal rim from the wheel of a car, in which he had deposited charcoal for the fire sufficient heat and we do not be too bothered by the cold.DazeI remember having found Gaddafi, that night, in a sort of daze, so I was very disturbed. It seemed bloated, with a look of oyster lost in thoughts inaccessible. He began to laugh for nothing, rose suddenly to make a turn in the tent and then returned to sag a tiny wobbly chair in front of me. Certainly very strange behavior.
We met the next day in a building located near the tent. Fortunately, this time he had recovered his senses. And as his assistants gave me a rare opportunity to be alone with him, without witnesses, Gaddafi spoke in English (a language he mastered). This meeting was without a doubt the longest and most interesting of all the ones I had. After I confessed that I was (also) a journalist – and I did not come to judge, but to gauge – he graciously accepted to talk with me about things other than his book.
The interview with Gaddafi
The interview, which allowed me to record, lasted more than an hour. On this occasion I remember him saying (précautionneusement!)
– For years that you described in the vocables most unpleasant. “Liar,” “agitator”, “banker terrorists”, “illuminated”, “paranoid”, “arrogant”, “impulsive”, “provocative”, “dirty tricks specialist, the traps and handling.” How do you live with all these curses?
“It does not bother me at all! he replied calmly. Remember that, in his lifetime, Christ was treated sorcerer and we ended up crucified. After he died on the cross, they all rallied to his religion! This is not new, all the prophets of the world have been accused of madness and terrorism … ”
– You consider yourself a prophet?
“No. Absolutely not. There is a big difference between a prophet sent by God and a prophet of the Revolution, a prophet of freedom and socialism! ”
– In the past, you funded – by your own admission – many factions that some have described as “terrorists” and that you continue to call “liberators.”
“Many of these valiant fighters are now at the head of their country. In time, the Americans called them terrorists, now they see them as their friends and allies! This is the case of my good friend Mandela, Museveni, leaders of Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Kabila in Congo, Zinawi and many others. All these people have their training camps at home in Libya, and all, at the time, were considered dangerous terrorists by the Americans. ”
– How do you think history will judge you?
“I do not know how I will be judged by history as I am no longer of this world. I guess she learned from me that I was misunderstood. As I said in speaking of Christ, now people realize that there was a misunderstanding on his account, which was misunderstood. For me it should be the same. ”
Smug complacency
I had the opportunity to see Gaddafi on two other occasions. He always exhibited a smug complacency. His people would probably admired more if it was not so much admired. I even managed a day to make him accept an Associated Press team-TV London. (A feat!) But the interview did not go too smoothly, I understand that I wanted it.
Today, before the bloody events taking place in Libya, I can not wonder that so many heads of state (deemed “good” and thirsty for oil) allowed him to redeem her virginity shook hands with effusion.
It is true that hand … it washes!
When he was only 27 years old, Gaddafi overthrew King Idris I and old took power without a drop of blood is paid. That 42 years later, the pitiful Guide will be lost driven from his throne in a terrible mess drowned in blood …

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has called for a total structural overhaul of the United Nations Security Council in order to facilitate the observance of the rule of law in international interactions.
Ahmadinejad made the remarks at the High-level Meeting of the 67th Session of the General Assembly on the Rule of Law at the National and International Levels at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on Monday.
“The discriminatory privilege, the influential and imposed role of the Security Council as well as [the right of] veto and some of its owners are unacceptable and illegitimate and for that reason the Security Council is incapable of administering justice and maintaining a stable order and security in the world,” Ahmadinejad said.
He called on all UN member states to reach an immediate agreement on a total overhaul of the UN Security Council in the interests of justice and the nations of the world.
“Today, we see that some veto holders remain silent over the atomic bombs of the fake Zionist regime [of Israel] or support [the regime], but at the same time they hinder the scientific achievements of other nations,” Ahmadinejad noted.
“By making false reference to the UN Charter and by misusing [the concept of] liberty, they remain silent over insults to the sanctities of humanity and the divine prophets or they lend support to offenders, infringe on the freedom of others, and allow insults against sanctities and people,” the Iranian president added.
Ahmadinejad censured the hegemonistic powers for imposing their will on nations and violating the inalienable rights and liberties of the people of the world under the pretext of defending freedom and international security.
He went on to say that all governments must be treated equally and should be committed to international law.
The Iranian president also enumerated 10 proposals of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the better observance of the rule of law in international relations.
Following is the list of Iran’s 10 proposals.
1. By immediate reform of the regulations, the General Assembly, as the main pillar of the UN, must regain its true position as the manifestation of public participation in global management.
2. The regulations governing the Security Council must be totally transformed and reformed in the interests of nations and justice, through the participation of all members of the General Assembly immediately.
3. The progressive principles of equality and justice must be observed in the enactment and implementation of the law.
4. The international community should hold occupiers accountable and should try to return occupied lands to their real owners, and the rights of nations should be upheld.
5. The principles of the prohibition of threats and the initiation of force in relations between states and the peaceful resolution of differences should be the basis of the rule of law at the international level.
6. The principle of sovereign equality of states should be observed. All the governments should have an equal opportunity in management cooperation, normalization, and decision making at the international level.
7. All governments should equally honor their international commitments according to international treaties and regulations.
8. No government should abide by the rules imposed by the hegemonistic countries.
9. Legitimate and legal rights of states and nations should be respected.
10. Respect for divine prophets and celestial religions, the common heritage of mankind, should be under legal protection in all societies so as to control the hostilities which result in hatred and war between human beings and atrocities and to strengthen peace and convergence of the people.
