We are sorry for the lack of communications. We face many difficulties brought about by treason, betrayal and neglect of duty.
The Brother Leader of the Evolution is engaged in prayer and invites you to join during these last nights of Ramadan, Lailat-al-Qadr, the Night of Power, when the Heavens are open. The Night of Power is better than one thousand months. If you pray during this time your prayers will be answered.
The Leader is sad. Betrayal and cowardice, ignorance and sloth are hard things to accept and come to terms with. He is thinking of speaking out but is urged not to do so by those close by and also by the members and supporters of the movement, for we know the consequences. Some are thinking of declaring September 1st a world wide day of protest outside Libyan embassies around the world to draw attention to the tens of thousands being held and tortured in unlawful prisons across Libya. Yet this will only back fire if large movements are not involved and in these days there are not large uncompromised movements.

We will endeavor to release more often communications however we face a number of obstacles which we are attempting to remove. The communications between various movement leaders are ineffective and lack professionalism in security and method. Abdessalam Jalloud, «n °2 du régime du colonel Gaddafi» (sic), invité et humilié sur la chaîne panarabe Al-Arabiya, peut-être sans s`en même s`en rendre compte…Dans le cadre d’une émission hebdomadaire pompeusement intitulée « La mémoire politique » (« Adh-Dhakira s-Siyasiya »), la chaîne de télévision panarabe Al-Arabiya a diffusé vendredi 7 septembre (22h, heure de Tunis) une entrevue avec Abdessalam Jalloud, présenté comme « n°2 du régime du colonel Gaddafi »(sic).Nous disons « pompeusement » parce que dans le cadre du ««printemps arabe»», la prétention d’Al-Arabiya, tout comme Al-Jazeera, entre autres, est d’écrire l’Histoire ; non plus de commenter l’événement (« qira’at al-hadath ») mais de le produire selon les slogans télévisés eux-mêmes (« son’ al-hadath ») connus des habitués de ces médias. En effet, Al-Arabiya et Al-Jazeera, financéees respectivement par l’Arabie (Saoudite) et l’émirat du Qatar, ont réussi leur premier pari de contribuer activement au renversement d’un régime désigné par leurs parrains [1 et 2]. Elles ont engagé des moyens considérables dans la guerre psychologique à outrance contre la Jamahiriya libyenne et à présent contre la Syrie [3]. Pratiquement, de telles menées se sont traduites par des bulletins télévisés d’«information» déséquilibrés consacrés en grande partie quasiment à la « couverture » de la ««révolution libyenne»» et maintenant de la ««révolution syrienne»». L’émission « La mémoire politique » sur Al-Arabiya (l’équivalent de « Témoin de l’Histoire »/«Chahed ‘ala l-‘asr » sur Al-Jazeera) constitue donc une forme d’auto-glorification en prétendant, au-delà de la production même de l’événement, écrire l’Histoire pour les masses ignorantes de téléspectateurs du monde arabe et de « journalistes » des médias du monde entier. Ces derniers voient ainsi leur tâche « facilitée » et aucun problème éthique à citer de telles émissions comme des références documentaires… En effet, quel observateur critique ira vérifier la crédibilité du média en question sans parler des relations complexes entre ce dernier le personnage invité ? Par exemple, concernant la Libye, Mustapha Abdel-Jelil (CNT/OTAN) a ainsi fait l’objet d’une entrevue récente dans le cadre de cette émission. Revenons à Abdessalam Jalloud en soulignant toutefois que la coïncidence avec le 43ème anniversaire de la Grande Révolution d’Al-Fateh n’est certainement pas un hasard du calendrier [4 à 6]. Comme nombre de hauts fonctionnaires de la Jamahiriya l’avaient fait avant lui, Jalloud s’était toutefois distingué en trahissant Gaddafi (en faisant « défection » selon le vocabulaire des médias de guerre au service de l’OTAN) pratiquement à la veille de l’entrée des milices du CNT/OTAN dans Tripoli. Pour cette raison, et comme dans le cas du militaire de haut rang Abdel-Fattah Younes, Jalloud est resté