In the 19th chapter of the Holy Qu’ran there are 41 verses on Jesus and Mary. There is such a strong defense of the virginity of Mary here that the Holy Qur’an, in the fourth book, attributes the condemnation of the Jews, to their monstrous calumny against the Virgin Mary.

Mary, then, is for the Muslems the true Sayyida, or Lady. The only possible serious rival to her in their creed would be Fatima, the daughter of Mohammed himself. But after the death of Fatima, Mohammed wrote: ‘Thou shalt be the most blessed of women in Paradise, after Mary.’ In a variant of the text Fatima is made to say; ‘I surpass all the women, except Mary.’ “

On the Occasion of Christmas

• Jesus Christ in the Holy Qur’an

Mary had withdrawn into the Temple, where she was visited by the angel Gabriel who brought the glad tidings of a holy son. The Quran states that God sent the message through the angel Gabriel to Mary, that God had honored her among the women of all nations. The angel also told Mary that she would give birth to a pure son, named Isa (Jesus), who would be a great prophet, to whom God would give the Gospel. The angel further told Mary that Jesus would speak in infancy and maturity and be a companion to the most righteous. When this news was given to Mary, she asked the angel how she could conceive and have a child when no man had touched her. The angel replied: 

 ‘Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, ‘Be,’ and it is!” [Holy Qur’an – 3:45-48]

 

Let’s read what is narrated in the Holy Qur’an:

”Behold! The angels said, ‘Oh Mary! God gives you glad tidings of a Word from Him. His name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honor in this world and the Hereafter, and in (the company of) those nearest to God. He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. He shall be (in the company) of the righteous… And God will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel”’ [3:45-48].

The Holy Qur’an, therefore, states that Jesus was created from the act of God’s will. The Quran compares this miraculous creation of Jesus with the creation of Adam, where God created Adam by his act of will (kun-fa-yakun, meaning ”Be and it is.”). According to the Quran, the same answer was given to the question of Zechariah, when he asked how his wife, Elizabeth, could conceive a baby, as she was very old.

The Quran narrates the virgin birth of Jesus numerous times. The Quran states that Mary was overcome by the pains of childbirth. During her agony and helplessness, God provided a stream of water under her feet from which she could drink. Furthermore, near a palm tree, Mary was told to shake the trunk of the palm tree so that ripe dates would fall down and she could eat and be nourished. Mary cried in pain and held onto the palm tree, at which point a voice came from ”beneath her”, understood by some to refer to Jesus, who was yet in her womb, which said, ”Grieve not! Your Lord has provided a water stream under you; And shake the trunk of the palm tree, it will let fall fresh ripe dates upon you. And eat and drink and calm thy mind.” That day, Mary gave birth to her son Jesus in the middle of the desert.

Mary carried baby Jesus back to her people. The Quran goes on to describe that Mary vowed not to speak to anyone that day, as God was to make Jesus, who Muslims believe spoke in the cradle, perform his first miracle. The Quran goes on to narrate that Mary then brought Jesus to the temple, where she was immediately ridiculed by all the temple elders. But Zachariah believed in the virgin birth and supported her. The elders accused Mary of being a loose woman and having touched another man while unmarried. In response, Mary pointed to her son, telling them to talk to him. They were angered at this and thought she was mocking them, by asking them to speak with an infant. It was then that God made the infant Jesus speak from the cradle and he spoke of his prophecy for the first time. He said, which are verses 19:30-35 in the chapter of Mary in the Holy Qur’an:

”He spoke, surely! I am the slave of Allah. He hath given me the scripture and hath appointed me a prophet;
He made me to be blessed wherever I am, and He has charged me with prayer and charity for as long as I shall live.
And (hath made me) dutiful toward her who bore me, and hath not made me arrogant, unblest.
Peace on me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive!
Such was Jesus, son of Mary; (this is) a statement of the truth concerning which they doubt.
It befitteth not (the majesty of) Allah that he should take unto himself a son. Glory be to him! When he decreeth a thing, he saith unto it only: be! And it is.”

According to Islamic texts, Jesus was divinely chosen to preach the message of monotheism and submission to the will of God to the Children of Israel (banī isrā’īl).

”Christ, the son of Mary, was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how God makes His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!” [Quran – 5:75].

”When Jesus came with Clear Signs, he said: ‘Now I have come to you with Wisdom, and in order to make clear to you some of the (points) on which you dispute. Therefore, fear God and obey me. God, He is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him – this is a Straight Way.’ But sects from among themselves fell into disagreement. So woe to the wrongdoers, from the penalty of a Grievous Day!” [Holy Qur’an – 43:63-65].

Muslims believe that Jesus was a precursor to Muhammad, and that he announced the latter’s coming. They base this on a verse of the Quran wherein Jesus speaks of a messenger to appear after him named Ahmad. Islam associates Ahmad with Muhammad, both words deriving from the h-m-d triconsonantal root which refers to praiseworthiness. Muslims also assert that evidence of Jesus’ pronouncement is present in the New Testament, citing the mention of the Paraclete whose coming is foretold in the Gospel of John. Muslim commentators claim that the original Greek word used was periklutos, meaning famed, illustrious, or praiseworthy – rendered in Arabic as Ahmad; and that this was replaced by Christians with parakletos.

Common ground with Christianity

Isa is the son of a virgin named Maryam (”Mary” in English), who is a role model for the faithful women. Isa is a prophet filled with the Holy Spirit [Quran – 2:87] and the Messiah in both religions (but the Christians add that besides having a human nature, he would be God too, which the Quran clearly denies). Isa is the ”word of truth” [Quran – 19:34]. Isa, through God’s power and will, cures the blind and the leper, raises the dead to life and know what is hidden in the hearts [Quran – 3:49]. And Isa will come back at the end of times.

According to Islam, Jesus never died on the cross, nor ever wanted to die on the cross, nor ever was born to die on the cross.  Muslims believe that Jesus was sentenced to death, and people thought that he got executed on the cross. The Holy Quran rejects this idea, and claims that it is a false one.  Jesus never died on the cross,

nor he ever died for anyone’s sins. Let us look at what the Holy Qur’an says about this issue:

”That they rejected Faith; that they uttered against Mary: A grave false charge;

That they said (in boast): ‘We killed Christ Jesus, The son of Mary, The Messenger of Allah.’ But they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjunction to follow, for of a surety they killed him not.

Nay, Allah raised him up Unto Himself; and Allah Is Exalted in Power, Wise.
And there is none of the people of the book (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (Jesus) before his death; And on the Day of Judgment He (Jesus) will be a witness against them.” [Holy Qur’an – 4:156-159]

The Yemeni Army kills a Saudi prince in Marib

The Yemeni army, backed by fighters of the popular movement ‘Ansar-Allah’, has killed a Saudi prince, during clashes in the province of Marib, in central Yemen.

Saudi Prince Mohammad bin Mosaed bin Jalawi Al Saud, deputy general inspector of the Wahhabi regime, was killed Thursday in an attack by Yemeni forces in the province of Marib, reported Friday the Yemeni news website Saada.

In the attack, Yemeni forces destroyed a member of the Saudi Army armored car and took the lives of several soldiers of the al-Saud regime in the town of al-Mayzar in Marib, the source added.

This adds that Yemeni troops have captured in operations in the northern al-Jawf province, about 48 soldiers of the Army of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including nine officers.

Traces of plankton and other microorganisms have been found living on the exterior of the International Space Station (ISS), according to Russian space officials.

They claim the plankton were not carried there at launch.

Incredibly, the tiny organisms were found to be able to survive in the vacuum of space despite the freezing temperatures, lack of oxygen and cosmic radiation.

The discovery was made during a routine spacewalk by Russian cosmonauts Olek Artemyev and Alexander Skvortsov, who were launching nanosatellites into space.

They used wipes to polish the surface of windows – also known as illuminators – on the Russian segment of the ISS and later found the presence of plankton and other microorganisms using ‘high-precision equipment’.

‘The results of the experiment are absolutely unique,’ said the head of the Russian ISS orbital mission Vladimir Solovyev.

‘We have found traces of sea plankton and microscopic particles on the illuminator surface. This should be studied further.’

The plankton are not known to be indigenous to Baikonur, Kazakhstan, where the Russian modules of the station blasted off from.

The solstice happens at the same instant for all of us, everywhere on Earth. In 2015, the December solstice comes on December 21 at 10:48 p.m. CST. That’s on December 22 at 4:48 Universal Time. It’s when the sun on our sky’s dome reaches its farthest southward point for the year. At this solstice, the Northern Hemisphere has its shortest day and longest night of the year.

We know that the solstice is an astronomical event, caused by Earth’s tilt on its axis, and its motion in orbit around the sun.

Because Earth doesn’t orbit upright, but is instead tilted on its axis by 23-and-a-half degrees, Earth’s Northern and Southern Hemispheres trade places in receiving the sun’s light and warmth most directly. The tilt of the Earth – not our distance from the sun – is what causes winter and summer. At the December solstice, the Northern Hemisphere is leaning most away from the sun for the year.

At the December solstice, Earth is positioned in its orbit so that the sun stays below the north pole horizon. As seen from 23-and-a-half degrees south of the equator, at the imaginary line encircling the globe known as the Tropic of Capricorn, the sun shines directly overhead at noon. This is as far south as the sun ever gets. All locations south of the equator have day lengths greater than 12 hours at the December solstice. Meanwhile, all locations north of the equator have day lengths less than 12 hours.

