Two points need to be clarified. First, under Libyan Law, the Minister of Justice DOES NOT SUPERVISE the Libyan Judiciary or the Prosecutor’s office whether they are in Tripoli or Tobruk. The Libyan Judiciary and Prosecutor’s office are separate, equal, distinct entities from the Ministry of Justice. Secondly, under Libyan law, the Minister of Justice’s portfolio does NOT cover the INTERPOL red notices. Rather, the INTERPOL Red Notices are under the purview or the portfolio of the Investigation Department for the Libyan General Prosecutors Office – NOT the Minister of Justice’s office. Therefore, the Minister of Justice did generate a letter – but per Libyan law – he is not allowed to suspend or cancel the Interpol Red Notices without the request of the Investigation Department for the Libyan General Prosecutors Office. We note that the Minister of Justice did not have this request. (See insert)

We note that Mr. Al Ghwell’s article makes no reference to these nuances of Libyan law in this respect.

Therefore, without the Investigation Department for Libyan General Prosecutor’s office request to suspend or cancel the Red Notices – which Mr. Al Sour did not give – the Minister of Justice’s letter is just a letter – as per Libyan Law.

PARIS—France is setting up a base in northern Niger as part of an operation aimed at stopping al-Qaida-linked militants from crisscrossing the Sahel-Sahara region between southern Libya and Mauritania, officials said.

Paris, which has led efforts to push back Islamists in the region since intervening in its former colony Mali last year, redeployed troops across West Africa earlier this year to form a counter-terrorism force.

Under the new plan, about 3,000 French troops are now operating out of Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad – countries straddling the vast arid Sahel band – with the aim of stamping out Islamist fighters across the region. Another 1,000 soldiers are providing logistical support in Gabon and Senegal.

“A base is being set up in northern Niger with the throbbing headache of Libya in mind,” a French diplomat said.

Neither France nor Niger has said where the base will be but military sources in Niger said it was likely to be around Madama, a remote desert outpost in the northeast, where Niger already has some troops based.

French officials have repeated for several months they are concerned by events in Libya, warning that the political void in the north is creating favourable conditions for Islamist groups to regroup in the barren south of the country.

Diplomatic sources estimate about 300 fighters linked to al-Qaida’s North African arm AQIM, including a splinter group formed by veteran Islamist commander Mokhtar Belmokhtar, are operating in southern Libya, a key point on smuggling and trafficking routes across the region.

French and American drones are already operating out of Niger’s capital Niamey.

Echoing the French push to get assets closer to Libya, U.S. officials said last month that the United States was preparing to possibly redeploy its drones to Agadez, some 750 km (460 miles) to the northeast.

Three years after they launched airstrikes to help topple the Great Jamahiriya, Western powers including France have ruled out military intervention in Libya, fearing that it could further destabilize the situation given that countries across the region are backing different political and armed groups in Libya.

However, with France particularly exposed in the Sahel-Sahara region and its forces now engaged in a support role against Islamic State militants in Iraq, Paris is stepping up efforts to squeeze militants in the area.

The murder of a French citizen last week in neighboring Algeria by former AQIM militants who pledged allegiance to Islamic State also appears to have toughened Paris’ resolve.

“The approach to [fighting terrorism] is global,” army spokesman Gilles Jaron said on Thursday. “We are on the frontline in the Sahel-Sahara region and supporting in Iraq.”

The French operation, dubbed Barkhane after the name of a kind of sand dune formed by desert winds, has set up its headquarters in the Chadian capital N’Djamena, but also placed an outpost in northern Chad about 200 km from the Libyan border.

Jaron said the new Niger base was still being finalized, but would have capacity for as many as 200 soldiers with aerial support.

“The aim is to bring together areas that interest us. The transit points which terrorists are likely to use,” he said.

There have been some successes in recent weeks. Two diplomatic sources said Abou Aassim El-Mouhajir, a spokesman for Belmokhtar’s “Those Who Sign in Blood” brigade, was captured by French troops in August.