suspect pour tous les mercenaires du CNT/OTAN et de leurs médias. C’est ainsi que le journaliste d’Al-Arabiya chercha clairement à le piéger en l’interpelant au sujet de sa responsabilité à l’occasion d’une révolte passée d’étudiants de l’Université Al-Fateh qui aurait été violemment réprimée et aurait occasionné des morts. Jalloud donna une version des événements dans laquelle il se présenta comme un conciliateur, arrivant sur le lieu des événements et discutant d’emblée avec les protagonistes. Il dit même avoir même tiré en l’air avec un pistolet qu’il prit de la main d’un policier pour exprimer sa joie de voir la concorde se rétablir avec ses interlocuteurs…  Stupéfait, le journaliste d’Al-Arabiya, connu par ailleurs pour son ton particulièrement agressif, l’interrompit en lui annonçant que ce récit était totalement en contradiction avec celui donné par Abdel Rahman Chalgham, ex-représentant de la Libye auprès des Nations Unies, dans un livre qu’il aurait publié. Dans ce document, Jalloud est présenté comme arrivant sur les lieux en menaçant ouvertement les individus présents avec son arme… Comble de l’inculture… Comble de l’inculture, Jalloud affirma à un moment donné qu’il avait participé le jour-même « à un Conseil des Ministres » (« Majlis al-wouzara »)(sic)… Or, pour qui connaît le système de gouvernement unique au monde de la Jamahiriya, basé sur la démocratie directe [7], il s’agit évidemment d’une grossière erreur. Cette dernière est certainement acceptable au sein du grand public puisque les médias en guerre au service de l’OTAN ont tout fait pour maquiller la réalité sur la nature politique réelle de la Jamahiriya. Mettant à nu leur ignorance crasse de ce dont ils prétendent parler, ces médias qualifiaient encore récemment le Dr Mahmoud Al-Baghdady, chef de l’Etat libyen détenu illégalement en Tunisie, sans motifs et sans preuves, de « premier ministre ». Or, il est Secrétaire-général du peuple libyen (exactement : « Secrétaire-général du Congrès Général du Peuple de la Jamahiriya Libyenne», supervisant le Comité Général du Peuple. La Déclaration sur l’avènement du Pouvoir du Peuple (2 mars 1977) est très claire à ce sujet [8]. En d’autres termes, il n’ya pas de “ministres” dans la Jamahiriya. Dire que c’est l’ “équivalent” (comme font volontairement les médiamenteurs aux ordres du Système), est un autre piège sémantique. Par ailleurs, comme le Dr Al-Baghdadi n’a pas été destitué par le peuple jusqu’à ce jour (puisque le Congrès du Peuple n’a pas pu encore se réunir en raison des bombardements pendant 7 mois et l’occupation de la Libye par des milices couvertes pas l’OTAN), il reste toujours le secrétaire-général du peuple libyen et n’est pas seulement « ex »[9]… La grande patience et mansuétude du Guide de la Révolution  Dans la bouche du « numéro 2 du régime du colonel Gaddafi »(sic), l’erreur ci-dessus révèle combien le Guide de la Révolution libyenne fut, de longues décennies durant, patient et tolérant envers des individus arrivistes, récompensés par des postes de haut niveau mais qui n’ont jamais fait l’effort de comprendre l’immense portée du Livre Vert et sa signification universelle et historique [10 à 12]. Pourtant, Mouammar Al-Gaddafi ne ménagea aucun effort didactique, jusque dans ses derniers discours radiodiffusés alors qu’il avait à ses trousses une quarantaine d’Etats prédateurs et policiers polluant l’air, le ciel et la mer de son propre pays. Inlassable, il rappelait et expliquait les principes et le fonctionnement de la démocratie directe, particulièrement quand il s’adressait aux Tunisiens et aux Egyptiens. Contrairement à Mustapha Abdel-Jelil, le « héros » d’Al-Arabiya et d’Al-Jazeera, lequel, dans son intervention, donna de « bonnes réponses » à de « bonnes questions » elles-mêmes « bien préparées » par les journalistes en question, voilà un individu, Abdesselem Jalloud, visiblement non informé de ce qui l’attendait et totalement « déconnecté » des réalités de la guerre psychologique et hyper-totalitaire en cours. Après avoir trahi son propre camp, le voilà piégé et humilié. Tel est, souvent, le destin des traîtres.