For us on the northern part of Earth, the shortest day comes at the solstice. After the winter solstice, the days get longer, and the nights shorter. It’s a seasonal shift that nearly everyone notices.

In early December, true solar noon comes nearly 10 minutes earlier by the clock than it does at the solstice around December 22. With true noon coming later on the solstice, so will the sunrise and sunset times.

It’s this discrepancy between clock time and sun time that causes the Northern Hemisphere’s earliest sunset and the Southern Hemisphere’s earliest sunrise to precede the December solstice.

The discrepancy occurs primarily because of the tilt of the Earth’s axis. A secondary but another contributing factor to this discrepancy between clock noon and sun noon comes from the Earth’s elliptical – oblong – orbit around the sun. The Earth’s orbit is not a perfect circle, and when we’re closest to the sun, our world moves fastest in orbit. Our closest point to the sun – or perihelion – comes in early January. So we are moving fastest in orbit around now, slightly faster than our average speed of about 30 kilometers (18.5 miles) per second. The discrepancy between sun time and clock time is greater around the December solstice than the June solstice because we’re nearer the sun at this time of year.

The precise date of the earliest sunset depends on your latitude. At mid-northern latitudes, it comes in early December each year. At northern temperate latitudes farther north – such as in Canada and Alaska – the year’s earliest sunset comes around mid-December. Close to the Arctic Circle, the earliest sunset and the December solstice occur on or near the same day.

By the way, the latest sunrise doesn’t come on the solstice either. From mid-northern latitudes, the latest sunrise comes in early January.

The exact dates vary, but the sequence is always the same: earliest sunset in early December, shortest day on the solstice around December 22, latest sunrise in early January.

And so the cycle continues.

Bottom line: In 2015, the December solstice comes on December 21 at 10:03 p.m. CST. That’s December 22 at 4:48 UT. It marks the Northern Hemisphere’s shortest day (first day of winter) and Southern Hemisphere’s longest day (first day of summer). Happy solstice, everyone!

I [‘Libya S.O.S’] gave it another name:

“We’ve done calculations and burst into tears! For pocket expenses and bribes …. “

And then I started adding to the text what I couldn’t help adding. And gave a different name. And now you judge!

Central Bank of Libya, the rebels captured the Transitional National Council, announced the sale of 29 tons of gold. The bank undertook these measures to “provide citizens with wages.” The new head of the Central Bank Ghassem Azzoz also poined out that the bank’s assets were fully preserved during the war, nothing has been stolen! Nothing! And nothing has been removed!

It is striking that as it turned out, “the corrupt tyrant” (as the “revolutionaries” had to admit, and this is worth a lot) was not tempted even by a gram of gold owned by the people. Not a gram!

However, knowing about the Colonel what we, friends of Libya, learned about him over the past six months, there’s nothing strange about it. Another thing is surprising.

So let’s talk about it.

About a week ago, the so-called self-styled “friends of Libya” met in Paris to decide that once the capital of Libya Tripoli had been seized – it is a separate story by whom! – the Libyan people’s money can be “unfreeze” and passed to the “democrats.” Who are the “democrats” and why for the sake of “democracy” they had to kill thousands of Libyans – is also a separate story!

In brief, in Paris they began to count and…

When calculations were done, it turned out that on the frozen Libyan accounts there were only 15 billion. Out of the 89 or 130 …

Stop, the West mentioned also 170 billion! And claimed that the “tyrant” ( “what a bastard!” screamed all the politicians and everybody in the West, just to defame the lion of the desert! ) stole the money from the Libyan people!

Western politics and Margelov who joined them started feeling uncomfortable, they had a talk behind closed doors and solemnly announced that they found other ten billion. 25 altogether! Out of 170 billion, frozen in March!

Moreover, even this amount was delivered to the “new” authorities of Libya not in the currency (the accounts were in dollars, euro, pounds and, in theory, were supposed to be returned in cash ) but they came in boxes with newly printed Libyan dinars. From London – as much as 40 tons!

That is, instead of real money entrusted to Western banks by the legitimate Government of Libya and meant for financing the projects of international cooperation in the interests of the Libyan people, blessed by the Western democracy, the people received coloured paper with water marks!

And, as it turned out, the money (and, alas, Libya printed its own currency in London!) was printed before the rebellion and “printing” has already been paid by Libyan Jamahiriya!

Again the Libyan people have been robbed! And even 25 billion was not given back!

As a result, the people’s money in foreign currency – again, this is 170 billion dollars! – The money simply has been stolen from Libya by Western countries!

That is why now the ‘Central Bank of Libya’ has to sell gold. Which was kept sacred, was not touched and not being sold even at the most difficult moments of Libyan Jamahiriya, which was attacked by the rebels and the NATO aggressors.

The country’s moral ‘leader of the al-Fateh 01 SEPTEMBER ’69 Revolution’ DID NOT EVER touch what belonged to the people! Because it is not good!

And what does the so-called “new [GNC-puppet 2011] government” do? What does it start with as soon as the rebels burst into the capital? With the sale of gold to pay the promised money to the mercenaries and the rest scum, surging in Libya, and who destroyed what was not destroyed by NATO bombs and missiles!

And, moreover, the West demands to pay for the cost of the war, I’m sorry, for the “liberation of the Libyan people from the tyrant!”

I’m trying to find in history at least a single example of such blatant robbery.

Spanish conquistadors, who swapped glass trinkets for the pure gold of the Native Americans? No, it does not fit.

The Libyans are not fools. Moreover, if the Native Americans themselves agreed to be fooled, here it is a different case. Here it is Pure Robbery!

170 billion has evaporated! Fantastic!

I am looking at these “friends of Libya,” at the meeting in Paris and happily posing for photos in front of numerous cameras, and I am carefully looking at the smug bureaucrat, who is representing my country, Russia in this bunch of thieves and, forgive me, I am clenching my fists.

I know, I know well that now my Libyan friends huddle in the ruins of their have been comfortable homes, without water because the water pipes were destroyed by the rebels, with no light, because NATO bombed and destroyed everything, without food and medication, without schools, hospitals and …. I am filled with horror!

What is it?

Anybody can explain?

No, not to me, I understand perfectly.

I see this horrible imperialist predator, who decided that all the world now belongs to him! But … next to me is still the same little girl with a portrait of the Leader, I met her in May in Tripoli, after the bombing of the House of children’s art, and she quietly and with a guilty smile asked me in English, in school she was taught great Shakespeare’s language: «Why bombs?»

And I remember and I will never forget the story of Kirsan Nikolayevich Ilyumzhinov, who, a brave Russian citizen, arrived in Tripoli under the bombs, and met with the Leader. And he asked the same question: «Why bombs?»

And now I appeal to all those who today counts and calculates again and again, who continues to write bad things about Libya and the Libyans and in whose heads there is only “the Libyan people’s gold” removed (as it turned out not removed! ) to the faraway Niger. I appeal to those who in each other line repeats: “He ran away” or “When at last will he be caught and torn into pieces?” …

I ask you: “Do you have conscience?”

Tell me!

I’ll be back to Tripoli, the Libyan capital, free from all this rubbish and filth, the city which is s after all the atrocities and madness is still addressed in noble words both by the West and Russia as well. And in the liberated city, I’ll look for this little girl to hug her and say:

“You’re alive! You went through all this horror! Hold on! There are people and there is a country which has always been with you! I’ll help you! And, believe me, your Russian friend that one day you too will go to school, we will build it from the ruins, be sure we will, we will print the books burnt by these Islamic thugs, and, most importantly, I promise you that the black birds will never come again at night from the north. They are now forever chained to the ground. Over Europe only peaceful aircrafts will fly.

I promise you … “

Think whatever you want about me. That I’m a liar and that there will never be peace on Earth. And that country after country, peoples after peoples will be eliminated, erased from the face of the earth, the same as Libya was destroyed and turned into ashes and dust!

But I believe that among those who will read this, and among those who will hear me there will be those who will come along with me to the little girl and protect her!

The sum which al-Qathafi and his associates had in bank accounts for various charitable and humane and construction purposes throughout the world, and which the West, in fact, has stolen – bln – might have been enough to reconstruct the Libyan infrastructure after the damage caused by the bombs – if not fully, then, at least, partially. But now, that money has disappeared.

“It would be wrong to say that only the West has stolen the money of the former Libyan regime. It is known that those people who fought against the ‘Great Jamahiriya’ (and who are now in power in Libya), have conveyed many trucks literally stuffed with money abroad.”

“When the West threw bombs on Libya, Western politicians said that this allegedly was done to help Libyans oust the tyrant and establish democracy in their country. Now, it has turned out that these words were mere demagogy. The real aim of the West was to try to steal Libya’s riches.”

NATO’s military campaign in Libya is remarkable, among other things, for the following two reasons.

First – the damage that the air raids by the Western anti-GREAT JAMAHIRIYA alliance caused to Libya is estimated to be 7 times bigger than the damage which bombing by the Nazis caused in Europe during WWII.

Second – Muammar al-Qathafi’s plans for the ‘GREAT JAMAHIRIYA’ and world peoples with his associates [Libya] had, in total, bln in bank accounts in various parts of the world. After the beginning of the Libyan revolution, the West froze these accounts. Now, this money has disappeared somewhere.

Russian expert in Eastern affairs Anatoly Egorin tries to analyze these two cases in his recently published book, titled “The Ousting of Muammar Gaddafi. A Libyan Diary. 2011-2012.”