French media said he had been taken in Niger. Niger intelligence sources said French troops had passed through Madama around the time of the operation.

Jaron said four suspected militants were also captured on Sept. 24 near Gao in northern Mali, where France has handed the bulk of security control to U.N. MINUSMA peacekeeping forces.

At the same time there has been an increase in attacks on foreign troops in Mali, including the death of 10 Chadian soldiers in September.

The U.N.’s peacekeeping chief, Herve Ladsous, said last week that with many French troops leaving the north of Mali, U.N. forces were being targeted and finding it difficult to respond due to a lack of helicopters and special forces.

“It’s a problem that is being resolved. We want the MINUSMA to be up to scratch so we can focus on our number one job: getting rid of AQIM,” said a French defence ministry source.

Turkish fighter jets on patrol near the Syrian border on Tuesday shot down a Russian warplane which Turkey ‘claimed’ had violated its airspace, resulting in a long-feared escalation that could further strain relations between Russia and the West.

In his first remarks on the incident, President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia confirmed that an ‘F-16 Turkish fighter-jet’ shot down the Russian jet, a Sukhoi SU-24, with an air-to-air missile. But he insisted that the Russian jet had been in Syrian airspace all the time, and had never once even threatened Turkey’s territory.

Mr. Putin, speaking slowly and clearly angry before a meeting with King Abdullah II of Jordan in Sochi, Russia, said the episode would have “serious consequences for Russian-Turkish relations” but did not elaborate. He called the downing of the Russian fighter a “stab in the back” by those who “abet” terrorism, and he accused Turkey of aiding the ‘Islamic State’ by helping it sell its oil.

Mr. Putin said he found it suspicious that Turkey had reached out to its NATO allies after the episode but not to Moscow. He nevertheless insisted the situation should encourage more cooperation in the fight against terrorism.

As Mr. Putin spoke, credible reports were emerging from rebel forces in Latakia Province, where the Russian jet went down, that rebels possibly wielding TOW antitank missiles and other weapons had shot down a Russian helicopter sent to the scene of the crash to look for survivors. The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that one of its jets was shot down, but claims that “the aircraft was flying only within the borders of the Syrian territory.” Video footage shows the Russian Su-24 jet falling to the ground in flames, with two parachutes clearly visible.

An early report from the AP, says at least one of the pilots was found dead, after an insurgent group in Syria claimed its fighters fired at the pilots as they descended. The Russian military said that the plane’s two pilots had ejected, and another video published by the semiofficial news service ‘Anadolu Agency’, showed two figures parachuting from the aircraft. Video footage emerged soon thereafter showing one bloody pilot on the ground surrounded by radical-insurgent anti-Assad mercenaries and Kharijites exulting at his death.

Shadi al-Ouwayni, a (so-called) ‘activist’ in rural Latakia Province, said one pilot was shot as he drifted to the ground in his parachute while the other was captured by a local militia called ‘the 10th Brigade’. The pilots landed in different, but rebel-controlled, locations, he said.

“One of the Russian pilots was shot as he was trying to land,” he said. “The other was injured and captured.”

A video of one bloodied pilot on the ground began circulating on the Internet, with the (so-called) ‘activist’ saying that, “This is a Russian pilot and killer of men, women and children who was killed today after his plane was shot down by us in Syria.”

According to a ‘Turkish Foreign Ministry’ statement:

“It was stressed that the Russian side’s actions were not a fight against terror, but they bombed civilian Turkmen villages and this could lead to serious consequences,” the statement said.

Ankara has long called for the protection of Turkmens, who are of Turkish descent, in Syria.

Tensions had been building recently over Russian bombing in the area. Last week, Turkey summoned the Russian ambassador, Andrey G. Karlov

The incident realizes one of the early fears about the close proximity of NATO and Russian warplanes operating in Syria, ever since Russia deployed its jets to the country in September. This stands as the most serious incident between Russia and a NATO nation in recent memory.