Despite the suspicion on which he was the object of Western leaders, Muammar al-Qathafi has been subsidizing one of the most influential global network of Islamic missionaries, whose headquarters is located on the campus of Benghazi (see photos ), which has an office in Tripoli: the Society for the Call to the Islamic World (SAMI) (Al Dawa Islamiyah al- or World Islamic Call Society, WICS) was established in 1972.
NGO seemingly legitimate goals
The stated mission of this company was the construction of mosques, hospitals and clinics, humanitarian assistance, free religious studies for youth without means, or the funding of scientific research. Sent missionaries throughout Africa were officially responsible for preaching a Sufi to counteract the influence of Saudi Wahhabism/SALAFISM.
The main building of the Company Al Dawa al-Islamiya in BenghaziSAMI was funded through the levy of a tax of 3% of the income of every citizen, and a 4% tax on profits of companies operating in Libya. SAMI was accountable only to Muammar al-Qathafi himself and his financial transactions were exempt from all taxes. According to Massoud al-Wazni, a member of the investigation committee on the current activities of the Company, the annual budget of the SAMI was $ 45 million, administrative staff had 900 people, and teachers about 2,000 professors Arabic and many preachers in the world. But this figure does not include cash amounts recovered from hand to hand. A staff member said he had been asked to submit two African ministers, an envelope of $ 25 000 each. The Company had acquired such a reputation in the Muslim-Christian dialoguethat counted among its partners and supporters, institutions and prestigious personalities:
- the Vatican (the Pope John Paul II and Benedict XVI received the Secretary);
- the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams, who gave a lecture on the campus of the SAMI in 2009;
- the U.S. State Department, which in 2009 welcomed the positive contribution of migrants to the Society of Catholic Filipinos who were offered their church in Libya[1] .Among the relatives of the Company there is also the General Secretary of the World Council of Churches held a conference in Tripoli just one month before the CIA-led uprising in February 2011. Although Gaddafi has fought the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya, the Company also had regular contact with them. At a meeting organized inter-religious Tripoli in 2008 by SAMI, Ibrahim Abu-Rabi, Chair of Islamic Studies at the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada) gave a speech on relations between Muslims[2] . Today, the SAMIstorefront, and you can find the description of its official activities on the Internet[3] , and its address on the website of UNESCO in Paris, with whom SAMI has signed three agreements for educational projects [4] .