Speaking about the damage which Western bombing attacks caused to Libya, one may probably say that every war causes damage. This is true, but the amount of damage can be greater or smaller. Was it really worth the damage which NATO bombs caused to Libya – to say nothing of the fact that introducing a no-fly zone over a country and then bombing it is, to put it mildly, not very consistent.

Anatolly Egorin says:

“Libyan bank accounts were immediately (pre-March 2011) frozen. Or, it would be probably better to say that it was only officially announced that they were frozen, but in reality they were stolen. Nobody can say for sure precisely who stole this money and where it is now. There is only some vague information that it was allegedly pocketed by the bankers themselves and that these bankers allegedly tried to launder this money in offshore zones. Attempts to find this money are now under way, but I doubt that it will ever be found.”

“However,” Mr. Egorin continues, “it would be wrong to say that only the West has stolen the money of the former Libyan regime [Libyan people]. It is known that those people who fought against Gaddafi and who are now in power in Libya have conveyed many trucks literally stuffed with money abroad.”

The Head of the International Association for Democracy in Libya, Fatima abu an-Niran, confirms what Mr. Egorin says:

“The chaotic situation in Libya enabled everyone to steal anything that lay in his or her temptation’s way. The West was quite aware of that, but didn’t try to stop it. I can back my words with facts, and the former head of Libya’s Central Bank can also confirm this.”

“The bln in bank accounts is not the only money that was stolen during the period of anarchy in Libya,” Ms. an-Niran continues. “Lots of money was trafficked and is still being trafficked abroad by the Libyan ‘revolutionaries’ themselves. To a large extent, the situation in Libya still remains chaotic….”

Colombian soldiers transferred to Yemen by the United Arab Emirates have refused to enter into a war with Yemen, Western sources have reported.

On Sunday morning in the Jizan region of Saudia Arabia, the Yemeni Army’s Republican Guard – in coordination with their ‘Popular Committees’ and the Houthis – imposed full control over the Old Town of Al-Khubah after the Saudi-led Coalition Forces retreated north in order to evade the Yemeni resistance fighters swarming their positions.

In addition to the capture of the Old Town in Al-Khubah, the Yemeni Army’s Republican Guard and the Houthis seized the Saudi military base inside the aforementioned city in Saudi Arabia; this news left the Saudi military command in shock, especially after several soldiers surrendered to the Yemeni resistance fighters.

Earlier in the day, the Yemeni Army’s Republican Guard and the Houthis imposed full control over the small villages of Shabakat and Mustahdath in the Al-Harith Governorate of the Jizan region of Saudi Arabia.

The Houthis and the Republican Guard have launched a massive offensive in the Jizan region of Saudi Arabia after the Saudi-led Coalition Forces reneged on their ceasefire agreement and launched several unprovoked airstrikes on the Yemeni Army’s defensive positions in southern Yemen.

A new video shot by reporters in Syria has shown the Mi-8 helicopters, which had been on a mission to rescue the pilots of the downed Russian plane, fall under fire by local militants. Footage shows that one of the helicopters crash-lands, but the crew eventually gets rescued from the dangerous zone.

The incident was caught on camera by reporters of ANNA-News, who were in the area of the downed plane on Tuesday.

The video starts with images of smoke billowing over the site of the Su-24 crash.

At the 46th second, the video starts showing the rescue operation. In the subsequent footage the viewer sees how two Russian-made Mi-8 helicopters are shelled by militants from the ground.

One of them later manages to return to the base. The other one crash-lands on a mountain slope. A Russian marine was killed in the incident, while the rest of the crew and servicemen on board were evacuated to Russia’s Hmeymim Airbase in Syria.

The footage shows the crew escaping from the dangerous area, shelled by militia.

The Marine rescue team sent to save the pilot left Russia’s Khmeimim airbase minutes after the Su-24 bomber was shot down by the Turks in Syrian airspace, just one kilometer from the Turkish border.

“We moved out just 15 minutes after we got information that the Turks had downed our aircraft. The area was between Durin and Turkmen heights, where fierce shootouts have been taking place. We scrambled three [Mi-8] helicopters which headed for the probable crash site,” a source close to the rescue operation told RIA Novosti.

When approaching the site the incoming helicopters came under heavy fire from terrorists. Two Russian choppers had to return to base, while one crash-landed under mortar shelling with crew and 12 Marines on board. One Marine, Aleksandr Pozynich, was killed in action as he left the chopper to find cover from mortar shelling from a nearby hilltop.

An on-the-spot video shot by reporters from ANNA-News who were in the area shows the Mi-8s and the dramatic moments the Russian Marines came under fire and escaped the landing site.  Their chopper blew up after being hit by an anti-tank rocket launched from the ground.

Another video of Syrian rebels allegedly firing at a Russian-made helicopter on the ground has been posted on a YouTube channel associated with the Free Syrian Army’s (FSA) 1st Coastal Brigade.

Saudi Arabia invites 65 terrorist groups (including ‘DAASH’) to travel to Riyadh

Saudi Arabia has invited 65 terrorist groups operating in Syria to attend a meeting in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, to create a common front and supposedly ‘negotiate’ with the Syrian government.

As reported Tuesday, in  Emirati news agency 24 , 65 terrorist groups, are traveling to Riyadh to attend meetings and conferences from 11 to 13 December, will discuss to try to bring their views and reach agreement to form ‘a common front’, and then engage in dialogue with the legitimate Syrian government.

Invited terrorist groups, among which are Ahrar al-Sham and Yaish al-Islam, have a total of more than 100,000 members who are fighting in Syria to try to overthrow the democratic government of which the elected Syrian President Bashar al-Assad heads.

According to Ahmad Ramadan, a member of the (so-called) ‘Syrian opposition’, the Syrian National Coalition, Riyadh has called on all terrorist groups invited to send at least one person from its ranks the meetings of the Saudi capital.

He has also claimed that the invitations have also been sent to other terrorist groups refused and decided not to participate.

وحصل الفيتوري على وسام الفاتح الليبي، والوسام الذهبي للعلوم والفنون والآداب بالسودان، وتوفي الشاعر الكبير، مساء الجمعة الماضية، بأحد مستشفيات الرباط باالمغرب عن 79 عاما، بعد معاناة مع المرض.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday during a news conference, that the United States knew the flight path of the aircraft shot down by Turkey.

“The American side, which leads the coalition that Turkey belongs to, knew about the location and time of our planes’ flights, and we were hit exactly there and at that time,” he said.

He said Russia’s military had passed on flight details to the Americans.

Putin then indirectly accused the US of colluding with Turkey to shoot down the plane.

“Why did we pass this information to the Americans? Either they were not controlling what their allies were doing, or they are leaking this information all over the place,” he said.

“And we proceed from the position that there will be no repeat of this, otherwise we’ll have no need of cooperation with anybody, any coalition, any country.”

Russia’s Sergey Lavrov is not one foreign minister known to mince his words. Just earlier today, 24 hours after a Russian plane was brought down by the country whose president three years ago said “a short-term border violation can never be a pretext for an attack”, had this to say: “We have serious doubts this was an unintended incident and believe this is a planned provocation” by Turkey.

But even that was tame compared to what Lavrov said to his Turkish counterparty Mevlut Cavusoglu earlier today during a phone call between the two (Lavrov who was supposed to travel to Turkey has since canceled such plans).

As Sputnik transcribes, according to a press release from Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lavrov pointed out that, “by shooting down a Russian plane on a counter-terrorist mission of the Russian Aerospace Force in Syria, and one that did not violate Turkey’s airspace, the Turkish government has in effect sided with ISIS.”

It was in this context when Lavrov added that “Turkey’s actions appear premeditated, planned, and undertaken with a specific objective.”

More importantly, Lavrov pointed to Turkey’s role in the propping up the terror network through the oil trade. Per the Russian statement:

“The Russian Minister reminded his counterpart about Turkey’s involvement in the ISIS’ illegal trade in oil, which is transported via the area where the Russian plane was shot down, and about the terrorist infrastructure, arms and munitions depots and control centers that are also located there.”

Others reaffirmed Lavrov’s stance, such as retired French General Dominique Trinquand, who said that “Turkey is either not fighting ISIL at all or very little, and does not interfere with different types of smuggling that takes place on its border, be it oil, phosphate, cotton or people,” he said.

The reason we find this line of questioning fascinating is that just last week in the aftermath of the French terror attack but long before the Turkish downing of the Russian jet, we wrote about “The Most Important Question About ISIS That Nobody Is Asking” in which we asked who is the one“breaching every known law of funding terrorism when buying ISIS crude, almost certainly with the tacit approval by various “western alliance” governments, and why is it that these governments have allowed said middleman to continue funding ISIS for as long as it has?”

Precisely one week later, in even more tragic circumstances, suddenly everyone is asking this question.

And while we patiently dig to find who the on and offshore “commodity trading” middleman are, who cart away ISIS oil to European and other international markets in exchange for hundreds of millions of dollars, one name keeps popping up as the primary culprit of regional demand for the Islamic State’s “terrorist oil” – that of Turkish president Recep Erdogan’s son: Bilal Erdogan.

After graduating from Kartal Imam Hatip High School in 1999, Bilal Erdogan moved to the US for undergraduate education. He also earned a Masters Degree in John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 2004. After graduation, he served in the World Bank as intern for a while. He returned Turkey in 2006 and started to his business life. Bilal Erdogan is one of the three equal shareholders of “BMZ Group Denizcilik “, a marine transportation corporation.