The incident comes at a moment of increasing tensions between Turkey and Russia, just days after Ankara summoned the Russian ambassador, Andrey G. Karlov, to complain over the bombing of Turkmen villages in northern Syria and Russian military action close to the Turkish border. Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was already scheduled to travel to Turkey on Wednesday for talks. The Russian defense ministry and the state-funded news network RT claim that two RT reporters, Roman Kosarev and Sargon Hadaya, were injured by a TOW anti-tank missile aimed at their vehicle while traveling near the village of Al-Dagmashliya in Latakia, close to the Turkish border. Russia’s defense ministry says both reporters are now safely back at a Russian airbase in Latakia receiving treatment for their injuries.

But the warplane incident is likely to further sour relations between two central parties to any solution, Moscow and Ankara, already bruised over previous tensions on the border and differences over the fate of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria. The Kremlin sent its military to Syria in late September to shore up Mr. Assad and to fight rebels backed by Turkey.

The Russian foreign minister, Sergey V. Lavrov, canceled a trip to Turkey for meetings on Wednesday, more proof that “Russia-Turkey relations will drop below zero,” as Ivan Konovalov, director of the Center for Strategic Trends Studies, said on the state-run Rossiya 24 cable news channel.

Verda Ozer, an analyst and columnist for the Turkish newspaper ‘Hurriyet’, said: “Turkey would not confront Russia without support from Washington. And it is crystal clear that the U.S is not willing to escalate the tension with Russia. Ankara might ask the United Nations and NATO for a declaration of solidarity. Yet these institutions, which are mainly under U.S. dominance and guidance, would not go beyond a declaration,”

“I think all actors, namely the U.S., Russia and Turkey, must know very well that such a crisis would only help ISIS,” Ms. Ozer added, in a reference to the Islamic State.

Last month, Turkey shot down an unmanned aerial device that analysts said was likely of Russian origin.

In Tuesday’s incident, television footage shown on the privately owned Turkish channel ‘Haberturk’ showed a warplane exploding in the air and tumbling down in flames in a wooded area, identified by the broadcaster as a region of northern Syria known to Turks as the Turkmen Mountains.

Russia’s entry into the heavily trafficked skies around Syria in September raised immediate concerns about mishaps, inadvertent or otherwise, that could lead to confrontations involving Turkey, a NATO member, and the United States. The U.S. is very closely allied to Ankara.

U.S. is Nearing WAR WITH RUSSIA

The U.S. (who is covertly supporting ISIL/ DAASH) employed its soldiers from the ‘U.S. Army’s 10th Special Forces Group’, having quietly arrived in Ukraine, to begin training a Ukrainian Special Operations battalion, a Pentagon spokesperson has confirmed to ‘SitRep’.

The deployment comes as part of a larger U.S. effort to train the Western-puppet-Ukrainian military for their fight against Russian-backed ‘rebels’ and concerned Ukraine civilians (who are against the newly installed Western-puppet regime) and Russian troops in the country’s east. Soldiers from the American ‘173rd Airborne Brigade’ are already training several battalions of of soldiers. Washington has committed more than million in equipment and training since 2014. Training of the troops will be conducted at the Yavoriv training center in far western Ukraine, while the special operations piece will take place at the Khmelnitsky facility, also in western Ukraine.

Turkey’s shooting down of a Russian fighter jet near the border between Syria and Turkey serves the interest of “sociopath” war hawks in Washington eager for a conflict with Moscow, an American writer and political analyst says.

The downing of the war plane was a “very dangerous” escalation likely carried out with the authorization of NATO and Washington, said Daniel Patrick Welch, an outspoken critic of US foreign policy.

“It all winds up being in the service of the sociopaths in Washington, who for some crazy reason, are spoiling for a fight with Russia, Welch told Press TV on Tuesday.