However, behind the façade humanitarian and proselytizing, the company had other purposes unstated., as financial assistance to political organisations: à des organisations politiques [5] In 2010, Swedish Radio reported that the SAMI, which has a mosque in Malmö since 2008, had been identified by the Dutch authorities as an entity of the Libyan secret service “Bejzat Becirov (President of the Islamic Center of the city) has a long relationship with the World Islamic Call Society (WICS), which paid $ 1.4 million to buy the land from the mosque to the municipality of Malmö in 1983. SAMI has quickly became a strategic asset for Muammar al-Qathafi when his relations with the West have improved from 2003 [10] . In reality the company was part of the Libyan intelligence network, as evidenced by the presence within it of intelligence officers. Several areas were the subject of the influence strategy and penetration SAMI:
- Africa, where the targeted large Muslim communities in West Africa and the Sahel considered the backyards of Libya, and political leaders;
- Europe, where the SAMI has built many mosques “minorities” in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Malta and the Netherlands. SAMI also contributed to the construction of the mosque in Rome and London Central Mosque;
- Asia, where SAMI was very active in the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.
With regard to Africa, the main target of the SAMI is from 1990 that the Company has expanded its operations on the continent. Of “Islamic convoys” of medicine and food were sent to many countries to South Africa.
SAMI has lectured widely on education and culture, and the links between Africa and the Arab world. It has also funded Islamic radio stations in Togo, Benin, Chad, Cameroon, Mali and South Africa.
Several African leaders expressed their support for Muammar al-Qathafi during the embargo against Libya, and Nelson Mandela went to Tripoli in October 1997 to thank Muammar al-Qathafi for his support to the ANC during apartheid.
That same year, prayer sessions were organized by the missionaries in Niamey and Kano, and then in 2000 in Burkina Faso, Ghana and Togo.
SAMI has proven to be an ideal camouflage in the 80s, when the embargo against Libya. Its status as an independent NGO allowed him to circumvent UN sanctions and U.S. continued to send money to some African leaders and continue his religious activities [11] .
Muammar al-Qathafi created World Islamic People’s Leadership (LPIM), a separate department within the SAMI, which realizes that its secretary general, Mohammed Ahmed al-Sharif. LPIM the mission was to mobilize Muslim leaders around the world to support Muslim revolutionaries in Chechnya, Kosovo and Somalia to defend the women wearing the veil in Europe and encourage black Muslims in the United States. Moreover, among U.S. allies Muammar al-Qathafi found the Islamic black preacher Louis Farrakhan, Nation of Islam leader since 1981
[12] , who visited Libya in 1996 to receive the “Prize Gaddafi rights of man ” and a sum of 250,000 dollars. Just before the entry into force of the embargo, Abdel Rahman Shalgam then Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs, was received at the Vatican to seek help. The Catholic Bishop of Tripoli, Giovanni Martinelli, supported Gaddafi calling on Western countries not to humiliate but to talk with him. The Foreign Minister was received at the Vatican Tripoli in 1994.In 1997 Pope John Paul II as head of state, recognized Libya despite the recommendations of the United States.
The question is how this company was able to escape the attention of Western countries. His involvement in the dialogue of religions and the message considered “moderate” by the Europeans and Americans, especially after September 11, managed to confuse the emerging face of Islamist radicalism. The attention was then focused on Western Wahhabi Islam (in opposition and counteraction to the radical SALAFISM of Saudi Arabia) through the Muslim World League was created in 1962 and competed from 1972 by SAMI Jamahiriya.
In a book recently published Arabic (Men around Gaddafi), the former foreign minister of Muammar al-Qathafi, Shalgam [LYING dissident], the former ambassador to the United Nations in New York, argued that al-Qathafi used the company as an instrument of struggle against Heads of State African Christians and Muslims seeking support groups to take power on the continent. Shalgam being the real embezzler, accused the former Secretary General al-Sharif for providing itself of cash in several African leaders to finance their election campaigns.
“From the beginning wanted an external weapon with which he is personally affiliated” said Abdul Rahman Shalgam. “Here in Libya, the company was called the Society for the Call for World Security
[13] . “ The apparent independence of the Company is cracked with the Libyan revolution. During the fighting between rebels and loyalist forces, the former secretary general Mohammed Ahmed al-Sharif, visited Russia and Sri Lanka to try to mediate with the rebels. Shalgam also accuses al-Sharif to have used the money to pay for the SAMI Africans responsible for defending Gaddafi .

] [14] . Libyan leaders want to preserve the current SAMI because they see it as a religious entity whose role is positive and beneficial. They want to make an instrument of soft power in the Puppet NATO Libya. A committee headed by a notorious anti-Gaddafi, Al-Sheikh Mohammed Al-Doukali Alem, created a FALSIFIED inquiry into the past activities of the Company. However, the majority of staff is still in place and the NATO-PUPPET National Transitional Councilwas satisfied with the “purging of the façade”.

and Their review and quality gains and Their current legal situation. Eleven Islamic foundations, in Albania, Greece, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania and Russia,Were Studied.
At the concluding of the conference, the participants Confirmed the importance of continued research on this issue in order to Safeguard the rights of Muslims Praised and the efforts of the World Islamic Call Society in looking the Effective intérêts of Muslim minorities and Supporting Muslims worldwide. –
In cooperation with the European Islamic Conference, the Society organised a scientific conference on the rights of Muslim women at the UN headquarters in Geneva, in the framework of the general program of annual meetings of the international organization for human rights.Experts on Muslim women’s issues from various European countries in this conference Took hand and 14 scientific papers were presented on three major issues: .