Erdogan’s Dirth Dangerous ISIS Games

More and more details are coming to light revealing that the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, variously known as ISIS, IS or ‘Daash’, is being fed and kept alive by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish President and by his Turkish intelligence service, including MIT, the Turkish CIA. Turkey, as a result of Erdogan’s pursuit of what some call a Neo-Ottoman Empire fantasies that stretch all the way to China, Syria and Iraq, threatens not only to destroy Turkey but much of the Middle East if he continues on his present path.

In October 2014 US Vice President Joe Biden told a Harvard gathering that Erdogan’s regime was backing ISIS with “hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of tons of weapons…” Biden later apologized clearly for tactical reasons to get Erdoan’s permission to use Turkey’s Incirlik Air Base for airstrikes against ISIS in Syria, but the dimensions of Erdogan’s backing for ISIS since revealed is far, far more than Biden hinted.

ISIS militants were trained by US, Israeli and now it emerges, by Turkish special forces at secret bases in Konya Province inside the Turkish border to Syria, over the past three years. Erdoan’s involvement in ISIS goes much deeper. At a time when Washington, Saudi Arabia and even Qatar appear to have cut off their support for ISIS, they remaining amazingly durable. The reason appears to be the scale of the backing from Erdoan and his fellow neo-Ottoman Sunni Islam Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutolu.

Nice Family Business

The prime source of money feeding ISIS these days is sale of Iraqi oil from the Mosul region oilfields where they maintain a stronghold. The son of Erdogan it seems is the man who makes the export sales of ISIS-controlled oil possible.

Bilal Erdoan owns several maritime companies. He has allegedly signed contracts with European operating companies to carry Iraqi stolen oil to different Asian countries. The Turkish government buys Iraqi plundered oil which is being produced from the Iraqi seized oil wells. Bilal Erdogan’s maritime companies own special wharfs in Beirut and Ceyhan ports that are transporting ISIS’ smuggled crude oil in Japan-bound oil tankers.

Gürsel Tekin vice-president of the Turkish Republican Peoples’ Party, CHP, declared in a recent Turkish media interview, “President Erdogan claims that according to international transportation conventions there is no legal infraction concerning Bilal’s illicit activities and his son is doing an ordinary business with the registered Japanese companies, but in fact Bilal Erdoan is up to his neck in complicity with terrorism, but as long as his father holds office he will be immune from any judicial prosecution.” Tekin adds that Bilal’s maritime company doing the oil trades for ISIS, BMZ Ltd, is “a family business and president Erdogan’s close relatives hold shares in BMZ and they misused public funds and took illicit loans from Turkish banks.”

In addition to son Bilal’s illegal and lucrative oil trading for ISIS, Sümeyye Erdogan, the daughter of the Turkish President apparently runs a secret hospital camp inside Turkey just over the Syrian border where Turkish army trucks daily being in scores of wounded ISIS Jihadists to be patched up and sent back to wage the bloody Jihad in Syria, according to the testimony of a nurse who was recruited to work there until it was discovered she was a member of the Alawite branch of Islam, the same as Syrian President Bashar al-Assad who Erdogan seems hell-bent on toppling.

Turkish citizen Ramazan Bagol, captured this month by Kurdish People’s Defence Units,YPG, as he attempted to join ISIS from Konya province, told his captors that said he was sent to ISIS by the ‘Ismailia Sect,’ a strict Turkish Islam sect reported to be tied to Recep Erdogan. Baol said the sect recruits members and provides logistic support to the radical Islamist organization. He added that the Sect gives jihad training in neighborhoods of Konya and sends those trained here to join ISIS gangs in Syria.

According to French geopolitical analyst, Thierry Meyssan, Recep Erdogan “organised the pillage of Syria, dismantled all the factories in Aleppo, the economic capital, and stole the machine-tools. Similarly, he organised the theft of archeological treasures and set up an international market in Antioch…with the help of General Benoît Puga, Chief of Staff for the Elysée, he organised a false-flag operation intended to provoke the launching of a war by the Atlantic Alliance – the chemical bombing of la Ghoutta in Damascus, in August 2013. “

Meyssan claims that the Syria strategy of Erdoan was initially secretly developed in coordination with former French Foreign Minister Alain Juppé and Erdogan’s then Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutolu, in 2011, after Juppe won a hesitant Erdogan to the idea of supporting the attack on traditional Turkish ally Syria in return for a promise of French support for Turkish membership in the EU. France later backed out, leaving Erdogan to continue the Syrian bloodbath largely on his own using ISIS.

Gen. John R. Allen, an opponent of Obama’s Iran peace strategy, now US diplomatic envoy coordinating the coalition against the Islamic State, exceeded his authorized role after meeting with Erdogan and “promised to create a “no-fly zone” ninety miles wide, over Syrian territory, along the whole border with Turkey, supposedly intended to help Syrian refugees fleeing from their government, but in reality to apply the “Juppé-Wright plan”. The Turkish Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, revealed US support for the project on the TV channel A Haber by launching a bombing raid against the PKK.” Meyssan adds.

There are never winners in war and Erdogan’s war against Syria’s Assad demonstrates that in bold. Turkey and the world deserve better. Ahmet Davutoglu’s famous “Zero Problems With Neighbors” foreign policy has been turned into massive problems with all neighbors due to the foolish ambitions of Erdogan and his gang.

According to Bilal’s father this pilfering and sale does not carry a penalty under international transportation conventions.

Russians bomb IS oil trucks.

The Erdoğan clan is up to its neck in business deals with the head-choppers. The Russians are threatening to put these Mafia operations out of business and that provided the motivation to shoot down a Russian jet and stir the cauldron that is the Syrian “civil war,” in fact a manufactured proxy war designed to carve up the country and turn it over to a gang of psychopaths who follow a deviant sect of Saudi Wahhabism.

Turkey’s Prime Minister Caught Arming ISIS

Months before Turkey shot down Russian jet, prime minister was shipping guns to ISIS

Turkey’s prime minister was caught shipping arms to DAASH/ISIS in January, which may explain why the NATO ally shot down a Russian jet targeting ISIS militants on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu ordered a media blackout after the military’s Gendarmerie General Command discovered around 50 rockets, 35 crates of ammunition, including mortar rounds, and Douchka anti-aircraft ammunition hidden inside Syria-bound trucks operated by Turkey’s intelligence agency.

“The trucks were carrying weapons and supplies to the al-Qaeda terror organization,” a report by the Gendarmerie General Command stated, and it’s worth noting that DAASH/ISIS is linked to al-Qaeda.

The Gendarmerie General Command and public prosecutor Aziz Takei ordered the search at the Turkey/Syria border after receiving a tip that the trucks were carrying weapons and explosives to al-Qaeda in Syria.

“While the trucks were being escorted to Seyhan Gendarmerie Command for an extensive search, MIT [Turkey’s intelligence agency] personnel accompanying the trucks in an Audi vehicle blocked the road to stop the trucks,” Taştekin wrote. “When MIT personnel seized the keys from the trucks’ ignitions, an altercation ensued.”

“MIT personnel instructed the truck drivers to pretend their trucks had malfunctioned and committed physical violence against gendarmerie personnel.”

“The governor of Adana, Huseyin Avni Cos, arrived at the scene and declared, ‘The trucks are moving with the prime minister’s orders’ and vowed not to let them be interfered with no matter what,” he continued. “With a letter of guarantee sent by the regional director of MIT, co-signed by the governor, the trucks were handed back to MIT.”

In response to the search, Davutoglu removed Takei from office and had 13 soldiers arrested and charged with espionage.

“Though the scandal is tearing the country apart, the government opted for its favorite tactic of covering it up,” Turkish journalist Fehim Taştekin reported. “A court in Adana banned written, visual and Internet media outlets from any reporting and commenting on the stopping of the trucks and the search.”

The Turkish government was also training DAASH/ISIS militants to fight in Syria.

“…After training in Turkey, thousands of ISIS fighters went to Iraq by way of Syria to join the effort to establish an Islamic caliphate subject to strict false Wahhabi-style ‘Islamic law’, or corrupted-Shariah,” Aaron Klein of WND reported.

And DAASH/ISIS militants roam around freely in Istanbul, Turkey, without fear of local authorities, emphasizing the support ISIS enjoys from the Davutoglu government.

The trillions of dollars in potential oil and gas revenue in Syria is a key factor for motivating the Wahhabi-dominated Davutoglu government to support DAASH/ISIS in its proxy war to overthrow the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad.

In 2011, Syria announced the discovery of a promising gas field in Homs, which, not surprisingly, became a battleground between Assad’s forces and DAASH/ISIS, preventing Syria from fully tapping into the field.

Syria also rivals Turkey as one of the most strategic locations for natural gas pipelines to flow into Europe from Asia.

“Syria is the site of the proposed construction of a massive underground gas pipeline that, if completed, could drastically undercut the strategic energy power of U.S. ally Qatar and also would cut Turkey out of the pipeline flow,” Klein also reported. “Dubbed the ‘Islamic pipeline,’ the project may ultimately favor Russia and Iran against Western energy interests.”

But like the gas field in Homs, the construction of the nearly 3,500-mile pipeline has also been delayed by Syria’s war with ISIS.

This definitely helps Turkey, which views the proposed Islamic pipeline through Syria as a threat to its goal of becoming the main transit point for oil and gas flowing from East to West.

And NATO does not want Russia to benefit from a pipeline through Syria.

If the Davutoglu government can successfully use DAASH/ISIS to topple Assad and install a puppet government in Syria, Turkey stands to gain trillions while also helping NATO isolate Russia.