He noted that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has been “fully in the service” of the US and the Daash (ISIL) terrorist group. “The trouble is that Erdogan has been fully in the service of empire and of ISIS for years. So it’s a very, very, very dangerous thing, it’s a crazy thing.”

On Tuesday, NATO member Turkey shot down a Russian fighter jet, claiming the aircraft had repeatedly violated its air space.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said the jet had been attacked when it was 1 kilometer inside Syria. He warned of “serious consequences” and called it a “stab in the back” administered by “the accomplices of terrorists.”

Despite branding this a clear act of war, Welch thinks Russia’s best option is not to retaliate in kind.“I think the best outcome would be a sharp strengthening of the resolve both among the population, who is going to witness Turkmen beating a Russian pilot to death [shooting out of the sky] and by the policy drivers, that there is no partnership with the West.”

“There is no one there to talk to, that they will always be stabbed in the back, like Putin said today, and that the drive toward separation, and integration with BRICS, with China, etc, has to be accelerated on all fronts” the analyst said.

And while it may seem an aggressive act, Welch sees the West as increasingly desperate in the face of Russian and Syrian success on the ground: “They are trying desperately — they see their regime change operation (Greater Israel proxy war) in Syria going down in flames — literally. And they are trying desperately to keep the thing going so they can maybe eke out a partial victory. I think it’s not going to work.”

President Putin’s Statement on Russian Jet Fighter Shot Down by Turkey. Meeting with King Abdullah II of Jordan

 

Vladimir Putin had talks with King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, who is in Russia on a working visit. Below is the transcript of a recent meeting between both leaders. 

At the outset of this meeting, the issue of the Russian Jet Fighter attacked by Turkey was raised.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Your Majesty, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Russia.

We maintain constant contacts with you. Today, when there is such a serious struggle against international terrorism, it is obvious that we must join our efforts. I am happy to state that our military and official services are working in this direction.

Apart from that, we have other matters to discuss – I am referring to our bilateral relations.

King Abdullah II of Jordan: My dear brother, I thank you very much for seeing me today, on a day when you have many weighty issues on your shoulders.

I would like to offer my condolences and those of the Jordanian people for that tragic terrorist heinous attack on the innocent Russians that lost their lives through the Metrojet terrorist attack, as well as the loss of your pilot today. I believe that this compels the international community to work stronger together both militarily and diplomatically in the context of Vienna, which is something that you have been a strong sponsor of.

You know, Mr President, I have said for many years that the only way of finding a political solution in Syria is with the strong role that both you and Russia play for a political solution for the Syrian people.

Your fight against ‘Daash’ is a fight that all of us have to do together not only in Syria and Iraq but also both you and I have said that this a global war, a war that binds all of us together.

I have known you for many years and our relationship has always been a strong one, and I know that it will continue to move from strength to strength.

Thank you for your condolences, including your words in connection with today’s crash of our fighter aircraft. This event goes beyond regular efforts to combat terrorism.

Our servicemen are engaged in a heroic fight against terrorism, not sparing themselves or their own lives. However, today’s loss is a result of a stab in the back delivered by terrorists’ accomplices. There is no other way I can qualify what happened today.

Our aircraft was shot down over Syrian territory by an air-to-air missile launched from a Turkish F-16 plane. It fell on Syrian territory, four kilometres from the Turkish border. When it was attacked in the air, it was flying at an altitude of 6,000 metres, one kilometre away from the Turkish territory. In any case, our plane and our pilots were in no way a threat to the Turkish Republic in any way. This is obvious.

They were conducting an operation to fight ISIS in northern Latakia – a mountainous area where militants, mainly those coming from the Russian Federation, are concentrated. In this sense, they were doing their direct duty delivering preventive blows at terrorists who could return to Russia at any moment. Those people should certainly be classified as international terrorists.