Jamahiriya Fires Reach Heart of `Rat Terror City` Headquarter – Misrata

Misrata, the city to the east of Tripoli that is notorious for being the source of much of the worst crimes against humanity being committed against Black Libyans, other Africans and loyalist jamahiriyans, is ablaze as fire engulfed its central markets after warning grenades were launched against it
British intelligence rat media confirmed that the market, which is one of Misrata’s most important commercial centres, has been completely destroyed.
It also claimed that a shoot out occurred with the Jamahiri Warriors who carried out the arson attack against the market, razing it to the ground.
Misrata’s largest commercial centre was destroyed by the freedom fighters who showed what the weapon of fire, used against the masses by the rats, can do when turned against them, without costing more than a fraction of a cent, unlike NATO bombs.
The heroes subsequently shot at firefighters attempting to tackle the blaze in order to prevent them from extinguishing the fires before the job of destroying the rat commerce centre was complete.
The Misrata Market was set ablaze at around 6am last Wednesday having been doused in petrol and other flammable liquids and set alight. However, this news was not broadcast by rat media until a week later via the British news intelligence operation “Herald.”

The strongest resistance centers in various Tripoli districts, Sirte, Bani Walid and other centres, were starved for months on end, deprived of water, medical assistance and any other means of survival.

كتبت جريدة ‘الموندو’ أمس الأحد أن السفارة الليبية تحاول منذ مدة التعرف على لائحة ممتلكات الرئيس المغتال معمر القذافي في اسبانيا وخاصة في الجنوب والتي كانت حكومة خوسيه لويس رودريغيث سباتيرو قد قامت بتجميدها بقرار من الاتحاد الأوروبي لكنها فشلت حتى الآن في هذا المسعى بسبب رفض الحكومة الإسبانية الرد على مراسلات السفارة.
السلطات الإسبانية لا تنفي عدم وجود ممتلكات للقذافي بل تقول ان بعض الممتلكات مسجلة بأسماء شركات وأشخاص ويجب التدقيق في هذا الشأن للتوصل الى تحديد هذه الممتلكات، لكن يبقى المثير هو أن الحكومة سبق وان جمدت هذه الممتلكات وهذا يعني أنها معروفة وكانت لديها اللائحة كاملة.

September 9th, 1999, at an extra-ordinary meeting of the Organization of African Unity being held in Sirte, Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, announced an agreement reached between all African states, adopting a plan for unity and transforming the moribund OAU into a new real African Union.
On this day, the Organization of African Unity ceased to exist and became the dream of what it had aspired to, the African Union. It encompassed a pragmatic and realistic plan for the development of the African Union in all fields, political, social, human rights, defence and with economic options on the drawing table.
The Brother Leader Muammar Qadhafi had worked for many years on these plans and shared and developed them with other African leaders, reaching many compromises in an effort to ensure the project went ahead, but not compromising on basic essentials. This was a giant leap forward for Africa.
In other articles on the web you will find the great efforts and help given by the Libyan Jamahiriya to Africa, while the white bankers’ alien neo-colonialist imperialist and zionist regimes of Europe and North America, and their outpost in Occupied Australia, sought to derail all efforts and break up the African Union.
At the start of the war against Libya, the AU already had in place peace plans and high level delegations being sent to Libya to resolve the issues. They were physically blocked by NATO and the UN (Narcissistic Arrogant Terrorist Organization and United Satans Organization).
During the following months, various governments within the AU were bribed and bought off by the above mentioned devils, and some were not even in need of being bought since they had already sold their souls to the devil, Omar Hassan Ahmed Al-Bahirt the dictator of Sudan, being one.
This war lead to a seige of Sirte, which was a replay of the Seige of Stalingrad. On 9-9-11, twelve years later, the African Union which had been born there at the Africa Hall, died with the destruction not only of the hall but of the city and so many of its inhabitants, subjected to non-stop bombing and starvation in the months that followed. The African Union by 9.9.11 had done nothing.
It had at first in March put out strong statements and made threats of following through, regarding African sovereignty and the illegality and unacceptability of the US-European plans and aggression, but it did not follow through on any of its threats. It did not urge its member states, all other 52 (or 51 if one was still under suspension, Morocco) states, to break relations and kick out the embassies of the aggressors.
Thus on 9.9.2011 while the world did not notice, the African Union actually DIED along with Sirte in the weeks after that. 9.9.2011 was the LAST CHANCE the African Union had to save Africa for the next 12 years. Those that know something about life, know there are many life cycles, but a very important one is the 12 year cycle. The African Union thus last exactly 12 years. It is no more.