Meet Dr. Farid, Israeli official buying crude from Daash

The terrorist group EIIL (Daash, in Arabic) sells oil extracted in Syria and Iraq, the Israeli regime, according to a report.

According to new research conducted recently by the news agency “al-Araby al Jadeed“ , based in London, Daash Syrian and Iraqi oil sold for a very low price to the networks and mafias and smugglers Turkish Kurds, who labeled and sell it as barrels from the semi-autonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan.

Then according to the report barrels pass through Turkey to reach the Israeli occupied territories through intermediaries.

The information was verified by Kurdish security officials, employees at the border crossing of Ibrahim al-Khalil between Turkey and Iraqi Kurdistan, and an official of one of the three oil companies involved in the smuggling of crude Daash.

al-Araby Al Jadeed has obtained such information with the help of a colonel in the Iraqi intelligence who requested anonymity for safety.

“After extraction of crude tankers depart from the Iraqi province of Nineveh (north) towards the city of Zakho (in Iraqi Kurdistan), 88 kilometers north of the northern city of Mosul,“ said Colonel , later adding that smugglers trucks-usually receive between 70-100- in Zakho.

Drivers deliver their vehicles to other drivers who have permits and papers to cross the border with Turkey, and the drivers of the terrorist group return with other trucks controlled by the terrorist group territories, said the colonel.

Later tankers entering the district of Silopi (and Kurdish southeastern province of Sirnak), near the border with Iraq, where oil is delivered to a person named Dr. Farid.

Dr. Farid has Israeli-Greek and generally always accompanied by two black men.

Also, Dr. Farid has an import and export license which is used to negotiate agreements between smuggling gangs who buy crude EIIL and three oil companies exporting oil to the territories under Israeli occupation.

In this regard, the Iraqi colonel stressed that companies compete to buy the oil smuggling and then transfer to the occupied Palestinians through Turkish ports of Mersin and Ceyhan Dortyol territories.

Former NATO Commander: ‘Turkey is Supporting ISIS’

Wesley Clark says Islamic State is “serving the interests of Turkey”

Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Gen. Wesley Clark responded to the shoot down of a Russian fighter jet by pointing out that Turkey is supporting DAASH/ISIS.

Appearing on CNN, Clark asserted that there was a “larger context” to the incident, pointing out that DAASH/ISIS is a WAHHABI terrorist organization and therefore targets true Muslim nations.

“That means it’s serving the interests of Turkey and Saudi Arabia even as it poses a threat to them because neither Turkey or Saudi Arabia want an Iran-Iraq-Syria-Yemen-Lebanon bridge that isolates Turkey and cuts Saudi Arabia off,” said Clark.

Asked whether he agreed with Vladimir Putin that Turkey was aiding ISIS, Clark responded, “All along there’s always been the idea that Turkey was supporting DAASH/ISIS in some way,” before going on to accuse Ankara of funneling DAASH/ISIS terrorists through Turkey and buying ISIS’ stolen oil in the black market.

“Someone’s buying that oil that DAASH/ISIS is selling; it’s going through somewhere, it looks to me like it’s probably going through Turkey,” said Clark.

As we previously highlighted, worth of DAASH/ISIS oil has been sold in Turkey, a supposed U.S. ally. ISIS trucks are routinely allowed to cross back and forth between the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa and Turkey.

As Nafeez Ahmed documents, a large cache of intelligence recovered from a raid on an DAASH/ISIS safehouse this summer confirms that “direct dealings between Turkish officials and ranking ISIS members was now ‘undeniable.’”

A former DAASH/ISIS communications technician also told ‘Newsweek‘ that part of his job was to, “Connect DAASH/ISIS field captains and commanders from Syria with people in Turkey on innumerable occasions.”

“DAASH/ISIS commanders told us to fear nothing at all because there was full cooperation with the Turks,” he said.

The tweet, the only one on Drudge’s account since he wiped it clean some months ago, has been interpreted by some as a teaser for an upcoming revelation Drudge has received inside info on.

Some think it may be related to the ongoing saga with Centcom cooking intelligence on ISIS to make it appear that the Obama Administration has the terror group “contained”, as the President put it last week.

Drudge’s tweet may be a teaser for a big story, or simply a declaration based on what is already known about US weapons falling into ISIS hands.

As Infowars has tirelessly documented, US weapons have fallen into ISIS hands time and time again and bolstered the terror group via the insane policy of arming and training so called ‘moderate rebels’ in Libya, Syria and Iraq.

The CIA has shipped weapons to al-Qaeda affiliated groups in Syria since at least 2012, a fact reported by The New York Times.

Up until late 2014, the US still claimed it was arming “moderate” mercenaries in Syria to fight against ISIS and the al-Assad government in Damascus despite the fact there are no longer any moderate forces active.

Iraqi intelligence even claims that the US is INTENTIONALLY dropping weapons to known ISIS linked groups of rebels.

Whether you believe this or not, it is clear that the terror group already have US weapons. It’s a policy that dates back decades, and has always ended in chaos and what the CIA has termed “blowback”.

Libertarian leaning Senator Rand Paul has repeatedly urged Americans to look to where ISIS is getting it’s weapons from to understand the monumental problem the US is facilitating in Syria and beyond.

Speaking with Ed Berliner of Newsmax recently, paul stated “Most of these people do not have the sophistication to make arms so they get the arms from other folks.”

“Right now ISIS has a billion dollars’ worth of U.S. Humvees, they have a billion dollars in cash they stole from us and they pay their soldiers with but they have anti-tank weapons and missiles they fire from the shoulder that were basically given to people in the Syrian civil war and taken by ISIS.”

“So really if we don’t want weapons to get into the hands of folks, we should be very careful about who we give the weapons to,” the Senator stated.

In response to Erdogan’s aggression, Putin suspended military and maybe economic cooperation with Ankara. Russia’s General Staff said a Moskva guided missile cruiser off Syria’s coast was ordered to destroy any target posing a danger to Russian operations in Syria.

“The reckless and criminal actions of the Turkish authorities…have caused a dangerous escalation of relations between Russia and NATO, which cannot be justified by any interest, including protection of state borders.”

Russian Air Force Annihilated Militants In Area Where Su-24 Was Shot Down. Erdogan Ordered Turkish Air Force Planes Be Grounded

Information has come from  Syrian sources that last night (24.11) the Russian Aerospace Defence Forces struck with massive attacks on the positions of militants (including Turkomans) in the region where the Russian Su-24 was brought down.

Russian bombs targeted a gathering center of the ‘DAASH’ organization of Turkish oil and supply trucks, in the city of Izaz, at the safety gate at the border crossing in the north of Syria, on the Border with Turkey, and has left more than 10 dead and several wounded.

“The moment our pilot was in safety the area was heavily bombed by the Russian Air Force and shelled by Syrian government forces artillery,” ministry spokesman General-Major Igor Konashenkov told a media briefing.

The source reported that most likely nothing remains of the militants who shot down the Russian MI-8 .

He stressed that terrorists and other “mysterious groups” were killed in the assault.

Konashenkov also added that the Turkish General Staff had denied Russia access to any materials related to the downing of the Russian Su-24 jet by a Turkish F-16 on Tuesday, adding that they did not release any recording of the radio communications between the pilots.

“In this case this is just more proof that the audio recording of communication between the Turkish pilots and our crew published by several media outlets is a regular fake.”

The Defense Ministry has said that all channels of military cooperation with Turkey were suspended on Thursday, including a hotline set up to share information about Russian air strikes in Syria. Moscow has also recalled its military representative from Turkey.

No detailed information has arrived yet.

The ‘Yemeni Army and popular forces’ regain control of the district of al-Sharijah, in southern Yemen, and kill dozens of Saudi mercenaries in their region, including three of their leaders.

According to a report published today by the Yemeni news agency ‘Hadarem’, operation on Thursday night against al-Qaeda terrorists and mercenaries from Saudi Arabia, in the district of al-Sharijah (province of Lahij), dozens of them lost life, several others wounded and a number were taken as hostage prisoners.

Apparent suicide attack on Tunisian presidential guard bus kills 12

TUNIS | By Tarek Amara

A bomb exploded on a bus packed with Tunisian presidential guards in the capital Tunis on Tuesday, killing at least 12 people in an attack one source said was probably the work of a suicide bomber.

Ambulances rushed wounded from the scene and security forces closed off streets around Mohamed V Avenue, one of the main streets in Tunis, before the president declared a curfew in the city and imposed a state of emergency nationwide.

It was the third major attack in Tunisia this year, after an Islamist militant killed 38 foreigners at a beach hotel in the resort of Sousse in June, and gunmen killed 21 tourists at the Bardo Museum in Tunis in March. Islamic State claimed both those attacks.

“They want to make us live with horror but we are going to bring that horror to the terrorist camps,” President Beji Caid Essebsi said in a televised speech. “We are at war and we are going to win.”

Security sources said the guards were boarding the bus to be taken to the presidential palace on the outskirts of the city when it blew up. One presidential source said it was likely that a bomber had detonated his explosive belt inside the bus.

At least 12 guards were killed and 17 wounded, according to an Interior Ministry statement.

If confirmed it was a suicide bomber, it would be the first such attack in Tunisia since October 2013 when an attacker blew only himself up on a beach in the resort town of Sousse.

“I was on Mohamed V, just getting ready to get into my car, when there was a huge explosion. I saw the bus blow up. There were bodies and blood everywhere,” said bystander Bassem Trifi.