We have long been recording the movement of a large amount of oil and petroleum products to Turkey from ISIS-occupied territories. This explains the significant funding the terrorists are receiving. Now they are stabbing us in the back by hitting our planes that are fighting terrorism. This is happening despite the agreement we have signed with our American partners to prevent air incidents, and, as you know, Turkey is among those who are supposed to be fighting terrorism within the American coalition.

If ISIS is making so much money – we are talking about tens or maybe even hundreds of millions, possibly billions of dollars – in oil trade and they are supported by the armed forces of an entire state, it is clear why they are being so daring and impudent, why they are killing people in such gruesome ways, why they are committing terrorist attacks all over the world, including in the heart of Europe.

We will of course carefully analyse what has happened and today’s tragic event will have significant consequences for Russian-Turkish relations.

We have always treated Turkey not merely as a close neighbour, but as a friendly state. I do not know who benefits from what has happened today. We certainly do not. Moreover, instead of immediately establishing contacts with us, as far as we know Turkey turned to its NATO partners to discuss this incident. As if we had hit their plane and not the other way around.

Do they wish to make NATO serve ISIS? I know that every state has its regional interests, and we always respect those. However, we will never turn a blind eye to such crimes as the one that was committed today.

Obviously, we expect the international community to make an effort to join forces in the fight against this common evil.

In this connection, we are counting on the active participation of all the countries in the region in this struggle. I am therefore very happy to meet with you today, Your Majesty. We will continue working with your special services experts and your military, as well as with other countries in the region.

Russia has been conducting airstrikes on ‘Daash’ positions at the request of the Syrian government since 30 September 2015.

Russia’s airstrikes in Syria mean Russian and NATO planes have been conducting an air campaign in the same air space for the first time since World War II.

Syria has been gripped by deadly violence since March 2011. The United States and its regional allies – especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey – have been supporting the militants operating inside Syria since the beginning of the crisis.

ISIL terrorists, who were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, have taken over swaths of land in Syria and Iraq.

The Takfiri group has claimed responsibility for the attacks in Parris, France earlier this month that allegedly killed 130 people.

During her speech before the United Nations 69th General Assembly on 24 September 2015, Argentina’s President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner covered a variety of issues from economic reforms needed at the International Monetary Fund to the plight of Palestinians and the global fight against terrorism.

Tehran and Buenos Aires signed a memorandum of understanding on January 27, 2013 to jointly probe the 1994 bombing of the Argentine Israelite Mutual Association (AMIA), which killed 85 people and wounded 300 others.

The Argentine president dismissed the allegations against Iran concerning the 1994 deadly bomb attack.

In the 15 years since Becker’s comment, Americans have become even more “wired” into a mass media network that now includes computer and video games, as well as the Internet–an all-surrounding network whose power is so pervasive that it is almost taken for granted. With the outbreak of World War II, Tavistock operatives took effective control of the Psychological Warfare Directorate of the British Army, while its allied network in the United States embedded itself in the American psychological warfare apparatus, including the Committee on National Morale and the Strategic Bombing Survey.

By war’s end, the combined influence of Tavistock (which became the Tavistock Institute in 1947) and of the former Frankfurt School operatives, had created a cadre of “psychological shock troops,” as Rees called them, and “cultural warriors” numbering in the several thousands. Today that network numbers in the several millions around the world, and it is the single most important factor in determining the design and content of mass media product.

Mass media were capable of reaching large numbers of people with programmed or controlled messages, which is key to the creation of “controlled environments” for brainwashing purposes. As Tavistock’s researches showed, it was important that the victims of mass brainwashing not be aware that their environment was being controlled; there should thus be a vast number of sources for information, whose messages could be varied slightly, so as to mask the sense of external control. Where possible, the messages should be offered and reinforced through “entertainments,” which could be consumed, without apparent coercion, and with the victim perceiving himself as making a choice between various options and outlets.