Essebsi canceled a trip to Europe and said Tunis would be placed under curfew until Wednesday 5 a.m. (0400 GMT). He reinstated a month-long state of emergency, temporarily giving the government more executive flexibility, security forces more powers, and restricting some civil rights.

Mohamed V is a major boulevard usually packed with traffic and pedestrians, and the site of several hotels and banks.

Fighting Islamist militants has become a major challenge for Tunisia, a small North African country that was hailed as a blueprint for democratic change in the region after an uprising in 2011 ousted autocrat Zine Abidine Ben Ali.

Tunisia has held free elections and is operating under a new constitution and a broad political consensus, for which secular and Islamist parties have managed to overcome deep disagreements.

But several thousand Tunisians have also left to fight in Syria, Iraq and Libya with Islamic State and other militant groups, and some have threatened to carry out attacks at home.

The army has also been fighting against another Islamist militant group in the mountains near the Algerian border. Militants have attacked checkpoints and patrols in rural areas in the past.

In September, the government received intelligence reports pointing to possible car bombings in the capital and banned traffic in parts of the city.

This month, authorities arrested 17 Islamist militants and said they had prevented another major assault, planned for November, on hotels and security forces in Sousse.

The Industrial Complex / Espiaa

The industrial complex / Esbeia is considered as one of the leading industrial castles in the field of mechanical industries in Libya.

An area of land of 40 Hectares inside fences was allocated for the complex among which 15 Hectares covered and it includes the production units represented in the industrial workshops, and the remaining area represents the service units such as energy generation units, industrial water desalination in lands, fuel stations in addition to the roads and car parking, and there is a residential village for the workers in the complex consisting of 100 houses and also an integrated health center with all its medical equipment.

The industrial complex / Esbeia contains more than 2000 industrial machines and equipment distributed in four production workshops and five service ones, they are:

Mechanical Works Workshop

This workshop covers an area of 2.5 hectares and it includes many of multi specialties production lines such as lathing, indexing, drilling, grinding, welding, heat treatment and galvanization which enable it to manufacture all spare arts according to the international specifications and so the spare parts distinguished with special specifications.

Moulds and Tools Workshop

The industrial complex / Esbeia is distinguished with a property of self provision of moulds, tools and the necessities assisting the production, and for this purpose, a workshop of an area 1.4 hectares was constructed, provided with 2 hundred very accurate machines for manufacturing of moulds, tools and other operations required by the production process.

Foundry and forging Workshop

This workshop is located on an area of 1.6 hectares and it is competent in the production of the casts and forgings of various types and sizes.

This workshop is divided into two main sections, they are:

• Foundry section: this section contains many of the lines, most important of which:

• – Steel melting line.

  – Non ferric materials (such as copper and aluminum) casting line.

• Forging section

  This section produces the forgings and semi manufactured materials and it contains No. (4) main forging line and a horizontal forging line by the closed forging technology and another free vertical forging line.

In addition to the technology of manufacturing the nuclei and manufacturing the wooden and metal patterns used in the pouring process.

Non Metallic (Rubber) Materials Manufacturing workshop

This workshop consist of many halls allocated for weighing and preparation of the raw materials involved in the production of the rubber industries and so lines for mixing, cutting and pressing the rubber, and the workshop produces No. (22) different types of mixtures of high quality specifications for the main program for manufacturing of seals.

Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Center

Due to the great and continuous need of the complex to training and rehabilitation of the technical and administrative cadres, raising the efficiency of the workers and convoying the scientific development, the complex was provided with the training and rehabilitation center which act for assuring its needs in various specialties of lathing – indexing – grinding – welding – carpentry – forging – electricity – filing – general mechanics and it contains No. (108) various machines and it contains No. (8) study classes of capacity (165) trainees provided with illustration means and the center is also provided with a scientific library in addition to a special class for vocational safety and a sport games hall, and it is capable to conduct technological technical courses for external authorities in various specialization where it is capable to follow up the scientific forums and lectures, carrying out the industrial researches and supervision of the graduation projects inside the complex by the students of the universities and higher institutes.

The complex also contains a number of laboratories belonged to the quality control management for controlling the quality of the products during the production processes, they are as follows:

   The central laboratory for calibration of the measurement instruments: it contains equipment for calibrating the measurement supplies and equipment used for the control of the production quality.

   Mechanical laboratory: for testing the mechanical properties.
   
3. 
   Chemical laboratory: for carrying out all the chemical tests.

   Galvanizing laboratory: for testing the chemical solutions and control of the Galvanized parts.

Security services on Monday stepped up efforts to locate two Serbian embassy staffers kidnapped the previous day in the Libyan coastal city of Sabratha, an Islamist stronghold.

“The investigation goes on. The state of alert raised on Sunday is still in place. We are actively searching for the two kidnapped Serbs,” said an official of Sabratha’s military council in charge of security.

“We’ve found a car which could belong to the kidnappers and we are still questioning the Libyan chauffeur of the two Serbs,” he told AFP, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The foreign ministry in Belgrade said the two embassy employees, a man and a woman, were snatched in Sabratha, 70 kilometres (42 miles) west of Tripoli, from a convoy of cars headed to the Tunisian border.

The pair were named as Sladjana Stankovic, in charge of communications, and her embassy driver, Jovica Stepic.

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has said Belgrade had “no information” about the identity of the kidnappers.

Serbia’s ambassador Oliver Potezica who witnessed the incident told Serbian media that masked assailants had “provoked an accident, hitting one of the embassy cars from the back” to carry out the abductions.

One attacker had opened fire on a Libyan national in the convoy and hit him in the leg.

Sabratha’s municipal council, on its Facebook page, criticised the Serbian ambassador for having failed to give advance notice to local authorities of their travel plans.

This had allowed the kidnapping to take place, it said, adding that the council did not have any information on the kidnapped pair’s state of health or where they were being held.

In contrast, “once local authorities had been informed… security was provided to escort the Serbian ambassador and his delegation safely” to the border crossing with Tunisia, it said.

A militia alliance including Wahhabi-Islamists overran Tripoli in August 2014, establishing a rival government and parliament that forced the internationally recognised administration to flee to the country’s remote east in Tobruk and Casablanca.

Belgrade maintains an embassy in Tripoli and Serbian citizens, mostly doctors and other medical staff as well as construction workers, have been working in Libya for decades due to close bilateral relations during the Great Jamahiriya.

Sabratha is on the edge of a region known as Jefara, which analysts say is home to many imported (Kharijite) extremists which make a living from smuggling and trafficking.

In June, after a Tunisian student armed with an assault rifle mowed down 38 tourists at a beach resort in his country, Tunisia’s secretary of state for security said the shooter had been trained in Sabratha.

Serbia sent a team of experts to seek the release of its embassy staff kidnapped in Libya.

Russia’s Vladimir Putin has decided to go after ISIS in Syria, since Barack Obama not only refuses to fight terrorist organizations, but has been supporting them since taking office.

If you follow world events and politics, you know the Arab Spring riots across the Mid-East in 2010 resulted in the Muslim Brotherhood taking power in Egypt for a short time, until the people there revolted and kicked them out. The whole uprising was a direct result of American influence by the CIA and US funding and arms supplies to various terrorist organizations to seize control of legitimate state governments.

In 2011, we witnessed the invasion of Libya by NATO forces, led by the US and designed specifically to dispose of Muammar al-Qathafi and destroy the Great Jamahiriya and replace Libya with an al-Qaeda government. The (so-called) ‘rebels’ fighting the the Great Jamahiriya were al-Qaeda terrorists.

In 2012, President Obama and John McCain tried every trick in the book to gain approval to bomb the Assad government in Syria to help their terrorist buddies gain control of the government. Terrorist factions fighting in Syria to oust the Assad government consisted of various groups from the Muslim Brotherhood to Al Qaeda.

Since the Obama Administration was unable to gain enough support for the bombing campaign, he then began a massive support of these terrorist factions in the form of sending them billions of US dollars, billions in arms and equipment and military training in Jordan in 2012. Even going as far as dropping them supplies disguised as mistakes were carried out. The Obama Administration even helped on the battlefield by bombing Syrian government targets for them.

Today, we know these Syrian terrorist rebels as ISIS. Thus, we should have a clear understanding that ISIS is Obama’s army from the top down, hence why the Obama Administration refuses to fight them.

These facts bring us to our recent problem of the mostly Syrian refugee crisis of which it is estimated that over one million fled their country seeking asylum in mostly Europe and the United States. Ironically, most of these so called refugees are men between 18 and 35 years of age. What this tells us is most of these refugees are, in reality, ISIS and other terrorist organization fighters.

The sudden massive exodus of these terrorists is happening because the Obama Administration had to make sure his army of terrorists was evacuated from Syria before the Russian military obliterated them.

Now, Obama wants to assure that the US will absorb over a hundred thousand of these false refugees.

With Russia now entering the fight against terrorism in the form of military intervention in Syria, the Obama Administration’s 7 years of supporting them and creating their own terrorist organization in the form of ISIS has come to an end.

Now, the President wants the American people to pay the price by allowing a massive invasion of ISIS soldiers into the US under the guise of refugees.

UNO SPEECHES:

Exactly the same had been done to the peace loving people of the Muslim world. They were considering such practices by the US as one of the worst results of unilateral world power. Therefore when Vladimir Putin announced that he will not allow the United States, ‘NATO’ and their allies to remove the legitimate Syrian government, the people, especially those of the Muslim world who were trapped on both sides, felt a great relief.

The Muslim who was liberal but living close to the West was considered a potential threat, therefore, they were, in all probability going to be killed.

Thus when Russia decided to return via a disconnected role on the international scene, it was welcomed by many who measured it as a long awaited breakthrough.

The Russian President in his historical speech at ‘UNGA’, exclaimed that ‘everyone knows that ISIS was a specially created force for their own personal vested interest’. Saudi Arabia is a financial supporter of ISIS and weapons were provided by the US. Many were even claiming that so called Syrian rebellions fighting against the Syrian government had received training from Israeli commandos and were fighting alongside ISIS. Even today there are reports that the ISIS militants escaping from Mujahedeen fighter launches Stinger missile in Afganistan.

Syria are being giving refuge in Turkey and Saudi Arabia, though many ISIS culprits it is believed are heading towards Mosul in Iraq. While everyone knows that the British and US army and their fighter planes were provided to fight ISIS a number of months ago, then how is that ISIS members are confidently going back to Mosul and other Iraqi areas which are not yet in their control? Why are the British and US army not attacking them en route to Mosul?

It is now very obvious that ‘ISIS’, the ‘Taliban’ and ‘al-Qaeda’ will also be used against Russia in the Middle East, Afghanistan, South East and Central Asia, one way or another.

The US President has already extended the time period of the US and NATO Army occupation in Afghanistan. On the second day of this announcement, the Russian President stated that he will deploy 80,000 Russian Army troops around the Afghanistan border in Tajikistan, as he has demonstrated a fear that terrorists from Afghanistan may slip into Central Asian countries and ultimately become a threat to Russian interests. Despite this, it is still not known what the US will do in this respect. The United States may take action as a result, but it is beyond doubt a new Cold War has started and that the world will be divided into two groups. Despite this there will be no ideological War between the two superpowers but that of principle values which will be defined by each according to their own interests. But it could not be ignored that another voice will always be there to be heard lest it fall “on deaf ears.”

Putin also points out that ISIS did not just magically appear out of thin air, but the group was, “forged as a tool against ‘undesirable’ (to the USA) regimes”:

“Besides, the Islamic State itself did not just come from nowhere; it was also initially forged as a tool against undesirable ( for U.S. policy) regimes.”

Putin stated that,

“we cannot allow these criminals who have already tasted blood to return back home and continue their evil doings…

Russia has always been consistently fighting against terrorism in all its forms. Today, we provide military and technical assistance both to Iraq and Syria and many other countries of the region who are fighting terrorist groups.

We think it is an enormous mistake to refuse to cooperate with the Syrian government and its armed forces, who are valiantly fighting terrorism face to face.

We should finally acknowledge that no one but President Assad’s armed forces and Kurdish militia are truly fighting Islamic State and other terrorist organizations in Syria”

The Russia President stated the solution to the scourge of ISIS is to,

“create a genuinely broad international coalition against terrorism” in accordance with “international law”, which “similar to the anti-Hitler coalition, could unite a broad range of forces”.

“The desire to explore new geopolitical areas is still present among some of our colleagues,” Putin said.

“First they continued their policy of expanding NATO,” he said, following the collapse of the Soviet Union, “they offered post-Soviet countries a false choice – either to be with the West or with the East.

Sooner or later this logic of confrontation was bound to spark off a grave geopolitical crisis.

This is exactly what happened in Ukraine where the discontent of the population with the current authorities was used and a military coup was orchestrated from outside that triggered civil war as a result.”

Russia’s leader maintained that the solution to the Ukrainian crisis is,

“through the full and faithful implementation of the Minsk accords“.

“We are confident that only through full and faithful implementation of the Minsk agreements of 12 February 2015, can we put an end to the bloodshed and find a way out of the deadlock.

Ukraine’s territorial integrity cannot be ensured by threats and the force of arms. What is needed is a genuine consideration of the interests and rights of people in the Donbass region, and respect for their choice.”

What is blatantly clear from listening to both leaders’ speeches is that the moral leader of the world resides in Russia.

Secret Pentagon Report Reveals U.S.A. “Created” ‘DAASH’ As A “Tool” To Overthrow Syria’s President Assad

From the first sudden, and quite dramatic, appearance of the fanatical Islamic group known as ISIS which was largely unheard of until a year ago, on the world’s stage and which promptly replaced the worn out and tired al-Qaeda as the world’s terrorist bogeyman, we suggested that the “straight to beheading YouTube clip” purpose behind the Saudi Arabia-funded Islamic State was a simple one: use the Jihadists as the vehicle of choice to achieve a political goal: depose of Syria’s president Assad, who for years has stood in the way of a critical Qatari natural gas pipeline, one which could dethrone Russia as Europe’s dominant – and belligerent – source of energy, reaching an interim climax with the unsuccessful Mediterranean Sea military build up of 2013, which nearly resulted in quasi-world war.

The narrative and the plotline were so transparent, even Russia saw right through them. Recall from September of last year:

If the West bombs Islamic State militants in Syria without consulting Damascus, LiveLeak reports that the anti-ISIS alliance may use the occasion to launch airstrikes against President Bashar Assad’s forces, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Clearly comprehending that Obama’s new strategy against ISIS in Syria is all about pushing the Qatar pipeline through (as was the impetus behind the 2013 intervention push), Russia is pushing back noting that the it isusing ISIS as a pretext for bombing Syrian government forcesand warning that “such a development would lead to a huge escalation of conflict in the Middle East and North Africa.”

But it’s one thing to speculate; it’s something entirely different to have hard proof.

And while speculation was rife that just like the CIA-funded al Qaeda had been used as a facade by the US to achieve its own geopolitical and national interests over the past two decades, so ISIS was nothing more than al Qaeda 2.0, there was no actual evidence of just this.

That may all have changed now when a declassified secret US government document obtained by the public interest law firm, Judicial Watch, shows that Western governments deliberately allied with al-Qaeda and other Islamist extremist groups to topple Syrian dictator Bashir al-Assad.

According to investigative reporter Nafeez Ahmed in Medium, the “leaked document reveals that in coordination with the Gulf states and Turkey, the West intentionally sponsored violent Islamist groups to destabilize Assad, despite anticipating that doing so could lead to the emergence of an ‘Islamic State’ in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

According to the newly declassified US document, the Pentagon foresaw the likely rise of the ‘Islamic State’ as a direct consequence of the strategy, but described this outcome as a strategic opportunity to “isolate the Syrian regime.” 

And not just that: as we reported last week, now that ISIS is running around the middle east, cutting people’s heads of in 1080p quality and Hollywood-quality (perhaps literally) video, the US has a credible justification to sell billions worth of modern, sophisticated weapons in the region in order to “modernize” and “replenish” the weapons of such US allies as Saudi Arabia, Israel and Iraq.

But that the US military-industrial complex is a winner every time war breaks out anywhere in the world (usually with the assistance of the CIA) is clear to everyone by now. What wasn’t clear is just how the US predetermined the current course of events in the middle east.

Now, thanks to the following declassified report, we have a far better understanding of not only how current events in the middle east came to be, but what America’s puppermaster role leading up to it all, was.

Hypocrisy

The revelations contradict the official line of Western government on their policies in Syria, and raise disturbing questions about secret Western support for violent extremists abroad, while using the burgeoning threat of terror to justify excessive mass surveillance and crackdowns on civil liberties at home.

Among the batch of documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a federal lawsuit, released earlier this week, is a US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) document then classified as “secret,” dated 12th August 2012.

The DIA provides military intelligence in support of planners, policymakers and operations for the US Department of Defense and intelligence community.

So far, media reporting has focused on the evidence that the Obama administration knew of arms supplies from a Libyan terrorist stronghold to rebels in Syria.

Some outlets have reported the US intelligence community’s internal prediction of the rise of ISIS. Yet none have accurately acknowledged the disturbing details exposing how the West knowingly fostered a sectarian, al-Qaeda-driven rebellion in Syria.

Charles Shoebridge, a former British Army and Metropolitan Police counter-terrorism intelligence officer, said:

“Given the political leanings of the organisation that obtained these documents, it’s unsurprising that the main emphasis given to them thus far has been an attempt to embarrass Hillary Clinton regarding what was known about the attack on the US ‘consulate’ (spy and gun-running center) in Benghazi in 2012. However, the documents also contain far less publicized revelations that raise vitally important questions of the West’s governments and media in their support of Syria’s rebellion.”

The West’s Wahabbi-‘Islamists’:

The newly declassified DIA document from 2012 confirms that the main component of the anti-Assad ‘rebel’ forces by this time comprised Wahhabi-Islamist insurgents affiliated to groups that would lead to the emergence of ISIS/DAASH. Despite this, these groups were to continue receiving support from Western militaries and their regional allies.

Noting that “the Wahhabi [sic], the ‘Muslim’ Brotherhood, and AQI [al-Qaeda in Iraq] are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria,” the document states that “the West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support the opposition,” while Russia, China and Iran “support the [Assad] regime.”

The 7-page DIA document states that al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), the precursor to the ‘Islamic State in Iraq,’ (ISI) which became the ‘Islamic State in Iraq and Syria,’ “supported the Syrian opposition from the beginning, both ideologically and through the media.”

The formerly secret Pentagon report notes that the “rise of the insurgency in Syria” has increasingly taken a “sectarian direction,” attracting diverse support from Sunni “religious and tribal powers” across the region.