Adorno, and others, immediately recognized its potential as a mass-brainwashing tool. In 1944, Adorno wrote:

“Television aims at the synthesis of radio and film … but its consequences are enormous and promise to intensify the impoverishment of aesthetic matter, so drastically that by tomorrow, the thinly veiled identity of all industrial culture products can come triumphantly out in the open, derisively fulfilling the Wagnerian dream of Gesamtkunstwerk–the fusion of all arts in one work.”

As was obvious from even the earliest clinical studies of television (some of which were conducted in the late 1940s and early 1950s by Tavistock operatives), viewers, over a relatively short period of time, entered into a trance-like state of semi-awareness, characterized by a fixed stare. The longer one watched, the more pronounced the stare. In such a condition of twilight-like semi-awareness, they were susceptible to messages both contained in the programs themselves, and through transference, in the advertising. They were being brainwashed.

Television moved from being a neighborhood oddity, to mass penetration of especially urban areas, during approximately 1947-52. As Lyndon LaRouche has observed, this coincided with a critical period in the nation’s psychological life. The dreams of millions of World War II veterans, and their high hopes of building a better world, crashed to earth in the morally corrupt leadership of the Truman administration and ensuing economic depression. These veterans retreated into family life, their jobs, their homes, their living rooms. And, in the center of those living rooms was their new television set, whose banal images provided assurance that the corrupt moral choices they had made were correct.

The earliest programming fell back on the tested models of radio, as described in the Radio Research Project: the situation comedy, or “sitcom,” the game shows, the variety shows, sports, and the “soaps.” Many were in serial form, with interlocking characters, if not stories. All were banal, deliberately designed so.
The children of these unhappy veterans, the so-called baby boomers, became the first generation to be weaned on what LaRouche calls “the one-eyed babysitter.”

Television viewing was encouraged by parents, often as a means of controlling the children, who would stare at whatever was on the screen for hours on end. The content of the first children’s programs was banal (but no more so than the television programming in general), and mentally destructive; even more destructive was the replacement of real family interaction by television viewing, as the dinner table was replaced by the “TV dinner” in front of the tube. Not surprisingly, the children fixated obsessively on the items advertised by the media, demanding that they be given such items, lest they not be like their friends.

In the mid-1970s, Eric Trist, who, until his death in 1993, headed Tavistock’s operations in the United States, and Tavistock’s main media “expert,” Fred Emery, reported on their findings of the impact of 20 years of television on American society. In Emery’s 1975 work, Futures We Are In, they reported that the content of programming was no longer as important as the sheer amount of television viewing. Average daily viewing time had risen steadily over the two decades since the introduction of the medium, such that by the mid-1970s, it ranked as a daily activity only behind sleep and work, at almost six hours a day (since then, it has risen still further, to more than seven hours, with the addition of video games, home videos, and so on); among school-age children, the time spent viewing television ranked just behind school attendance.

These findings, Tavistock indicated, strongly suggested that television was like an addictive drug. Similarly, Emery reported on neurological studies which, he claimed, showed that repeated television viewing “shuts down the central nervous system of man.”

Consolidating the Paradigm

In a 1991 anthology of the work’s of Tavistock which he edited, Trist wrote that all of the international “nodes” or centers of the institute’s brainwashing apparatus were deployed for the central purpose of consolidating the paradigm-shift to a “post-industrial world order.” Their goal, he stated, was to make the shift irreversible. In this work, and in other locations, Trist, like Alexander King, urges a mass “reeducational” campaign to break the last vestiges of national resistance, especially within the United States, to this new, one-world order.Approximately ten1 years earlier, another of Tavistock’s minions, Bertram Gross, in a paper delivered to a 1981 World Future Society conference attended by Al Gore, provided a glimpse of what this “new world order” might look like.

Gross argued that in the period ahead, the world would be offered what Tavistock likes to call a “critical choice”–a set of options, all of which appear to be bad, but, because of applied terror and pressure of events, a choice is nonetheless forced and the “less bad” option taken. Western industrial society will break down into chaos; this chaos can, he said, either lead to a fascism of the authoritarian type that the British helped install in Nazi Germany, or to a more humane and benevolent form of fascism, which Gross called a “friendly fascism.” The choice, Gross proclaimed, is to attempt to go back to the old industrial paradigm, under which there will be Nazi fascism; or, to embrace post-industrialism, where there will be a “friendly fascism.” The latter, he said, is clearly preferable, since it is merely a transition to a new “global information world order,” ……

For Gross, the choice is clear: In any case, there will be pain and suffering; but only the “friendly fascism” of the global information order, of a society wired together by cable television, satellites, and computer lines, offers hope for a ‘better’ “future.” (HAH HAH !!)

Who shall administer this “friendly fascist” world order? Gross explained that there now truly exists a “Golden International,” a term that he credited to the late Communist International (Comintern) leader Nikolai Bukharin. It is an enlightened international elite, based within the powerful European-centered oligarchy that controls the global multinational communications industry, as well as other critical resources and global finance. This elite must be instructed and informed by the intelligence of the Tavistock networks; they must be shown that the great masses of television-fixated mental zombies can be won easily to this brave new world, through inducements of entertainments and the endless supply of “information.” Once the masses are won over, through “education,” then the resistance within national sectors will collapse.

In 1989, under the initiative of Trist, Tavistock convened a seminar at Case Western Reserve University to discuss the means to bring about a “stateless” international fascism–a new global information world order. In 1991, Tavistock devoted its journal, Human Relations, to the publication of the papers from that conference. In several of the papers, the call went out for the deployment of the mass media on behalf of this project.

In addition, since 1981, there was now a new technology at the disposal of the brainwashers–the Internet. According to Harold Perlmutter, one of the participants at the Case Western seminar, the Internet represented a subversive means to penetrate national borders with “information” about this new world order; it also serves as a glue for a network of non-governmental organizations, all circulating propaganda for the ‘new world order’.

These NGOs are to be the superstructure upon which the new world order is to be built. Perlmutter, and other conference participants, argued that their movement cannot be beaten, because it doesn’t exist, in a formal sense. It resides in the minds of its conspirators, minds informed by Tavistock’s mass-media brainwashing machine. As television was the information drug during the last half of this millennium, so the Internet, with its glut of mostly useless chatter and “information,” with its subversive, programmed messages, is to be the new “drug” of the next millennium, Tavistock boasts.

“Americans don’t really think–they have opinions, feelings,” said the Futures Group’s Hal Becker in a 1981 interview. “Television creates opinion, then validates it. Are they brainwashed by the tube? It is really more than that. I think that people have lost their ability to relate the images of their own lives without television intervening. This really is what we mean when we say we have a wired society. We are headed for an Orwellian society, but Orwell made a mistake in 1984. Big Brother doesn’t need to watch you, as long as you watch it. And who can say that this is really so bad?”

Dozens of Saudi troops have been killed in an ambush by ‘Yemen’s Ansar-Allah fighters’ at the al-Omari camp north of the Bab al-Mandeb Strait off Yemen’s coast.

According to Yemeni media reports, a senior Saudi commander was also killed in the retaliatory attack on Monday.

A large number of Saudi forces were injured and their vehicles were put on fire during the operation.

 Saudi military officials have made no comments on the reports so far.

‘Ansar-Allah fighters, backed by allied army units’, have so far killed scores of Saudi and foreign soldiers in their retaliatory attacks. Yemeni say the raids are aimed at forcing Riyadh to stop its deadly war against its southern neighbor.

Yemen has been witnessing relentless attacks by Saudi Arabia since late March. The military strikes are meant to undermine the ‘Ansar-Allah’ movement and to bring fugitive former Yemeni western-puppet President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi back to power.

The Saudi aggression has reportedly claimed the lives of more than 7,100 people and injured nearly 14,000 others. The strikes have also taken a heavy toll on the impoverished country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, schools, and factories.