In a section titled ‘The Future Assumptions of the Crisis,’ the DIA report predicts that while Assad’s regime will survive, retaining control over Syrian territory, the crisis will continue to escalate “into proxy war.”

The document also recommends the creation of “safe havens under international sheltering, similar to what transpired in Libya when Benghazi was chosen as the command centre for the temporary government.”

In Libya, anti-Great Jamahiriya rebels, most of whom were al-Qaeda affiliated militias, were protected by NATO ‘safe havens’ (aka ‘no fly zones’).

‘Supporting powers want’ ISIS entity

In a strikingly prescient prediction, the Pentagon document explicitlyforecasts the probable declaration of “an Islamic State through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria.”

Nevertheless, “Western countries, the Gulf states and Turkey are supporting these efforts” by Syrian “opposition forces” fighting to “control the eastern areas (Hasaka and Der Zor), adjacent to Western Iraqi provinces (Mosul and Anbar)”:

“… there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Wahabi Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).”

The secret Pentagon document thus provides extraordinary confirmation that the US-led coalition currently fighting ISIS, had three years ago welcomed the emergence of an extremist “Wahhabi Principality” in the region as a way to undermine Assad, and block off the strategic expansion of Iran. Crucially, Iraq is labeled as an integral part of this “Shia expansion.”

The establishment of such a “Wahhabi Principality” in eastern Syria, the DIA document asserts, is “exactly” what the “supporting powers to the [Syrian] opposition want.” Earlier on, the document repeatedly describes those “supporting powers” as “the West, Gulf countries, and Turkey.”

Further on, the document reveals that Pentagon analysts were acutely aware of the dire risks of this strategy, yet ploughed ahead anyway.

The establishment of such a “Wahhabi Principality” in eastern Syria, it says, would create “the ideal atmosphere for AQI to return to its old pockets in Mosul and Ramadi.” Last summer, ISIS conquered Mosul in Iraq, and just this month has also taken control of Ramadi.

Such a quasi-state entity will provide:

“… a renewed momentum under the presumption of unifying the jihad among Sunni Iraq and Syria, and the rest of the Sunnis in the Arab world against what it considers one enemy. ISI could also declare an Islamic State through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in regards to unifying Iraq and the protection of territory.”

The 2012 DIA document is an Intelligence Information Report (IIR), not a “finally evaluated intelligence” assessment, but its contents are vetted before distribution. The report was circulated throughout the US intelligence community, including to the State Department, Central Command, the Department of Homeland Security, the CIA, FBI, among other agencies.

In response to my questions about the strategy, the British government simply denied the Pentagon report’s startling revelations of deliberate Western sponsorship of violent extremists in Syria. A British Foreign Office spokesperson said:

“AQ and ISIL are proscribed terrorist organisations. The UK opposes all forms of terrorism. AQ, ISIL, and their affiliates pose a direct threat to the UK’s national security. We are part of a military and political coalition to defeat ISIL in Iraq and Syria, and are working with international partners to counter the threat from AQ and other terrorist groups in that region. In Syria we have always supported those moderate opposition groups who oppose the tyranny of Assad and the brutality of the extremists.”

The DIA did not respond to request for comment.

Strategic asset for regime-change

Security analyst Shoebridge, however, who has tracked Western support for Islamist terrorists in Syria since the beginning of the war, pointed out that the secret Pentagon intelligence report exposes fatal contradictions at the heart of official pronunciations:

“Throughout the early years of the Syria crisis, the US and UK governments, and almost universally the West’s mainstream media, promoted Syria’s rebels as moderate, liberal, secular, democratic, and therefore deserving of the West’s support. Given that these documents wholly undermine this assessment, it’s significant that the West’s media has now, despite their immense significance, almost entirely ignored them.”

According to Brad Hoff, a former US Marine who served during the early years of the Iraq War and as a 9/11 first responder at the Marine Corps Headquarters in Battalion Quantico from 2000 to 2004, the just released Pentagon report for the first time provides stunning affirmation that:

“US intelligence predicted the rise of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS), but instead of clearly delineating the group as an enemy, the report envisions the terror group as a US strategic asset.”

Hoff, who is managing editor of Levant Report — ?an online publication run by Texas-based educators who have direct experience of the Middle East?—?points out that the DIA document “matter-of-factly” states that the rise of such an extremist Wahhabi political entity in the region offers a “tool for regime change in Syria.”

The DIA intelligence report shows, he said, that the rise of ISIS only became possible in the context of the Syrian insurgency?—?“there is no mention of US troop withdrawal from Iraq as a catalyst for Islamic State’s rise, which is the contention of innumerable politicians and pundits.” The report demonstrates that:

“The establishment of a ‘Wahhabi Principality’ in Eastern Syria is ‘exactly’ what the external powers supporting the opposition want (identified as ‘the West, Gulf Countries, and Turkey’) in order to weaken the Assad government.”

The rise of a Wahhabi quasi-state entity that might expand into Iraq, and fracture that country, was therefore clearly foreseen by US intelligence as likely?—?but nevertheless strategically useful?—?blowback from the West’s commitment to “isolating Syria.”

Complicity

Critics of the US-led strategy in the region have repeatedly raised questions about the role of coalition allies in intentionally providing extensive support to Islamist terrorist groups in the drive to destabilize the Assad regime in Syria.

The conventional wisdom is that the US government did not retain sufficient oversight on the funding to anti-Assad rebel groups, which was supposed to be monitored and vetted to ensure that only ‘moderate’ groups were supported.

However, the newly declassified Pentagon report proves unambiguously that years before ISIS launched its concerted offensive against Iraq, the US intelligence community was fully aware that Islamist militants constituted the core of Syria’s sectarian insurgency.

Despite that, the Pentagon continued to support the Islamist insurgency, even while anticipating the probability that doing so would establish an extremist Wahhabi stronghold in Syria and Iraq.

As Shoebridge told me, “The documents show that not only did the US government at the latest by August 2012 know the true extremist nature and likely outcome of Syria’s rebellion”?—?namely, the emergence of ISIS?—?“but that this was considered an advantage for US foreign policy. This also suggests a decision to spend years in an effort to deliberately mislead the West’s public, via a compliant media, into believing that Syria’s rebellion was overwhelmingly ‘moderate.’”

Annie Machon, a former MI5 intelligence officer who blew the whistle in the 1990s on MI6 funding of al-Qaeda to assassinate Libya’s spiritual-leader Colonel al-Qathafi, similarly said of the revelations:

“This is no surprise to me. Within individual countries there are always multiple intelligence agencies with competing agendas.”

She explained that MI6’s Libya operation in 1996, which resulted in the deaths of innocent people, “happened at precisely the time when MI5 was setting up a new section to investigate al-Qaeda.”

This strategy was repeated on a grand scale in the 2011 NATO intervention in Libya, said Machon, where the CIA and MI6 were:

“… supporting the very same Libyan groups, resulting in a failed state, mass murder, displacement and anarchy. So the idea that elements of the American military-security complex have enabled the development of ISIS after their failed attempt to get NATO to once again ‘intervene’ is part of an established pattern. And they remain indifferent to the sheer scale of human suffering that is unleashed as a result of such game-playing.”

Divide and rule

Several US government officials have conceded that their closest allies in the anti-ISIS coalition were funding violent extremist Islamist groups that became integral to ISIS.

US Vice President Joe Biden, for instance, admitted last year that Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Turkey had funneled hundreds of millions of dollars to Islamist rebels in Syria that metamorphosed into ISIS.

But he did not admit what this internal Pentagon document demonstrates?—?that the entire covert strategy was sanctioned and supervised by the US, Britain, France, Israel and other Western powers.

The strategy appears to fit a policy scenario identified by a recent US Army-commissioned RAND Corp report.

The report, published four years before the DIA document, called for the US “to capitalise on the Shia-Sunni conflict by taking the side of the conservative Sunni regimes in a decisive fashion and working with them against all Shiite empowerment movements in the Muslim world.”

The US would need to contain “Iranian power and influence” in the Gulf by “shoring up the traditional Sunni regimes in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan.” Simultaneously, the US must maintain “a strong strategic relationship with the Iraqi Shiite government” despite its Iran alliance.

The RAND report confirmed that the “divide and rule” strategy was already being deployed “to create divisions in the jihadist camp. Today in Iraq such a strategy is being used at the tactical level.”

The report observed that the US was forming “temporary alliances” with al-Qaeda affiliated “nationalist insurgent groups” that have fought the US for four years in the form of “weapons and cash.” Although these nationalists “have cooperated with al-Qaeda against US forces,” they are now being supported to exploit “the common threat that al-Qaeda now poses to both parties.”

The 2012 DIA document, however, further shows that while sponsoring purportedly former al-Qaeda insurgents in Iraq to counter al-Qaeda, Western governments were simultaneously arming al-Qaeda insurgents in Syria.

The revelation from an internal US intelligence document that the very US-led coalition supposedly fighting ‘Islamic State’ today, knowingly created ISIS in the first place, raises troubling questions about recent government efforts to justify the expansion of state anti-terror powers.

In the wake of the rise of ISIS, intrusive new measures to combat extremism including mass surveillance, the Orwellian ‘prevent duty’ and even plans to enable government censorship of broadcasters, are being pursued on both sides of the Atlantic, much of which disproportionately targets activists, journalists and ethnic minorities, especially Muslims.

Yet the new Pentagon report reveals that, contrary to Western government claims, the primary cause of the threat comes from their own deeply misguided policies of secretly sponsoring Islamist terrorism for dubious geopolitical purposes.
